This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with AAA. I love this company and had been able to use my membership so many times when I was in need, so this is solely a reflection on this office. I told the woman at the desk that I was planning a cross country trip and needed to sit down with someone to ask questions. She continued by saying she could offer me maps. She did not offer me to come in and sit down, or point me in the direction of someone who could help, but continued to offer me alternatives to having human interactions. I don’t know if they are just used to people not coming in, but it would have been great to receive an ounce of customer service instead of telling me she could not help me but maps could.

Tow truck driver damaged my car even more during a tow and then denied any knowledge. The Triple A rep I was assigned to was honestly useless. Never answered his phone, or returned calls, refused to give me his supervisors info when I asked for it... it was three weeks before I was able to get any sort of answer from the company to see if they would pay for the damage (all the while without my vehicle). The WORST customer service I have ever experienced.. if you can find any other roadside assistance service I suggest you do!

Service was absolutely phenomenal, excellent timing and an extremely friendly driver made quick work of an otherwise unfortunate Automotive situation. Could not recommend more highly!

The service is pretty good. The only complaint I have is that I was taken off the insurance back in April. I am still getting calls here and there. but also just got a bill in my name... even though I am not on it. Annoying

AAA contractor: GREEN MOUNTAIN TOWING IN VERGENNES, VERMONT. These guys are a joke. Sent by AAA to jump start a car, arrived 1 hour after the ETA, couldnt start the car with a portable jumper, then heard them We can try the cables - No the cables dont work they are rusty COME ON. You were called to jump start a car and your cables are not usable??? They knew they wouldnt be able to start the car with what they had, but answered the AAA call anyway, because you know what? Its easy money and AAA obviously doesnt care checking on the quality of their contractors. 2 hours after calling AAA, we had to call the local towing service who was there in 10 min, with a supercharger. I guess we wont renew our AAA membership this year.

Second time using AAA here in VT and I am just astounded by how friendly and efficient they are! The quoted times are reasonable, and I still never wait that long! The contractors they use have been very pleasant to work with. Overall, I am thrilled with the service I have received.

Very discouraged that if ypu need the service the day you jpin you pay an additional $75....which i had that situation arise...

Stopped in this afternoon and was surprised by the rudeness and shortness of the person who “helped” transfer my AAA membership from NY to New England. It was unwarranted and if you can’t be nice to customers perhaps customer service is not your calling.

I was travelling about 10 mph in the right lane after entering the main road around a strip mall, when a man in the left lane suddenly made a hard right turn from the left lane. Unfortunately the officer who arrived on the scene didnt know his left from his right, so didnt issue a ticket to either one of us. The damage on the other car was on the passenger side (right side), and my damage was on the driver side (left side). I reported it to my AAA insurance agent who then had a claims adjuster contact me. I also sent 10 pictures of both cars to my agent. Instead of contacting the other insurance company to pay for damages, they quickly processed a check to me and with my deductible, could proceed to get my car fixed. This is sub-standard service. They didnt put forth any effort to do the right thing. I am totally dissatisfied with AAA. Obviously they will take the easy way out. No justice here.

Worst service ever. Battery died and when we called to have a AAA battery replaced we were told they dont carry any . After a few more calls we were told someone would be on the way to jump the car and no one ever showed or called. Happened the second day as well . Thank god we were home because if we were in the ditch or side of the road we would have been screwed, seeing as the weather was below zero. Will never use this service again

Their travel service was only concerned with the sale of my vacation. I was hounded until purchasing then never heard back from agent again. He first offered it at over $1,000 more than we bought for and only lowered it when I said what it was listed for on Expedia. Critical transfer information was left off itinerary. No communication prior to travel and no follow up. They only cared about the sale.

We signed up for AAA. Service writer was pleasant.

Reserved a mid size suv at the airport. Needed suv as I am disabled and was traveling with a mobility scooter. When I went to hertz to pickup my reserved suv I was told they didnt have any. I asked why since I reserved one and paid ahead for it. I was informed they rent cars on first come first serve and dont hold what is reserved. I was only able to get an altima. I had to disassemble the scooter every time I need it then reassemble it in the parking lot to use it. This was very time consuming and a pain to do this. AAA and hertz is not the way to go With car rentals.

I came to AAA for passport photos and mailing forms for renewing my passport. Everyone was helpful and the service was expedient.
