I came in for an oil change. The wait was a little longer than they originally said. Got the service done and left. Almost immediately the lower oil pressure light came on and all of my check engine lights. I turned around and came back. I explained what happened and the without hassle they put my car back into the bay and took car of my car. Turns out the oil filter was faulty and lost all the oil in the engine.They put new oil back into my car and gave me a free car wash and a discount on my next oil change. Some of the best customer service Ive ever had at an oil change place.

Needed $448 in repairs after having an oil change completed. Visiting from out of stated, and needed an oil change before traveling home. Found oil leaking after having the oil change completed, and took it to the dealership we use. The oil bent was bent, and needed to be replaced, costing us $448 plus the inconveniences of being without a vehicle, taking our vehicle to the dealership, etc. Contacted Jiffy Lube and sent all of the paperwork. During one of the initial calls, we were told it would be submitted to their insurance, and the video of the work would be submitted to insurance, as well. During a later call, they told us they reviewed the video, and determined based on the video that they would not submit and would not cover any of our costs. We have not been offered access to said video so no idea what is actually visible in the video. When we initially asked Jiffy Lube what else could have caused the oil pan to get bent, they said they didnt know. The dealership told us it was most likely due to the process they used. I talked to another mechanic to double check if it was bent in any other way, and was told only if we had hit something. Unless you can silently hit something that would cause that much damage, it wasnt due to hitting anything. Im also under the understanding that there is a plate covering the oil pan, and the plate was not damaged. Should have read the other reviews before going here because it appears this is not the first time significant issues or damage have been caused at this location. Save yourself the headache and money, and choose another location.

Dropped my work truck off for an oil change and had a personal item of mine ($200ish) on the dash pocket, which for no reason needed to be moved, and wouldn’t have fallen out as I take my vehicle on very rough roads and has never been an issue. They pulled it from a parking space inside then back out on smooth concrete. Anyway, it was obviously handled and facing a different way than I normally put it. Thought about taking it out before I went in but figured what the heck they probably won’t mess with it. Well they did. Still performed the services as far as I know just feel a little violated, has me thinking what else did they go through?

Got a complete service on truck. Transmission started getting hot and shifting in and out of overdrive. Pulled over checked Transmission fluid. Barely read on the dipstick. Had only 300 miles since service. Same day they never checked wiper fluid that was empty. I returned after pulling out of their parking lot. Said they checked everything. Obviously did not. Had to get vehicle towed to Dodge dealership

Normally I go to Minute Lube and I am reminded why - Brought my car to Jiffy Lube twice. Once they didnt put the oil cap back on and this time cracked my oil filter housing assembly which will cost me $750 to fix. Brought it back and told them it has been leaking oil ever since I got it changed there and they took about 3 minutes to look at it and assured me it was definitely transmission fluid that was leaking not oil and that it was nothing they did, my mechanic would beg to differ. Both times cost me right around $100 give or take compared to Minute Lubes $65-$75. Will never go back. (Ive included a picture of my BROWN leaking transmission fluid)**UPDATE**Owner replied on here asking me to email details, I did, and as I suspected, I have not received an email back. Owners response was just for show, so still extremely dissatisfied.

I paid $98.83 for a full synthetic oil change on my Ford Escape (4.3L of oil). They were done in 10 minutes, so it was quick, but on the receipt it showed customer declined for cleaning carpets, cleaning windows...why would I decline that?! I was never asked. The receipt is not with me, I will take a picture and attach it to this review. For this much money, I appreciate the fast service, but what else was slacked on? I very much would have liked my carpets and windows cleaned! For this I will not recommend, and I will no longer use their car wash either.

