VERY clean and well equipped. Super friendly staff.

This gym is super! It was incredibly clean and the equipment was newer and state-of-the-art. There are also roof skylights that let in natural light which also gives the gym a great feel.

My 3 kids and I were in town for 3 weeks in the summer. We found Synergy very close to where we were staying. Pat took good care of us. Hutch beat up on my kids and made them work hard. The gym was perfect for what we wanted. Could not have been happier. Sorry for the delay Pat!!

I am retired and now live out of state. I have worked out in gyms most of my life. Approaching the age of seventy I still compete in powerlifting. Several weeks during the summer I live in Vermont. Synergy Fitness is my go to gym/fitness center. The facility is clean, the equipment is well taken care of and diverse.Pat, the owner is a gentleman. I dropped my sweatshirt in the Parking lot. Pat found it, washed it and notified me. One of the trainers, Kathy has been training people for many years.If you are new to fitness or an old soldier at fitness I recommend Synergy Fitness.

The Owner Pat is a great guy and I really enjoy this gym atmosphere, everyone is kind to one another.This place also has great equipment that is incredibly well kept and clean. This place is a million times better than The Edge

Speaking for only group fitness: Whether youre a longtime fan of Zumba or youre trying it for the first time, I highly recommend taking a class with Brittany Borja! Brittany brings so much energy and authenticity when it comes to dance. She loves what she does, and it shows. I also appreciate when she takes a moment to explain the correct form and sprinkle words of encouragement throughout (and right now classes are outside, weather-permitting!). Synergy Fitness is lucky to have her! 💃🔥

I requested membership payment receipts from Synergy to hand over to my employer for a wellness reimbursement. I requested these receipts on 8 separate occasions over the course of several months, and they refused to assist me.

I stumbled upon this gym when I was working in the building it is located in Williston and I am so glad I found it. A really friendly staff is only the start but what makes this place great is the quality of the equipment and the huge amounts of natural sunlight that pours into the room. The space is incredibly clean with spacious locker rooms and a really clean showers and bathrooms. Its also very Eco-Friendly (which is a big plus) and they try to minimize their footprint as much as possible.The membership is very diverse with young and old from all walks of life. The owners are really outgoing and friendly -- and they typically walk around and ask people how their days are and how their experiences are.One thing that is great is that they let you try out the gym. They also give you a free session with a personal trainer. The trainers all have a different philosophy and you choose the one that is best suited for what you are looking for in a work out.Im very lucky to have found this gym. Its a good fit for me and fits my budget perfectly. I like it a lot.

Synergy is the cleanest gym around. Not sure why people complain about the price- its comparable to other gyms in the area. The staff is friendly and the smoothie bar is really convenient. My one recommendation- go 24 hours!

We train with Patrick at this gym, it has a wonderful atmosphere with great equipment. Patrick has helped us achieve a level of fitness that we never could without his help. Workouts are fun and intense.

Moved to Vermont few years back. Being from Cali and other places I have lived I am shocked how much this gym charges.70 dollars for what ? Have you ever looked at a Powerhouse or Golds Gym ? I paid 35 dollars a month for those and they had everything and were 3 to 4 times the size.10 visits for 99 dollars ? You got to be kidding. I am sure the management and the place has nice people working their.But really this is just too much....

Ive called this place SIX TIMES to ask about a membership. No one has ever answered the phone or returned my calls. My son finally went there in person and said the lady at the desk was so rude that he wouldnt work out there for free.Its pretty telling that the form on their website for feedback doesnt even work. Clearly, they dont want any feedback.

Its a good gym if youre a body builder, but you dont get much for paying almost $70 a month. Its a nice facility, but again, for paying that much, Id like to see it open 24/7, and I shouldnt have to wait for 15 minutes if I want a smoothie at the end of my workout.

A very nice gym for the average gym goer. Plenty of cardio machines and dumbells along with a good class selection. They could use a second squat rack and more bumper plates. They have a nice shake/protein bar selection and incorporate services such as massage into their business. The gym is clean and the staff are friendly.

Synergy fitness is amazing. Friendly trainers, great staff and easily one of the nicest gyms Ive been to in the new england area. All the equipment is new, and the facility is incredibly spacious and open. The facility also receives an enormous amount of light which makes it look inviting and comfortable. There is a separate weight training room for hardcore lifters along with plenty of cardio equipment and machines to accommodate any individuals needs and goals. Synergy has group fitness classes and spinning classes that are excellent! They also just added a spa with full time massage therapist. Dont forget to check out the smoothie bar, they make delicious smoothies! Oh and did I say the place is immaculately clean!

Been going here for a number of years off and on, nice to see a clean gym who consistently looks to make improvements and has a friendly staff ready to help.

This gym is clean and the environment is nice. Ive never paid so much for a gym membership in my life, though. Im used to paying $10-20 a month for a Golds. This place charges close to $70. I get a $10 discount becasue I work in the same building, but its still ridiculous considering what you get.

The facilities are amazing but they are horrible book keepers. They didnt charge me for months for my membership and then out of the blue charged me a lump sum. When I called them about this they blamed it on me and said I had insufficient funds which wasnt true. Their customer service is really poor. The owner is unprofessional and rude.
