The man i had did a great job! i was a walk in for a manicure and they were able to get me in so fast and the work was great! they were all super kind and the price is not bad at all. it’s super clean and overall a great environment!

Im in the area for work so I blindly picked a salon to go to and I couldnt be happier. Its a large salon, lots of stations for nails and chairs for pedicures. Facility was clean and the staff were very polite... Shelby did my nails and she did amazing. Paid great attention to the little details. Probably the best gel manicure I have ever had. I will definitely go back when I am here again.

One time they messed my nails up and I complained about it. I did not complain in the shop. I waited til I got home to message the owner. So she had me come back to get my nails redone and still charged me more after I tipped her. So I paid for nails I didnt like the first time plus tipped the guy that messed them up. Did not cause a seen in the shop. Waited til I got home to tell the owner. Also since then I have came back one time(gave them 1 more chance) to get my nail color changed and I was not treated as nice as I use to be treated!! I have been going there off and on for like 5 or more years and have always loved the service until now. So I go to a different place now that treats me great and always makes sure u am happy with their service!!! This is the pics...The thumb one i am showing when I came in I had broke a big piece off the side of my nail and instead of him replacing the nail he filed it down and threw some acrylic on it and it was lopsided...and the second pic is the nails....I wanted ombre on both my ring fingers and the solid colors were suppose to be on the rest. Thus was not what I wanted. So he called himself telling me that he did a marble design...anyway it sucked but I was still nice and like I said I still tipped him...smfh I ended up paying with tips included about I think it was like close to $85 for something that I hated!!! The guy that did my nails never told me he could not do my nails the way I wanted when I asked him. He just did pretty much what he wanted...smdh

I love this nail salon! This was my first visit to this salon and I will definitely be going back!FYI: Harry gives THE BEST pedicures!!! His leg massages will put you to sleep!!Everyone there is very knowledgeable, kind and welcoming! I highly recommend you give them a try!!

So I had went in to get a full set of acrylic nails they turned out good and I liked them. My brother was paying for my sister and I’s nails has a gift. He didn’t have time to come so he gave me the card to pay. So I had paid the $55 and left a tip I signed the receipt but I didn’t take a copy of it because I didn’t think I needed too. So a little bit later my brother checked his account to find out they had charged him $75 dollars apiece to his card. When it’s should’ve been $62 for mine and my sisters each. So him and his girlfriend had gone back to clear things up. They got there and started talking to the lady and asked for the receipts. They keep the receipts from everyone that day but coincidentally my sister, my brothers girlfriend, and my receipt were missing. Then we had also found out they overcharged my brother’s girlfriend as well because she had gone with us to get her nails done too. So when she started arguing with the lady that they overcharged her they tried to say she had got her eyebrows waxed too when she never did. I would not recommend going because who knows who all they have done this too.

My daughter and I have been going here for probably about a year or so now. We decided to go here after trying out several other nail salons in the area. They are always so kind and do whatever it takes to make sure you walk out of their salon pleased with your nails!!! This last time we went, I showed them a picture of a nail design I had found online that I wanted them to recreate on my nails. My nails were first painted and shaped beautifully by one artist, then I was taken over to Johns table, where he pulled out all of his nail art tools and got to work. The end result was more beautiful than I couldve ever expected! It looked a million times better than the picture I had originally showed them. He is a true artist, as are the other nail techs here, I truly appreciate you guys and your talent, I will continue to come back in the future! I attached some photos to show off how pretty they really were!!

So I have been here once before as I walk in and they were very helpful and my nails were good. Today my friend and I came in for a 5:00 appointment which we had made 3 days prior. They acted like they didnt know about the appointment and then told us to go pick out our nail color. So we did then they told us to go sit in a spa chair to get pedicures. We sat there for 20 minutes without anything and then a woman came over and filled the tubs with water and told us to soak our feet. We waited another 30 minutes and no one came over to us at all. So as we were getting up to leave one of the girls ran over and asked us why we were leaving and we said that we have waited 50 minutes and basically have had nothing done. When we had an appointment at 5:00 It was now 5:50. All they did was apologize and we left. Not happy at all. What is the point in making appointments if they dont follow through with them???

