I just moved to the area and I’ve definitely found my new go to place. They were very nice and accommodating to what I wanted. I didn’t catch either of their names but the woman did my fill in/shape and color and the guy (her husband, I’m guessing) did the design and they both did such a good job. I told the guy I wanted a Halloween design and he delivered with his own creativity which I loved. I also love how it’s a small mom and pop place so you know you’re supporting a small business. Hands down 10/10. Fairly priced + great work, highly recommend

Ive been coming to Lotus Spa & Nails for YEARSSS & Ive never ever been disappointed with any of the services theyve provided me with. This salon (in MY opinion) has Williamsport lock especially when it comes to nail shaping and nail art. I show them a pic of what I want and they deliver with confidence.They just recently upgraded the salon and its beautiful. Its alot more up to date and much brighter! Im definitely a loyal customer!

Mimi was awesome! She did exactly what I asked for. She made my nails beautiful for my wedding on saturday.. The older woman helped pick the colors according to the picture I showed her. Mimi added a beautiful flower piece to my ring fingers to make the nails pop! Cashing out was a breeze since they have cash app! Super pleased and Ill be back for a fill!

I chose the $28 dollar pedicure and was not asked if i wanted gel polish or regular polish, they gave me gel polish and then charged me $40 because they did gel when i did not ask or choose the gel polish. i showed them a picture of what i wanted on my nails and was originally told they couldnt do that and then said they would try it. they were out of the color i chose so they just used one that was close. my nails were way shorter than i wanted and am very upset. i only got a fill and it was $65. i can get a full set at a different nail place for 47. will not be coming here again!

I got a full set, french tips. It was fast and friendly, but it doesnt look that great. The nail tech didnt cut my cuticle back.. there was some glue stuck inside the nail and the lines werent straight..

The bathroom had no soap yet we watched several employees use the bathroom then return to service patrons with no gloves.Visited with four family members prior to a wedding with an appointment, and were told the services would take about 1 hour for all of us to get a mani/pedi. It ended up being about 2 hours and all of us could not receive a mani/pedi.The services were very different depending on the motivation of the staff member who took care of each person. Ex: only one or two of us had our cuticles cut/hand and feet massaged where all others did not. Two staff members did a great job while the other two did not listen, communicate, or provide any customer experience.The brides nails were taken care of by the person who was also answering every phone call/getting up for every person who came through the door (there were about 4 or 5 who visited because nails that were done in the last day or so were already breaking) and they would return and skip filing down a finger/etc... then halfway through they switched technicians who repeated the same process.Overall a pretty poor quality and unsanitary experience. When expressing these concerns, they were sure to note that they are renovating soon and will be getting new chairs, so thats a plus.

This has always been my regular nail place. This last time I came in for a full-set that looked completely terrible. I had an appointment made at 4:15 and they didn’t start on my nails until an hour later. I paid $85 for a set that has crooked nails that are bumpy and uneven. I had to go home and spend two hours fixing my own nails that were way over priced. After this last appointment I will be looking for a new salon to get my nails done at now. I was a repeat customer but I will never go back after that.

A girlfriend and I decided to try this salon based off Instagram account, it was horrible.....we sat for over 45 min with calling ahead for an appointment and decided to leave. They were still working on the clients prior even after 45min. Do not recommend this salon

I called and was able to set an appointment and I asked their hours, in which I wrote down. I called the next day during business hours to see about changing the appointment time and after trying to call 6 times and it would just ring and no one answered. This review is only based off this experience and not their service.

The guy that did my nails went very fast and they did not turn out good. I got a gel full set. My nails were not filed down correctly, there were pieces that weren’t filed. My nails were very thick, I had to go back and have them slimmed down, while doing that he cut the inside of my nail. After that point, I just said forget it and left. I don’t recommend the person I had, I don’t know his name, but maybe another person in there could have done better.

