Late June we went out of town and forgot my husbands CPAP. We had a friend mail it to us from UPS. With Ins and having them pack it up cost $225 and that wasn’t even over night. We got the package and it was wet. Our friend assured us that the water tank was empty and that the store was the ones who packaged it. Needless to say, the machine never worked again. We get back in town, and talk with Shelby about what we needed to do to file the ins claim. I had to have it inspected to verify that it couldn’t be fixed, then they wanted to do their own company inspection to verify the same. And I had to have a quote of the cost to replace. Plus if you know this is a medical device so we had to go and see the doctor again and get a whole new prescription. I know Shelby has been working on this but no one seems to care that my husband had to go without his vital life altering machine for weeks. They haven’t paid the ins claim nor offered a refund. I’m never using Brown for anything again.
Came at 730am to pick up something and no one was there. What happened to accountability? My time is as important as anyone elses. Come on ups step it up!

Wow! Went to send some packages today and was treated awful by Shelby. She spoke to me like I was a child because I didn’t see a label that needed covered up when I packaged up a box. I was sending our a package and wrote the total in my checkbook register (I was paying with my debit card) and she snapped at me and said “we don’t take checks”. What an awful experience for a place I frequent and was always treated very good before!
Love this place! I stopped by here looking to print my sons birthday invitations. Shelby was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Store was well stocked and organized and I was in and out of there quickly. Will definately go back and will be using the UPS store for all of my printing, shipping, notary and passport photo needs.

I had a similar treatment from Shelby over the phone when I called in to ask about notary services a few weeks ago. She was incredibly rude short and disrespectful. Snotty and condescending.I had to look pretty harf but finally found a different notary to use.
Shelby and her team were very polite and helpful with packing and shipping my family heirloom to my son. She was courteous and responded to my anxious calls about the packaging and safety of my item. When covid was in the very beginning and they had a problem getting a driver. I understood . When my son received the package he stated to me that the person that packaged it was exceptional and knew what they were doing. My son does not get impressed ...but he was and reported that the item was intact. So all you that have nothing good to say about this business ...you are wrong they are just like you and me and when upgrading shipping systems to a better system you need to learn a little patience. I trust them with something that was valuable to my me and had been around for over a hundred years. Shame on you young people... No patience. I will always recommend them. Thank you Shelby
They dont honor the appointments set up online. I had set up a notary appointment for 3/5/21 at this store (#6375) online two days prior, and went in to find out the notary was on lunch for another hour and they dont take online appointments even tho the website lets you set it up.
For the most part I’ve had good experiences with UPS and the customer service at the store. But I just got an email saying my package had an attempted delivery and is now being held at the store. Well someone was being lazy because I’ve been home all day never heard a knock and I have dogs that will hear it if I don’t and bark. There was also no sticky note on my door saying they came by so they lied about it too. This is something I actually needed so thanks for that.
I am amazed at the reviewers that cannot tell the difference between a UPS Store and regular UPS shipping. This UPS STORE is great. They are always friendly and helpful, whether I need 13 cents worth of documents printed or any type of shipping completed. Brandy always seems happy to help with our needs. Sometimes there is a wait, the store is small and always seems busy but I dont mind. I know Ill be taken care of. Of note: the generic picture of the UPS Store when you use Google to find will throw you off! Looks nothing like that in this location.
I wanted a self addressed label. Other shipping line told me I had to do it myself. I wanted it asap and tried UPS Store. Shelby made my shipment set up so easy and instantly. Once done, I had the confidence builtin already that I am in good hands. When I needed further assistance WT retrieving my tracking. Again Shelby did amazing getting my tracking # by sales price & time of sale. I knew the ups would take care of me from origination to tracking and delivery. Every time I go here to print materials Tasha has gone above and beyond to help me out. She has stayed after closing time to get stuff done for us in a pinch. You dont meet people like that anymore seems like. Thanks Tasha!
I had to return some items to Amazon and wasnt sure about the procedure, the young lady that worked there was very kind, patient and helpful. I highly recommend this UPS store and the service they provide.
A pile of packages were left in the lobby rather than delivering to doors. Theres an elevator so not like they had to walk up stairs just freaking laziness. People were rummaging through them as if they were looking for something to take very disappointing
This UPS store is great excellent service, they definitely go out of their way to help customers. I would recommend Shelby she printed out all my preschool books and binded them for me she did a great job.
I’m sick of being really uncomfortable when going to this store. Every time I am in there Seth the manager is very very creepy and says innapropriate stuff to me. He tell me how beautiful and perfect I am. I make no eye contact with him and try to not answer his questions. This needs to stop and be addresses just do your job and don’t make stupid small talk if it can’t be normal. The lady that works there also hears all this and not sure why she hasn’t said something???? I just want send my mail off.
On Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at approximately 1pm, I brought several items to the Williston, ND UPS store to be packaged and shipped. Shelby assisted me. She told me it was $245 to pack and ship 2 boxes(approx. $87 for packing material and $80/box for shipping). I thought it was expensive, but decided to do it anyway. I wanted the items, my grandmothers things, to be safely shipped back to my parents. Shelby told me to leave the items with her and she packs them. I was uncomfortable, especially since all the items I left were not listed on the package slip she gave me, but thought thats just how they do it.The next morning, I tracked the packages. It said that a label had been printed, and something like the tracking info would be available once the packages arrived at the facility. I called and spoke to Shelby about the status of the package. She told me, Thats weird, I watched every package leave on the truck at 5pm yesterday. Give it another day for the tracking information to show up. This morning, Thursday, March 22, 2018, I checked again. The status was the same for both packages. I called the store and spoke with a man this time. He asked if it was the shipment with the glasses (glassware). I said yes. He said that it was still there and hadnt been packed yet. I asked why not and he said Shelby had been sick. I asked if I could pick up the items and get a refund. He said yes. I immediately went to get the items.While waiting in the lobby, I heard him speaking to someone, saying Well, shes here now. When he came to the front he offered to upgrade shipping for free or just do the refund. I opted for the refund. I also pointed out to him that one item was damaged. A painted wooden plague, a folk art piece, had a gouge in it. He said he wasnt here when I dropped it off, so he didnt know about it. He did apologize for the items not getting sent out and said Shelby was sorry. I let him know that she flat out lied to me and I didnt appreciate it. I got my items, my refund and left.I know people cannot help getting sick. Getting sick is not the issue. I trusted the people at this UPS location to be reliable and honest. I did not find that to be the case. As such, I have lost confidence in the brand itself. I dont believe this is an isolated incident. A man came in the same day I was shipping my packages, trying to find out where his had gone. I am very disappointed.
I dont understand why they said they open on Saturday at 9 am, I waiting for more than 15 minutes no one show up ! They have one schedule on the main door, one inside says open on Saturday at 9:00 am ! This not a UPS store !While I am typing this review the heroo is here ! He said : he was told is the last minute that he is working today !! Wow thats awesome
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have had my package for 3 days and still havent delivered it! They says its out for delivery and never deliver! Im so irritated!