Busy place on almost any day, but staff is always pleasant and friendly. I wont go anywhere else.

So I have used this spa for years but took time off due to the pandemic. In the interest of insuring we could be seen, my friend and I made an appointment several days in advance. Upon arrival it was clearly very busy, but I wasn’t concerned because of the steps I had taken. We waited almost an entire hour while random walk-in customers were tended to first. After sitting with our feet in water for an extended period of time, it became clear that they had forgotten us completely. I am really embarrassed because I had recommended this place. We ended up receiving no services and had to leave. I am appalled at the lack of respect for my time. I will not go here again!

The owner did my nails and one was bleeding so bad he had to apply pressure for 10 min because he cut me cutting back my cuticles. My cuticles are swollen and multiple were bleeding. They are sore and start bleeding if I hit them on anything. He didn’t even give me a discount or apologize. I will not be going back there.

Do not go here for nails!!! They do not do what you ask and then when you are not happy with what they have done, they do not compensate you. The worst customer service ever! We do not make a habit of asking for money back for nails unless it is extreme circumstances. And we always tip more than 20%!! As a matter of fact, we have never had to ask for money back at any salon until now. The technician was told over and over that we were not happy with what she was doing. Her reply was I am not finished. Well, when she finally was finished, and we were not happy, there was no compensation for nails that had to be removed the next day because they were lifting off because she made them too narrow.Whether a technician spends 10 minutes or 2 hours on nails, if its not right, then its not right! The customer needs some type of compensation. My thoughts are this - if customer shows technician a picture of what they want and the tech cannot do it, or has never done that, then SAY IT!!!! Dont say, ok ok I can do this and then NOT DO IT!

My mom loves going here, so much so that she wanted to make sure that I post a review for her so that everyone knows how much she loves them. Today when she got her nails done, she had a woman named Jenny. She was super sweet and funny and my moms nails looked so pretty when they were done! She wants to have her every time she goes back... lol. :) she also commented on how clean the place was and how they never make us wait too long. 10/10

Awesome job! The ladies here always take good care of me. Tina does good ombré nails. Amy is also good to go to if you have broken nails. Just be sure you get an appointment and come when you have a day off. It can get backed up and booked really fast!

The polish didn’t fill the entire nail and my set had lifted by the end of the night on 3 nails. Not worth the money I spent for a full set.

If I could give this place a half a star I would . My mom and I waited over an HOUR to just get a simple fill on our acrylic nails. We had made an appointment a week a head of time and still had to wait! They were very under staffed on a Friday ! There was several walk ins that were taken before us and left us sit even though we were there on time and had appointments. Needless to say we walked out after and hour long wait ! No one even said a word to us when we walked out and we went to another salon who took us right away! Definitely not going back !

Went in for a simple gel fill, the tech removed my current nails without consulting me (then charged me full price, $50, for a brand new set). I asked for coffin shape and got blatantly crooked, lop-sidded and uneven lengths. After the appointment my nails HURT for a full day, then another 24 hours later, one by one each started popping off. I went back in to have the manager correct the horrible work but was given a few replacement acrylics which are already chipping another day later..

Extremely pushy with trying to make my daughter get nail tips, no patience when we were picking colors, and again very pushy trying to charge $5 extra for their already very expensive prices. I was not happy with my mani, the color doesnt even fill my whole nail. Will not be going here again, do not recommend...