I visited the salon on Saturday, August 8th, 2020. They are always polite and clean. I came in for a new full set which was recommended by Jay the last time I got a fill in. They insisted I didnt need a new set and was persistent that I just get a fill. I unfortunately accepted that and got a fill. This time a different guy did my nails. I mentioned several times both my pinky nails were crooked and I wanted them redone. He didnt do anything to them. You dont really see how bad the quality is until they are done. I was in a rush so immediately after I left, I called and told them I am not happy with the quality as they are now really crooked, the nails are lumpy and not smooth. He told me he will take care of me. I was to go in the next day but I had my family with me. I came in Tuesday when they were open again. I was told the owner offered me 10% off a new set. I said I just paid $40 for a fill 3 days ago and I have to pay again? He called Ella and then offered either 25% off a new set or Jay could fix them for free. I was not happy but said he can try to fix them. He removed the polish and began filing. He was at the point to start polishing. Several nails had lifted, the cuticle area was rough and rugged, and they were very thin now to try to fix the shapes. I was completely unsatisfied and just asked for a new set. The new set were not even close to the length that they know I wear, but I was still charged the amount I would pay for my length. He charged me $65 for what I wouldnt have even paid $40 for, so with the 25% and him helping me even more and taking off $5 for the take off of the nails, I was charged $45. I am not a confrontational person, so I paid, but after 2 years of faithful patronage, I will be finding another salon, at least until Ella returns as she seems to do the best quality and does not overcharge.

My friend and I drove a half an hour because we thought they were the best around the area. We go there and they were busy which is understandable. So we made an appointment for 3:30. We came back by 3:30 and they didn’t take us till 4. When they finally did my friend got a very nice guy he spoke to Both of us and was so nice! And I got a man who sat next to him that didn’t talk at all and couldn’t understand me. I wanted red matte nails with cow print on my ring fingers which are simple blobs of colors. My friend changed to a different guy. And they looked at each other showed the other the photo and said no! They couldn’t do simple print but have amazing pictures on there Facebook and website. And they also did this to another women and hers was just lines. So he pointed to the sparkles instead and didn’t say anything. And so I figured it out I’ll get sparkles instead I was already not very happy. Then he got a complete opposite color of the one I Pointed to. And when I said no the other he didn’t even acknowledge it. And one of my thumbs is totally messed upAnd didn’t have matte on ones side of it. I am definitely not takeing my business back there again. Not worth it!

The salon was clean. The technicians were friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The regular polish color options are somewhat limited unless you want something in the red family, and the pedicure chairs seemed fairly worn. The basic pedicure I recieved was okay. However, the salon was busy, and there was a steady stream of new customers while I was there.

Took a lady friend there to get her nails done and enjoyed it and was happy with the work....her nails looked fabulous and the price seemed fair.

Me and my sister went. The guy she had was talkative funny and did a great job. Unfortunately the guy I had you got nothing out of. My pedi was second best. I usually go to tnt and never had a problem. I guess here it just depends who you get.my feet are still very ruff.

Friend had her nails done and had a pedicure done. Within 3 days the polish came off her toenails. Not very impressive for spending what she spent. She was given an attitude when she asked to have one of her fingernails redone because she wasnt happy how it turned out.

The guy who did my nails went very fast and used a drill on my nails that hurt really bad. He filled them pretty well, but a few days after and I noticed that he not only filled my nails in all the way, but he also filled on top of my skin! He was going too fast to probably realize what he was doing.

This is the ONLY place I will go! They put so much into giving you want you want! Extremely personable. Always a wonderful conversation every single time. They have become family to me. I highly recommend them ALL THE TIME.

Went today for my very first time after a long day at work. Took my daughter with me as well. Staff was absolutely wonderful. They put alot of effort into making sure our nails were just right. They were polite and didnt rush through the process. The store was very clean and welcoming. Prices were reasonable for what we had done. Were extremely pleased with the shape and color of our nails. We will definitely be returning! :)

Filthy. Made an appointment and didnt get waited on for 45 minutes after appointment time. I wanted a fill only and it took almost two hours. My nails are falling off after 2 weeks and there are indents and uneven spots in them.

Best place in town. Nails don’t pop off. Always gentle. Never rush. If there’s a problem they gladly fix it. Always very staffed so wait time isn’t long even without appointment. Always friendly. Great atmosphere.Started going here when T&T Nails would do my nails and they would pop off frequently (I have had acrylics for over 10 years) and they refused to fix, as well as having to wait over 30 minutes even when I schedule an appointment.

Lotus Spa and Nails are very professional! I went there to get my very first set of acrylic nails and I was SO happy with them! They are absolutely beautiful and the staff are a joy to be around. I highly recommend them!

They do an amazing job on nails, especially some specific nail techs, but ladies I BEG you DO NOT get your eyelashes done here. Last time I went, they were using the new trend of nail glue to stick individuals on instead of eyelash glue and that is not regulated nor is it safe. I never went back even though they have the best nail technique in Williamsport.

