Great emergency service

The tow was fine but the owner took it upon himself to change my oil and bill me for it without calling and asking. Adding a 30 dollar charge I didnt have the money for that day. I will not go back. To perform services without consent is like stealing. Yes my truck needed an oil change I knew that I also didnt have the money. So he did work I didnt ask to have done, he also did it without a even a phone call. These are hard times but that is unethical.

I am not quite sure of their rates but they sure do have some good business that they provide to people if they need anything for their car

2nd time getting my car serviced here, great work. I needed a full exhaust, They shopped it to get me the best price for it even got my passenger side mirror it fits perfect, though I didnt ask for it but, I did need it they gave me an oil change. If ever I need repairs again, Ill definitely choose A Jacks first. Again great work and reasonable prices. My car is running great. Thank you Jack and crew.

They were quick and handled everything great. The service was good and quick. Everything seemed nearly perfect. Highly recommend them, not only for towing but fixing my car.

Jack was great! I called Tuesday morning and told him what I needed he gave me an estimate right on the phone, came and towed my car about 45 minutes to 1 hour later, repaired the things I needed and a few other things ( not outrageously priced, but definitely needed) also gave my car an oil change, everything was done by Friday morning, I went and picked it up and everything was a few dollars cheaper than the original estimate. My car is running great 😀 I am completely satisfied with Jack and A-Jacks Towing & Recovery. Thank you so much for getting my car back on the road safely.

This review is purely based on the fact that I called for a price, he saw on the caller ID that I had an out of state number and told me to call back the next day. When I asked if he was not able to give me a price, he asked where I was located (less than 5 miles from your location) and when I told him, he all of the sudden was able to give me the price. Taking nothing away from the service you provide as Im sure it is great work but his customer service could use some improvement.

After breaking down on 55 with my wife and daughter, we couldnt find any help so I googled towing service and found Jack. Let me tell you, he was God sent. Jacked helped us get to a safe place off the highway and when we tried to rent a car, we was told by enterprise they didnt have any rentals so Jack went into the same enterprise rental store and got us a rental car. I dont think enterprise in that area wanted to rent to black people but Jack made it happen for us and we got back home to Allentown Pa. Please everyone, especially African American, if you ever need a tow contact Jack and he will do everything to help you, trust me.

Them wanted to charge me $125. To go from Sicklerville to Williamstown not even 6 miles away

The owner Jack is one of the most rude and arrogant people youll ever deal with. He has a major problem talking to people. There are many other options in the area and if youre in need of towing or repairs, find someone else!
