Found a check all the way back from April and was still able to cash it without having to get it reissued...the only issue I encountered was finding a place that didnt have a policy about cashing checks over 60 days old. Had renters insurance through them for 2 years. Great customer service and well priced!

This is like any other insurance office. I give them money and they cover selected propertys.

Absolutely horrible bookkeeping practices going on in this office. It took 3 months to switch a car on our policy, our monthly payments were always going up because they were trying to fix our policy, with no clear explanations. After 4 months I gave up and went to Allstate. Its a wonder how this office is still up and running with all the problems they seem to be having. Highly advise not using this location, maybe the one in Dickinson is better?