After moving to Williamsport in 2015 my priority was to find my favorite thing to do for myself, mani/pedi! It was painful as I went to five places even coming home and removing the horrible manicure! I then was given a recommendation to go to Future Nails and thank g-d, I found my happy place,:-). I love Lilly for my manicures, she is professional, experienced and always on time! For pedicures I live Anna and Hannah-best pedis ever! Amy & John are the owners and they are always welcoming, knows you by name and thanks you every time! I also get my eyebrows waxed and 💯% satisfied! I recommend them if you are looking for a professional and clean salon!

We are so disappointed in the pedicures! The staff was unprofessional and their “French Tip” was horrible. Our heels are still so rough. Don’t get a 45$ pedicure. It’s just not worth it.

Ive been here twice. Service was ok/average but I feel the prices are higher than they should be. There arent many great options in this town so I would go again.

I always have an amazing experience at this salon! This is my go to place... I have 2 favorites there Amy and Hannah! The staff is very friendly towards me and even though there is somewhat of a language barrier, smiling is one of the best communications in every language. There is one thing that is challenging is the plexiglass they have up, its hard to hear what the tech is saying and since the masks are involved it makes it a bit harder. Being patient is key. :)

They do a good job, especially with pedicures. A bit more expensive when compared to other salons in the area who also do a good job.

Love this place! Friendly staff. Always sparkling clean, cute decor, excellent dip powder nails and gel pedi. Only down side can be the wait times during peak hours. Scheduling an appointment ahead of time usually helps.

My friends and i went to future nails for two full sets this one very nice lady did one of the sets and was very good but my other friend got someone named john and he did a terrible job, not giving her what she asked for but making her pay the same price. she wanted flames on two of her nails and he was trying and was getting impatient and started huffing and throwing things at the table in frustration and blaming it on her moving when she wasn’t and after he tried three times he gave up and told her to come back tomorrow, she lives pretty far from the place so that’s not possible for her to do but still charged her for designs she didn’t get.

Every time I come to this place they have a time conflict idk who schedules their clients but I just came here and had an appointment for 2:45 and their talking about waiting 25 min like why every time I come I can’t ever be seen at my time. What’s the point in making an appointment smfh😡😡

They gave me the wrong color for what I asked for, woman didn’t respond to, or hardly understand anything I was saying. I understand that there is a language barrier, but I expected a little bit better communication from the customer and the person giving the service. When I asked for a discount they only give me five dollars off because of the wrong color and I kept having to ask a woman to fix things like my nail shape or to touch up the polish. when i suggested not paying for my services, they didn’t even acknowledge what i said so i went ahead and paid anyways.

The girl who did my nails and pedi was extremely nice and did a great job, I only wished that I couldve gotten the color/colors I wanted but the young girl said she did not know how to ombre nails with powder, I liked that she was honest and didnt mess up my nail. The place is a little pricey but not too much over other places in the area. While my friends and I were there a customer had a complete freak-out on one of the other girls, you could tell this had an effect on the entire parlor, but the others did not let this bother them too much.

First time here today, we had called and scheduled an appointment for 4:00 PM, someone who had an appointment scheduled for 4:15 was started before us at 4:30, we left because we didn’t know why they’d let someone schedule an appointment if they can’t actually give them the appointment, let alone several groups of people. They need to actually be telling people they don’t have appointments available if the appointment isn’t available so they can go other places instead, but i couldn’t because i wasted an hour here. Probably won’t be trying this place again

I went here today, and the place was gorgeous! They just remodeled, it looks like a high class spa but the prices are fair. The lady who did my nails, Linn, did an amazing job. All of those who work here have been doing nails for a long time, they really care if you are happy with your experience or not. Definitely my new spot!

I got acrylic nails they were place any kind of way and most of the nails showed a lot of my real nails and two of the nails were actually placed somewhat in the right spot surprisingly.

