The unprofessionalism of this business is unreal!!! I truly feel like a 16 year old could run a business better than these guys! I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone even if the services they were offering were free. You couldnt even pay me to go back! I will make sure to steer everyone extremely far away from this business!

Thought I needed new brakes put on my van....took it to them and turned out it was just dust that got on the brake pads.....didnt charge me a dime.......after they pulled the wheels off and everything....was very surprised and would definitely recommend their service....thats how you get a permanent customer!!

I had locked my keys in my car and I called them. They got there within 45 minutes Of calling them. They were able to unlock my car and I was able to retrieve my keys that were sitting on the front seat. They were super nice about it.

Helped with diagnostic free of charge over the phone and Im considering Murphy & Sons if they can do the repair despite negative reviews. It seems like an honest operation and Im sure they try to please all their customers. Ill swing by the shop durning regular business hours to find out about cost of parts and rates per labor.

Murphy and sons is a joke. Someone tried to steal my car and the insurance company sent Murphy and Sons to tow the disabled car. They convinced me that they could fix all of the damage. Biggest mistake I ever made! Two months later they finally got the car running, cost $2000. Not to mention when I got it back it had a huge dent in the side. They said they knew nothing about the dent. Getting pictures from the police department and will see them in court. These guys are liars and crooks.

VERY VERY unprofessional! I wouldnt let this place put air in my tires!! The pictures are a conversation that one of the sons had with one of my employees.

Had the breaks on one of our trucks done. The did a good job, it just took a really long time. Prices were pretty agreeable.

Terrible Service. I took my truck in for repairs, they had the truck for over 2 weeks. They were very indecisive with their diagnosis, and had terrible communication. I drove by their shop, and my truck was outside, in the street with the transfer case removed, and the drive shaft dangling on the road. My blood pressure went up by about 20 points while dealing with these hacks. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to a real mechanic somewhere else.
