Management in the building is fine, but head management in State College price gouges students for cleaning bills. Rent for a single person is outrageously expensive and not worth the price. Total cleaning, if none is done, will cost $500 and upwards, and even when decent cleaning is done, and wear and tear costs are given to the students, say goodbye to your $300 security deposit, and expect additional costs.

Ive rented time and time again and this is by far the WORST place Ive rented from. Management is slimy for lack of better words. They will tell you you said something that never came out of your mouth and swear by it. The place is dirty and run down. They get you by making it seem like its this great place to live, youre getting such good deals blah blah blah. Once they get you to sign the lease, youve basically signed away your life. They are bloodsuckers and will suck your wallet dry of every last cent. For example I paid my rent on time and TWO WEEKS later the guy in the office calls me down because Ive been racking up late fees for not paying in full when I followed the prices on the lease. He claimed I told him I was getting financial aid when I clearly stated I wasnt returning to classes the second semester. They are sleazy and dirty. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This place is terrible! I lived there 2 years ago when I first moved to Williamsport for school. Management is terrible and sketchy. I swear the guy in the office is a perv! They will take every last cent from you. Not only did they take my entire security deposit, but then charged me extra when the place was perfectly clean and in good shape when i left! They will also lie right to you until they catch themselves in their own lies and still try to deny anything. They pick who they are going to screw over. My roommate at the time had her boyfriend living there who had scabies, which is against the lease to move someone else in without adding them to the lease. I brought this to managements attention more then once and make it clear I didnt want him living there (they said they needed my permission if he wanted to move in) which I didnt give them. But these people didnt care, at least not until my boyfriend started coming over a lot and they threatened me and harassed me over it. They would actually come knocking on my door at night to see if he was there and ended up suing him to get money off him when he didnt even live there and had his own place. This place is dirty and the people are sleazy! Its not worth it, stay away!

Good apartment, clean, everything as-promised. Cant be more convenient to campus.
