Very nice efficient staff and the work looks great π.
They fixed my car years ago due to an accident and did a good job then. More recently, I discovered that some paint on the rear bumper was peeling. Most likely due to road debris and me not have mud flaps. I brought it to these folks and they fixed it free of charge under warranty. I wasnt even expecting this . They did a great job again. I recommend these people based on my experience.
These folks were really fantastic. Very kind, very helpful, really wanted the best for me.When my insurance company wouldnβt pay for my mirror, they found me a salvage mirror that is indistinguishable to me from a new one, and managed to do a $900 repair for $350.Will definitely come back if I need any future repairs.
So far they are fine but work not started yet. Very friendly and efficient front desk
Always a great experience.! Their work is second to none!
Very nice folks and professional. I had a problem with repair and they went above & beyond to make it right.
Good auto body work. Poor communication, attention, professionalism, and follow-through by service advisor Bob
Blondin repaired all accident damaged to the rear end of my F-250 truck. They used OEM (Ford) parts and returned it to original condition. They made sure all damage was repaired and then gave me a warranty for as long as I own the vehicle.A real nice surprise was how throughly they cleaned both the outside and inside of the truck. Its late winter here and everything was covered by salt and now it looks like it was detailed.I strongly recommend Blondin Brothers Auto and would return to them for any future body work.
Great team! Helped me navigate Geico and looked out for my bottom line. Service is always friendly, punctual and honest. Special shout outs to ReJean, Angie and Candi for the great attitudes and smiles!
Very pleased with my experience at this great body shop! My truck is beautiful again! Staff went out of their way to get my vehicle done, including working on Saturday morning! The interior was cleaned as well, which is a treat in January! I would highly recommend this business.
Do super work!!! They even work on mice in your car and you cant find them on your own!! They had to tear my car all apart to find the dead critters!!!
We had our car repaired here. Was suppose to replace the Passanger side mirror sense safety clips had been broken an the glass we had put on at a local glass shop where i personally had seen them make it an cut the template. A month later while cleaning the car. I noticed the mirror had not been replaced and the same imperfections from secondary no factory glass was still visible an upon further inspection of the area. I noticed the mirror was still vibrating an shaking down the road. Whole reason we had got it repaired in the first place. This is deffinetly a insurance racket. Because on the bill says 400$ in parts and the only thing that was actually replaced was a plastic cover that only costs 40 dollars from GM directly. Do not take your car to these slimebags
I had a great experience with Blondin Brothers. They got me a quote quickly. My work went smoothly, the quote was accurate it and did not change when they did the work. The staff was friendly and professional. I would go back.
Thank you very much for the great work and having my car back when stated. It was nice to pick up my car that was washed and clean also,it really needed a bath as well as a repair. Thanks again!!
Took them almost 3 months to get my car in, then I paid for a weeks worth of rental car for them not to even start my car for 5 days, tried offering me βconvenientβ services to make more money off me, and there are chips in the paint job! Never again! First guy I dealt with was great but after that I was treated very poorly.
I was sent there as a victim of a rear end collision. The were able to start the work immediately and completed the job in a week. This was a major repair and it came out great. Service and employees were very good. I have some non-insurance claim damage on another car. The scheduled me out 3 weeks but, ( do expect the same quality and quick service.
Worst experience possible at a body shop. They had my van for an entire month after I hit a deer. They gave it back to me with multiple things wrong with it. One being the AC didnt work. No apology, they tried to blame it on me saying it must not have worked before the accident (it did). This started a week from hell where they insisted nothing was wrong and kept trying to give my still broken van back to me. They then ran up charges against my insurance to bring it to THREE other shops to figure out the very obvious problem. They consistently misled me about what they were asking these other shops to do. (I know because I called the other shops to fill them in on what was truly going on.) In the end, the problem was what I had told them it was (a leak in the system), and they laughed as they told me there was deer fur on the broken line. I was livid. In the end I had to pay another shop to fix the headlights and front axle also, out of my own pocket because they told my insurance it was fine. I also ran out of rental coverage because they had my van so long and they never apologized for me having to return with it, or offered to cover a rental for me. Incredibly poor customer service. Poorly done repair. I brought it to another body shop afterwards and they pointed out numerous cosmetic issues with the repairs that were done. Shoddy work by rude, incompetent people.
Family owned and opperated, great work, and friendly staff
They took good care of my baby....my gmc truck
Great experience-professional & great quality work. Will recommend highly.
Blondin Brothers was the best experience Ive ever had at an auto boday shop! Everyone was very helpful and communicated well. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me.
Great service..very nice staff...very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Made a stressful situation stress-free!!
Absolutely worse experience of my life. Not only have I had to deal with a hit and run, I pick my vehicle up to more damage on my passenger door that nobody wants to admit to doing!! Pictures taken prior show no door damage and the vehicle was clean enough to see. Very upset and angry.
I was directed here as a Geico shop for a claim. I found both Geico and Blondin Bros Auto Body shop to be very professional and very knowledgeable in the body work that needed to be done. They explained all my options and even were willing to email another body shop if I wanted to use them. Their estimate was spot on. I like that they took the time to educate me on the process and explain all my options. I would recommend both.
I have been to many auto body shops, these guys standout as real pros.
Great people and excellent work. I am very happy with the results.
Went in for an insurance estimate as requested by Allstate. Lady at the counter tried to explain to me the estimate process and made it sound like it was going to be a hassel for them to do. Left and went right next door to Quintin Brothers and was out 15 min later with an insurance estimate, nothing but smiles and help over at Quintins
Great work and people Ive never had a problem, with them or their work!
Very unprofessional. Go here if you have a 1990 Honda. If you have a nice vehicle they wont know how to treat it with respect.
Great staff and service. Will recommend.
This a response to David McGees comments. While there was some confusion about the strutreplacement initially, upon removal when the new part had arrived it was discovered that the strut had been replaced as stated by Blondin Brothers. The seal at the top of the strut had failed and the strut was replaced under BMWs spare part warranty which would not have been possible for us unless the strut had been replaced and had a factory defect. I am the service manager for BMW and just want to clear up any misunderstanding on this point.
A strut broke on my BMW and I had it replaced at Blondin Brothers. The strut was a dealership part so they obtained the replacement from Automaster. During a routine service inspection at Automaster the following week, I was informed that the very strut that had been replaced the week prior was now leaking.[an enormous amount of drama omitted here].Automaster warrantied the strut they provided to Blondin Brothers (replaced it at no cost), however Blondin Brothers chose to have Automaster install the second replacement and pay for the labor themselves. On my original invoice from Blondin Brothers they charged me 2.5 hours of labor just for the strut replacement and my total bill was nearly $500. I noted that on Automasters invoice/estimate for the exact same procedure it only took 1.2 hours of labor to install a strut. The exact same repair took more than an hour of additional labor at Blondin Brothers. Blondin Brothers also had my car for 3 days. Automaster: less than 6 hours. You decide.
Went for my car. Excellent service
Excellent experience, great work.
