Very timely, good customer service. My order went off fine, don’t know why they have so many bad reviews.
Recently increased my rating from my original 1 star. We have had some pretty bad service for over a year but they seem to have improved in the last month so I am recognizing that.
Always very helpful when I call to pay over the phone. I know they’d rather have the online payment but they never get upset and are always efficient and polite. We’ve used them for over 4 years and never had issues with drivers. They always wave if the kids or people are in the yard.
We have had this company for over 20 years, you think that would count for something, but no. Our dumpster has been in the exact same spot the whole time and never moved. There are NO brakes for the wheels on their dumpsters. Two weeks ago their can moved all the way down the side of my husbands truck. They said they wouldnt cover it. So much for wanting to keep your long standing customers happy. My husband, at our own expense, put locking wheels on THEIR dumpster and we had to pay to fix our truck.
On time every time!! amazing what a small Christmas gift will do and a wave with a smile when we see them.. they are awesome.
Absolutely exasperating company. Supposed to pick up on Friday-almost never happens so I leave the can out for hopeful Saturday pick-up. Nope! Can blew over in the wind and garbage scattered everywhere. Called this morning to see what happened and I have to give the woman who answered credit! She said she had no explanation why it wasnt picked up on Friday but that they would be out this morning (Monday). Where is my can ? In my garage. I give up. I am going with another company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Ive been a customer with them for a little over 3 years now and from day one they treated me like a criminal, demanding a deposit. They told me I need to set up automatic payment and they still send statments in the mail. Recently they told me that the metal I threw in the dumpster was a violation and they were going to fine me $50 if it happens again (guess they enforce laws now). Well the same guy that picks up at my house also picks up at the site where I work and we recently threw about 100lbs of conduit in that dumpster. He took it no questions asked. I gave the guy $40 last Christmas, I would expect a courtesy knock. I talked to Arrow sanitation and Daves sanitation in Trenton and they are more than happy to put me on the route to get my business. Just wish armstrong felt the same way.
We have only had Armstrong Sanitation for 2 weeks and the second week, they didnt take our garbage. Will be switching companies. Completely unprofessional and i will not be paying them for not doing their job!
Raised rates from 125 to 175 back between March & April without any notice in my usual bills. A notice would be nice, cancelling service due to that poor service.
We have used Armstrong Sanitation for about 8 months now and they show up on the correct day about 50% of them time. Often, they are 5 or more days late. That auto-draft they get paid is always taken out on time. I guess it’s too much to expect a service we pay for the be consistent.
The only provider available and the service often reflects this.
We’ve had Armstrong since February. When we were initially setting up trash pick up with them, we requested a dumpster like a few of our other neighbors have with them. They told us that no one here had them- it was impossible. Whatever. So we got just the can pick up. $100 for every three months. Everything went well until the past month. Pick up has been 4-5 days late. If you ask about it, they have a defensive attitude. All we’re wanting is trash picked up in s timely matter and an explanation of what’s going on without having to call them. They have a fb page but do not update it anymore because they say it’s a waste of time. I understand late pick up once in a while, but for over 5 weeks straight is beyond ridiculous. Trash piles up, animals get in it or the wind blows it everywhere without so much as a heads up they’re not going to pick it up.
Truck comes on the date thier website says maybe one time every other month sometimes they dont come at all. Try to call and find out why and only get a recording. Literally the worst service Ive had in any consumer relationship. Save yourself the headache and skip these guys
Never on time, didnt even bring us the right cans 🤦🏼♀️Defiantly not getting what we pay for...Then they never answer the phones..
Our garbage hasn’t been picked up in a month. It’s supposed to be picked up every Thursday. We pay for a service, we should be getting what we’re paying for.
Sorry cant give them a zero or I would. Always making excuses for why they cant make it to scheduled pick up. They are supposed to be here on Thursday but usually it is Friday or Saturday if they show up at all. They are going to be losing most of the service they had to a whole subdivision.
I live in Watford city and have been a customer for years that being said over the years Armstrong has been sporadically late picking up our garbage here in watford usually a day or two every once in awhile but lately the past few months they have been late almost every week and for at least 3-5 days at a time. a few weeks ago they picked up our garbage on a Tuesday and they are supposed to pick up on Thursday... I dont know what is going on with them lately but I will be switching garbage companies asap im sick of our trash piling up getting blown all over by the wind and eaten by animals because they cannot do their job properly on the schedule they are supposed to follow. I recommend if you have any other option for a garbage company use any other option you have before using Armstrong sanitation
