Needed an emergency tire repair and Clark’s was able to get me to squeeze me in! Service was quick, fairly priced, and positive all around. Will definitely return for future repairs.

Been taking our cars here for about 12 years. Always honest and fair and friendly. Had everything from repairing a broken door handle to replacing an engine to oil changes and other repairs done there over the years and never had any complaints with service, price or quality. Fits you in when your car breaks down and you dont have an appointment.

Had a great experience with Clarks. They came and towed my car to the shop. They estimated the work at around $600. When all was said and done the total was around $125 because they found an easier way to fix the problem. They could have easily still charged us the $600 and we would have never known the difference. They did a great, quick, and honest job. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

Well as of yesterday.... when I broke down and had to call AAA for a tow. I decided on Clarks being the place to try since being recommended by a good friend and having been severely over charged and received less then 50% of work completed correctly, or at all, at other shops (Mavis). I was very disappointed I never even received a call before Clarks closed at 5pm when I left a note of problem and spoke to a gentleman. Never have been there before, when I called at 5:45pm I wasnt expecting a closed message and voicemail.

I had a very disappointing experience with Clarks Auto Repair. I brought my car in because it sometimes wouldnt start. (It would crank but not turn over... sometimes. Other times it would crank a bit but would turn over.) They told me that it never didnt start up for them on the first try but they did notice that it would crank a bit before turning over. They said this meant that the starter was going bad and should be replaced. They charged me about $330. I got in my car and it did start right up. I stopped at wawa on my way home. When I started up my car it cranked for about 10 seconds before starting up. The next time I got in my car, about an hour later, it started up no problem. Then a couple hours after that, I had to try it several times before it started up. Clearly, the starter wasnt the problem. I brought my car somewhere else and they immediately diagnosed the problem as a crank shaft sensor. Cost me $50 to fix it. So yeah, dont go to Clarks unless you want to throw away your money.

The only mechanic I trust...and that says a lot. Jim is a wonderful honest person. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. But you know youre getting quality work done. And theres no up selling!

I dont normally write reviews but felt compelled to do so about Clarks!! The service I received was above what was expected!! I had an entire motor replaced in my 4Runner and I feel as though they went beyond just replacing the motor and made sure that all of the little details were addressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs service done on their vehicle.

Overcharge for parts. A new oe replacement fuel pump cost 50$. They charge 400$???? I asked to bring my own parts he says we dont do that cleary looking to make extra profit off parts. Never trust a devil.

Clarks Auto Repair always does excellent job and most of all, very honest as to the cost of the repair by explaining what is really wrong and what should be done. We highly recommend Clarks Auto Repair if you have any repair to be done on your car!

I had my transmission rebuilt through Clarks 2100.00 had to have a new radiator 254.00 (nothing wrong with radiator before I had the transmission work done) then bought a new battery, because the alternator had to be replaced (YES) AFTER THE TRANSMISSION WORK WAS DONE. Unless you really want to be taken to the cleaners dont go to Clarks in Williamstown!!!!!!!!!!!!