$144 for a oil change? Really they wouldn’t even tell me the price tell it was to late. $144 is highway robbery especially when the dealership only charges me $75 to change my oil. the lady working the front counter was very disrespectful was not helpful whatsoever when I ask questions of why it’s so much!. Showed up 45 mins before they closed and they said they didnt have enough time to service my truck. Just need an oil change. Lucky for them, its the only place I can take the work truck to, otherwise I would go somewhere else, forever

I had no problems when visiting this Jiffy Lube. The customer service was amazing. Only complaint I have is they didnt offer to vacuum out the floor which wouldve been nice considering the time of year.Considering this is the Fast Food of the Oil Service industry I am completely satisfied with the work done and the employees at this shop.

From the moment I drove up, I was greeted in a friendly manner. They also have my two kids hot wheel cars. The waiting area and bathroom were clean. They asked about every service before performing. Definitely recommend and will come again for an oil change!

I needed a tire rotation and an oil change. Shawn quickly greeted me as I entered and explained their available services. He maintained excellent communication with me as the work was performed. He sought my approval prior to performing any additional work, and identified a significant problem with one if my alloy wheels. I will most certainly return.

Excellent!! The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Typically I don’t like going into these places because I always feel like they are pushing services that my vehicle does not need. However my experience at this particular Jiffy Lube was not like that at all. It was quick and easy. I left there not only confident that my vehicle was well taken care of but I will absolutely be returning for my next oil change and services to the same location. Highly recommend!

Checked rear diff for free but wanted quite a bit for draining and refilling as prob anywhere would. Professional and respectful employees as well!

Lazy workers, refused to vacuum and clean the windshield. They claimed the person who did this was gone. “We don’t do windows when it is raining.” I questioned it when my receipt stated I declined those services.

Service is fast, informative, and well done. I will admit though there is a above average price tag for oil changes. My dealer change was 50$ with whatever oil they used, i had them put mobile one in and my total bill came to 130$, over twice what my dealership charged. Cant say that Ill go there often due to the price, but overall their service was amazing if you need them in a pinch. And the receptionist was super hot so that was great too!

Quick and painless. They also can rotate tires on F250 crew cab diesel pickups, dont let them say the GVWR is what your vehicle weights.

Was there yesterday and she told me that they washed my windows, vacuumed they did not. They didnt even reset my oil life, its at 8 percent!! Worst service I have had there. Usually they are pretty good! Not happy right now!

They checked everything .. i just went there for engine oil change,, i had a check engine light they scan it for free then describes the error code and how i can fix that! Try go to other places here in town see how much for just read the codes for you !! One more thing if you have an old car like me 2003 they showed you the differences between the oil brands like how much and what they recommend !

I asked the girl with pink hair behind the counter which M.O.A.s they had to offer. Her answer: Whats that? I tell her its a motor oil additive and she begins telling me she doesnt think so. How do you not know what an M.O.A. is working in a shop that changes oil? Laughable.By this point, clearly Im there for an oil change. She started cleaning the counter where I was standing, then after that started clicking around on the computer. Another gentleman walked in and was immediately helped. Year, make and model - got his name and address as well.After I became annoyed and asked for help did I finally get it. Everyone else I saw come in was helped without having to ask for it. I asked about a fuel injection cleaning and the short kid with the beard snaps a snarky comment.I will say that I know what racism and bigotry is, and this place has displayed it openly in front of their customers while working with me. This place does not value their customers and does not deserve even one star.

Worst experience ever in a fast lube place like this. They said they would have an opening in about 1 to 1.5 hrs and I was there for almost 2 hrs and still not even had my truck ready to start with the oil change. The snails pace the employees worked around here it would of been probably 2.5 hrs if not longer till my oil change would of been completed. Why cant you give me a more accurate time than this. I guess Ill never be back. I run out of time so I took my keys and left without an oil change done. Thanks for wasting my time.

Used automatic car wash twice in one week. Both times no soap was dispensed so truck was still dirty. After second time went into office talk with them about it stood at counter for 10 minutes and was totally ignored.

