Ark picked up the phone within a few rings. He knew that I was trying to troubleshoot my MacBook pro not turning on. He gave me some key indicators as to what could be potentially potentially broken and/or mismatched accessorie that may be causing failure to reboot. Go no other place for local Mac service. They we quick. Picked up my computer the day I called and by the afternoon diagnosed the problem. Within 2 days I had my MacBook back and repaired for a more than reasonable place. If you have every tried other more corporate services I am sure it would take weeks and cost more.
