Overall our experience with the CENTURY 21 (Betty Steinbacher Real Estate) firm was great because of our real estate agent Kim. Kim was on point, responsive and patient. She was always very polite and respectful, she even managed to provide bad news in a way that made it seem not so bad, as in, she was always prepared for the next plan or idea to get things moving. We really liked that. She was ready to tackle the whats next question with a genuine and effective plan. Another thing that we really loved was that if there was a question or concern in which she was unsure how to answer, or how to handle, she was willing to let you know that and shed look into the best answer or course of action instead of just telling you what you want to hear. We really appreciated that she was more concerned with taking the time to do some research and providing us with accurate information (which was always delivered in a timely fashion). Overall, Kim is a great person, real estate agent and professional. She takes her time to get to know what your needs and wants then applies them to buying and selling (which we did both). We have had experiences in the past with other firms and agents and it was like working with a car salesman. You genuinely feel like you are being taken care of and its an experience we will never forget. You wont regret Kim in your corner!

Our agent Anne (and Betty) were with us all the way! She brought a sense of calm, professional, knowledgeable confidence to every showing, meeting and phone call (even in the midst of a pandemic). Also, she was the controlled voice of reason (and sometimes sanity) when things were getting a little overwhelming (for us as new homebuyers, she was never overwhelmed). I don’t think I could have a more unproductive agent. The only thing I’ve gained from your agency is broken promises. I am buying a house but will not be through Century21.

Betty Steinbacher made a inexcusable error. She told the wrong party there offer was excepted. Four hours later we were notified of her grave error. Then to find out she was the Broker is beyond words.How can a broker be so incompetent!