Shelby the owner was rude to me on the phone and according g to her since she own in in williston that the residents here dont have a choice but to ship with them and we should be grateful. Wow. She said it wasnt her problem they just give it to UPS. We it is your problem when you have a contract with them and I moved to Arizona right before i shipped!. I brought an item in to be returned to Amazon on July 25th. I started getting a little worried when I hadnt received my refund 12 days later on August 6th, so I went to UPS tracking to see what was going on with the package. According to the website, the label for my item had been printed, but it had not yet shipped...12 days later. According to the Drop-Off Package receipt provided by the location the estimated pick-up day was July 25th. So I called the location. The person I talked to said that the item should have shipped within 5 days of the drop off. I told her that it was now a week after the 5 day period. She took my phone number and told me shed get back to me with information about my parcel. No call back-My item still hasnt shipped-And because of this, I still havent received my refund. I understand that Williston is a small town (thats pretty much in the middle of nowhere) and things might take a bit longer. But 12 plus days to leave the drop off location? Thats nuts. Guys, get your stuff together.
No common sense. Went to store to send a scope back to manufacturer and they refuse to send it because it could go on a gun. No common sense no customer service. Best to go somewhere where your business is appreciated.This in response to the answer:What nonsense, what laws are you talking about I received the scope by UPS so it must not be a UPS law. If you are talking about local, state or federal laws I do believe even in California, New York or another highly gun regulated state you can send a scope how ever you want. I am sure if I would have taken it to the real UPS they would have sent it. I took it to Fedex and there was not problem, so you know where I am going to ship from now on. You either are on some sort of power trip or you do not want to admit you where wrong.
This is the worst UPS I have ever had to deal with. Theyre lazy wont even deliver the package to your door if you live on the third floor or even the second floor they just leave boxes at the stairs where the entrance is. Customer service lacking store totally rude we need to fire everyone get a whole new crew

The UPS in Williston, ND is Hell on Earth. Im normally a patient person and I dont bother giving reviews. But, whoever runs this facility needs to be fired immediately. Customer service is non-existent and deliveries are NEVER, literally, NEVER, on time. Avoid UPS in Williston at all costs. You would be better off mailing your stuff via carrier pigeon. Good luck picking up your package after they fail to deliver it to you, because they are NOT open during their posted office hours. I attempted to pickup a package during their hours and had to walk through the employee door and basically force the customer service rep to find my package.

Is there a negative star rating? Over charged me from the original quote on the phone by $100 dollars on shipping a box. Then had them print blueprints off and they failed to deliver on scheduled pick up time and prints were out of order and wrinkles up! I paid almost $300 dollars for garbage! I will never use these idiots again!
Got my package today that i needed to sign for well my package was at the wrong house and i ended up getting there package but my package was damaged thank god my item wasnt damaged im concerned that my item was left with out a signature and not even bothering knocking on my door i would give it just half a star but thats not an option

I had an employee go here to pick up an online printing order that I paid for. The UPS person could not find the order and refused to talk to me on the phone or answer any quedtions about the order. Horrible customer service, do NOT go here, it is a waste of time and money.
So your website says you are open til 7pm and you are not. I dont have a car til after 6pm. I was going to pick up my package and you are not open. Very disappointed that I have to wait another day for my package and my husband has to go get it on his lunch break. Please update the website!
