I have been here twice so far, the life guards seem to not like their jobs. They will yell at my children for something, yet this group full of other kids were doing the exact same thing. The life guards dont even know how to talk to children. Im all for rules, as my children know theyre to obey them but the rules better apply to every person here and not just my children. Smh

Folks running this place are incompetent. It took my son, my wife and I four months to cancel membership here, despite multiple requests for callbacks and emails. Michael Davis, Membership and Program Director stated that we were blocking private numbers and that he needed to contact his IT department to reach us. We dont block private numbers as we both work in the Defense industry and nearly ever call we receive comes from a private number. Amazing how when I threaten to contact his regional manager that Mike has the epiphany to contact his IT department for help.

Great place to work out and swim plus son can burn some energy

The YMCA is truly striving to make a difference in our community. Not only do I appreciate all the benefits and services provided as a member, the YMCA allows volunteers like me to have the space to make a difference in the lives of teenagers in our community. Over the last year I was able to be part of a team of volunteers that brought a youth mentor program to life through the YMCA right here in our city. The YMCA is the perfect location for kids to play basketball, receive tutoring, talk to adults about their lives, enjoy a snack and learn from a variety of professionals from our community - all in a safe environment.

Friendly, helpful staff, great programs and great facilities.

Good general health facility with a gymnasium, workout center, racquetball courts, a 25m pool and probably elements that I dont even know about. It is conveniently located right next to UPMC Susquehanna in the middle of Williamsport. The staff has been helpful and friendly and in spite of the cost being higher than gyms like Planet Fitness, its offerings warrant that price increase. I am glad to have joined the Williamsport YMCA, and would recommend its consideration for your health and fitness needs.

Great staff, well kept, very clean, friendly staff, great programs, great workout programs and equipment.Reasonable hours and days affordable prices for seniors and those on disability and great place to work my friend Tama has been working here many years and he likes it.

This area is a clean respectable place to work out and swim. They offer other activities and programs so stop by and enjoy yourself.

Nice open swim pool. The staff was VERY courteous and the kids enjoyed their time there under the watchful eyes of the pool attendants.

I love the ymca, I just wish people would clean stuff off when they are done with it

Well there seems to be a problem with kids being in the swim lanes they need to have adult swim in the area if needed and also I notice they are taking folks shower before getting into the water

Very clean well kept up, hot sauna and steam great if your joints or bones hurt. Basket ball court, indoor swimming pool, locker rooms well looked after. Come see for yourself, kids love the pool.

Great place to excercise

Everything is well kept and clean. Workout equipment is great. Dry sauna and steam room in pool area is always nice and hot. Kid care. Wife loves the workout class options and variety. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have paid at least as much and more for WAY less amenities at trendy workout facilities (for just a single person membership, with way more restrictions, under contracts, etc). My family of 4 can use this place 7 days a week for about what I used to pay monthly for just myself at another popular gym chain, which is crazy. Lots of stuff to do for every single member of family and great way to get everyone involved in being more active and healthy in a fun way.

Plenty of workout equipment and space throughout but this ymca compared to the old location has fallen off tremendously and staff harass you!

The facilities are nice.The staff are helpful.There is a variety of classes one can choose to take.The exercise equipment is nice.If all of this isnt good enough for you, I dont know if theres any other place one could go!

The gym is above standard for the area; love it. But keep a close eye on your kids. Child watch was caught on camera mistreating children. Very disheartening.

Love the pool and yoga classes. They also offer free membership through some Medicare plans.

The River Valley YMCA is a very good place to go to work out. The service there when you walk in is quality and I have no complaints. Just make sure to wipe down the machine you were using after you are done with it.

I was there the other day to punch the punching bag and walk the tread mill and boy this place is clean and friendly and a safe place for kids.The staff are awesome and the equipment is nice and well kept and the bathrooms are very clean as well.

Went for the first time today for swim lessons with my 8 month old daughter. They were very friendly there and had developed a program to introduce babies to the water. The instructor was great and the facilities seemed relatively new and well maintained. We will definitely be back.

Easy to find and park. Enough great equipment so I could move from one activity to another without waiting. Clean facility.

They have pretty much all you need for fitness.

Took kids to pool, enjoyed the steam room and hot tub attached to pool area. Nice & clean facility, keep that a priority and will always be great place.

Great gym: plentiful equipment, helpful staff, friendly members.I always had this at five stars but one thing frustrated me: if there is more than like ten people there the WiFi becomes awful and I end up having to use my own (limited) data for music..very frustrating. Will get back to five stars when I no longer have to do that.

Great people and great instructors. If you have a concern or a question please ask one of the attendants. they are waiting to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Five star service for a 2 star price, great people and family friendly environment.

Staff only care about themselves. Some never pay attention to the kids at daycare. My daughter hair was pulled and all the employees were to busy talking to one another to notice. They are never organized and their communication is awful. I hope this place shut down. I would of gave this place no stars, but I have no choice but to give them a one. My daughter is in a better daycare now. Never will do business with them again!

For an all inclusive plan you can not beat the price an amenities

Everything was good except for the girls locker room and I feel the should be more temperature control in the room with the swimming pool. Its waaaaay to hot and muggy.

Nice and new facility. Lots of room in the weight room to spread out. Not crowded. Friendly staff at the front desk. Options for visitation if you are traveling for work or visiting Williamsport for other reasons. Well done Williamsport YMCA!

This is a lovely Y. The staff is fantastic and the facilities top notch.

We play volleyball here. It is a brand new facility that is clean and also has a great pool.

I think I am going to get my exercise and enjoy myself.