Ill go to Minute lube in Williston from now on. Jiffy Lube installed my battery bracket wrong, I didnt know until it slid up against the terminal and was spraying sparks out from under the hood(luckily a electrician was walking by and helped me get the bracket in place). Jiffy Lube offered to pay for diagnostics, but I dont have time or money to drive 250 miles to the closest place willing to look at it. The check engine light has been on since. Maybe not because of them but it really gets to my nerves. I never wrote a negative review about anybody until now. Ive been told I should sue them but I dont have time for that. Ill never feel like my car is as reliable as it was before this happened.

I went to Pick my Company Truck up from a oil change, and was told everything else that was done to it, new cabin air Filter, new air filter, 3 qts of coolant.All things i didnt ask for, and dont believe need done- my truck has 25,000 miles on it and the air filter just got changed last time and i only drive on the hwy. When i inquired about it -i was told they called the Fleet company & they okd the work to be done. My company allows one oil change at a quick lube and the next oil change to be done by the dealer and thats when we would have anything extra done. The jiffy Lube Crew disregarded what i was telling them and argued that the Fleet Company was the Customer. To Prove my Point that I am the customer and in charge of my fleet truck- None of my company Trucks will be getting serviced there and the fleet company will not care as it is up to ME where it gets serviced out of the 4 plus places they work with in town. To top this all off the quick lube Guy in the shop was overly rude- talking with his crew badly about me within my ear range. This wouldnt be that Big of deal But how the overcharges where handled and how i was treated was total BS.

Called and asked if they can rotate my tires because Watford makes the franchise look bad. Hoping Williston is better. The guy says yeah we do tire rotations. But what kinda truck do you have... I told him a 14 Duramax.. he asked is that a diesel.. at that moment I knew here we go. After telling him yes he says that his big machine isn’t working so he can’t rotate my tires. Bro all you need is a jack or do you not know how to use that? Jiffy lube anywhere around here is a joke. Need new management because the ones they got say please contact us we want to make it right. Please anyone tell me if they’ve made it right because not for me.

Charged me $98 for an oil change on a small 4 cylinder Hyundai sedanReceipt said I declined the vacuum and window wash service.I was never offered it and I needed it .The tech didn’t even know where to plug in his computer to read my engine code.They don’t have a clue what they’re doing.Half of them are on drugs

After being told 1 week waits from dealerships for oil change I tried jiffy lube and just as I figured they failed. Cranked my 2018 F250 to warm up before headed home on 10hr drive and after 10 min walked outside and had oil on ground. Filter was not tight enough. Oil from the front to the back on bottom of truck and nothing on the dip stick. Would not recommend

This place is terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought a vehicle in for JUST an oil change. I spoke to an employee and he said it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour. I said that’s fine and went to bdubs. Came back an hour later just to find out my vehicle hadn’t even made it in yet. I waited ANOTHER hour and a half for it to be done. Terrible service and employees are distracted with meaningless tasks. I will NEVER go back to this location and will advise to anyone not to visit.

They lost my keys and still wont do a thing but, blame me for it. The guy farrett is a joke the management is piss poor and, I would drink a quart of oil before I paid them to scrub my rims a bunch of talentless worms do not go there unless you want to risk it all for a simple task as changing oil.

The car wash was stuck in one mode and we paid for two car washes for no wash at all. We tried to find a phone number on the building to report the issues after hours but there was none to be found. We are disappointed in the lack of services for after hours and the fact we were taken for 28 dollars for no car wash. There machine was still running water when we left and it appeared that out were out that money for their water bill because it ran for sometime. Shame on you for ripping people off. The other wash was having issues also and ran through a few vehicles with very disappointed customers because they were also looking for a phone number to call.

Sorry customer service. Pulled up, and waited to be served. Waited 15 - 20 minutes as 3 or 4 individuals walked around and carried on conversation with eachother and staired at me through the bay doors. But it didnt cross their mind to pull a car into a the empty bay. So...thats my experience...

Got my oil changed there and it was the worst mistake Ive ever made. Went to change the oil myself on the next oil change and the filter was on so tight, I destroyed the filter trying to get it off. Why the F would they put it on so tight. Never will I go back or recommend them to anyone ever.
