Wonderful staff! I always leave with a smile on my face.

They did a lot for my daughter through the years who needed them but they also did a lot wrong also as she got older For the most part I would highly recommend some things. I will say they could do better at. such as like listening to Their clients better for their needs.

I have seen just about every type of therapist, doctors, ECT and I was blown away by the dedication and effort this staff put into finding me the right care. I highly recommend Paul Irwin, he was so easy to talk to and instead of telling you what to do they help you work through things with your own thoughts and ideas. WORTH A VISIT IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING, IF THEY DONT HAVE SOMEONE THERE THAT CAN HELP YOU THEY REACH OUT AND FIND SOMEONE!. VERY impressed

A place like this should hire better individuals that have an understanding on what’s the clients are going threw, been three, or even experience in the fields they are directing to. Since they say they main priority is to assist families and help. Only experience I got from them was them putting a wedge between me and my family. You complain they give you a run around, everyone claims to know something but when u seek answers no one knows anything, no one is genuine they lack compassion and morale.They do their job, go home and carry on with there own lives. While you are left to worry bout your loved one and their well-being and safety . I wonder what their companies code of ethics is? No I wouldn’t recommend not one case worker, advocate, what ever they prefer to be addressed as, as being useful or even helpful in anyway. Really makes me wonder. Should I have even reached out to them for their help in the first place?????????Anyone dealing with them I am praying for your strength and patience because you will definitely need it or they will label you aggressive. Don’t even deserve the star but wanted to give my personal experience to anyone seeking truth.

Great people to speak with and will continue to stay in touch with them. They have a multitude of programs availabe for the general public and children. Proud to deal with them on the level I am.

Im not one to say anything negative about a facility but I called crisis hotline in need of severe help and I have told them the things that my son was doing that could have been extremely dangerous including self-harm ... They told me to play a board game with my kid I couldnt believe it that was their answer to my sons mental issue

This agency currently has custody of me its sad that they can not find me a foster home due to my gender identity and no homes will accept me the lies and the discrimination that goes on is really sad this system really needs to change because the things im going through is to much to handle. Equality Matter. My caseworker Heidi Crooks should no be involved to many complains on her end.

They are big help and have many good services available.

Not a good place they let me starve cause my wallet went missing the caseworkers let me starve knowing my wallet is missing and the caseworkers dont care

Not a great place some caseworkers are very rude and Dont know how to do their jobs.