I took my girlfriend here to get her nails FILLED and it took them 2 hours this place isn’t cheap or fast don’t recommend snd they don’t speak almost any English good work but expensive and slow

My favorite nail place. I live 3 hours away now and will still wait until I come to town just to get my nails done here. Always nice and if I ever find a flaw they fix it instantly. Love this place and reccomend it to everyone that asks about nail salons in the area!

Ella is the best nail and eye technician around. Shes kind, curtious, and flexable she will put hand painted designs on any nails. Ive been to many salon Lotus is the best around oh and did I mention the lashes she does are out of this world 1st class!!

Me and my best friend came in one night when lotus spa was just about to close, and they happily accepted us to get 2 full set. Ella and Tim did our nails. I will be back for sure. I hear nothing but good reviews about this place. Now I know why. Thanks Ella and Jim for staying late and doing our nails.

My gel nails were amazing, however, my experience getting them removed was awful. The gel nail itself was clipped very short. I had nail extensions under the gel and wanted everything removed. Then another nail extension was forcefully jammed in between the extension/gel and my natural nail, and used to rip everything off. No acetone was used until I told him he was hurting me a lot and asked if there was no other way to remove them. I was told that there was not. He then only soaked one nail in acetone for a couple of seconds, which did nothing. It was clear that this was causing me a lot of pain... This experience has caused me so much pain and trauma that I will never go to a nail salon again. I even ended up crying for an hour afterward when I got home, and my nails continued to throb with pain for about 2 days. If I could give this a negative rating I would. NEVER GO HERE TO GET GEL NAILS WITH EXTENSIONS REMOVED!!!!

I recently visited the salon. For the first time on Sunday, made a trip there Monday, and then today (Wednesday) to get a repair. My nails were originally very crooked so I went back to the shop today to get them “fixed”. At the time I didn’t notice the extent but my nails are still crooked and they are not even lengths which is something I asked specifically for today. I also had to leave for class so I didn’t have much time to look over them until after I left. For $50 my nails are not satisfactory and I should not have had to make two more trips back to get them redone and they’re still not right. When I used Safari to look up the hours it told me they were open Monday’s and the sign in the store also says the same thing so I made an unnecessary trip when it was falsely advertised that you were open. I live almost 25 minutes away so that’s even more money I spent on gas. I do not want my nails done again, I want my money back. This has been a huge lack of service and an inconvenience for me. When I called to try to leave a message for the owner, it resulted in the person who answered the phone talking over me and then hanging up on me. When I tried to call back no one answered.

This is by far my favorite place for everything they have to offer. Manila, pedi, lash extensions, and can not wait to try micro blading my eyebrows. Ella does an absolute wonderful job and makes them look professional everytime.

My new nail salon!!

Went only because they were open on Sunday. had 2 different people start and finish my nails. He has polish all over and the work space was not clean at all. My nails were sharp and thin when I left. I will never go back again. Gel paint was chipping within a week, I can usually get 2+ weeks out of a manicure. It was a waste of money to go here.

Unfortunately it was a long wait even with appointment, probably because they are just opening back up and getting used to everything. They made it up to us by giving us a bottle of lotion. Have not had my nails n feet done in years but will be goin back.

They do not know how to do coffin nails. I asked for long coffin and they did the complete opposite. When I asked if they could redo them, they caught an attitude and told me this is what I asked for. I told them to take my nails off and I’ll go somewhere else. Then they tried to charge me for THEIR mistake! I will NEVER go back

Terrible service. The owner painted my daughters toes and said some racist slurs. My daughters nails came out cute but my nails was horrible. The guys who did me and my daughters toes acted like they didnt want to touch our feet so the scrub down for the pedicure was terrible good thing we have nice feet. It was just terrible and I will never recommend anyone to go there. I will NEVER go again!!!!!!!

I had a full set of SNS done with tips they looked beautiful. The next day 6 nails had cracks 2 broke completely of of the broken one cracked my real nail and it bled and is super sore. So I drive back which is a 30 minute drive for me they blame me and say its the tips that caused the problems. I tell them that most of the nails the tips are fine its the dip powder thats cracked. They said that the dip it more brittle.....my best friend has dip with tips and hasnt broken one but she goes to a different salon. So the fixed them and shorten the nails so they wont break. They are uneven look crappy and guess what very next day at work my nail breaks, I dont have a labor intensive job. 45.00 and 2 trips to Williamsport for nails Im going to have to pay to have another salon take off and do all over.