I highly suggest asking for Anna! She was extremely careful and took her time, paid great attention to detail, and gave one of the best leg and hand massages Ive ever had. Very nice salon, and great service

This salon is the worst! With the worst and very rude workers. I got a gel mani. I asked for the price before i sat in the chair. A completely different price when i was done. They told me the color i picked out (hot pink, which is my favorite polish) didnt look good and i need to pick another color. They did a bad job on my mani. I asked to talk to the manager. Long story short, they were extremely rude to me. I paid and left. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

The salon is beautiful, especially since they redid it. Its very spa-like now, however the smell is still very nail-salon like, as expected. We had to wait quite a while and had 2 very different technicians for our pedicures. Mine was started about 15 minutes after the other and didnt have the massage part as was supposed to. They have a pedicure menu where the cheapest one is $45. Not sure when that changed, but the service didnt change for the prices to increase that much. Its a nice little place for walk-ins and everyone is friendly but you can definitely find a better and cheaper pedicure in the area Id think.

I took my mom for a girls day. We had pedicures and acrylic nails done and it was the best salon experience Ive ever had. This was her first time at a salon and she really enjoyed herself! They were really pleasant, asking us if we were enjoying ourselves and chatting and joking with us. We will definitely be going back!Update: Ive decided to change my rating from 5 to 3 stars. I starting getting my nails done again and Ive currently been going here for months to keep up my acrylics. I always set appointments, try to be polite and I always over tip. Ive noticed recently that even though I set appointments, Ive been having to wait anywhere from 30mins to an hour to be seen. Additionally, I went to have my acrylics removed today (to give my nails some time to breath) and the nail tech literally chopped off the ends of my nails and pried the acrylics off with a nail tip. I genuinely left holding back tears. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences Ive ever had and tore one of my nails up into the bed.

Worst nails I’ve ever gotten, rushed through everything, polish isn’t all the way up to my cuticles, they all feel really weak, and the guy who did them filed them after the paint was on and it removed all the paint from the sides of my nails. Never had a good experience here.UPDATE: 1 hr later the gel polish isn’t dry???UPDATE 2: now it’s 2:58, I went back in to get my money back and they REFUSED and argued with us, raising his voice, and then made me get them fixed, made me late for work, gave me nasty looks the whole time. Would never recommend them to anyone ever. Horrible customer service.

Made an appointment and called ahead and said I was running 10 minutes late. I get there and they dont even acknowledge that I am there. Someone asks if Im the appointment and I say yes. They make me wait an hour. I ended up having to leave before even getting my nails done due to other plans. Lotus it is.

I hated it.. My whole finger tips were tender and sore could barely do anything. They were very rough and didnt listen to anything I said. My nail design looks like my 4 year old did it. i got gel polish and at the end they wiped my nails down so much and rough it faded my design.. And not to mention I sat at an empty station for 25 minutes and they were starting on other walkins before me and I would ask a question and they would not even look at me like as if I didnt say anything. I treated my sister and it cost $110 for both of us and we both hated it and our finger nails were sore never would I recommend this place to anyone nor will I be back..!!

DONT GO! THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! After I was pretty much tossed into my chair and my bag thrown against the wall (which broke my flower pot) I got a 10 mins pedicure and asked for white polish. She not only got her hair in it and tried to polish over it. But when I pointed it out it out KIM got mad. She republished my toes with gel color and left color all over my toes and foot! In the process of all that she had my finger dipped in remove that spilled color all over my hands. When I refused to pay for my service they ran my card anyways for 75.00. Then laughed in my face. I feel like I was made fun of and robbed IN MY FACE! THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! DONT GO! I WILL NEVER GO BACK. EVER!! They dont deserve 1 star!

This was my first time here and I will not be returning. The person who did mine clearly had no interest in my business or how my nails looked. He painted my finger nails in the pedicure chair while I held my own bowl. I thought this was very unprofessional. He put entirely way to much paint on making it look thick and uneven. $50 later and Im not a happy camper.

I got just gel, or atleast I thought I did. Girl never told me when I picked a second color (which was on the same sample pad as all the other gels) was regular polish. And she put the gel top coat over that came off next day. $45 for that

I want to this nail salon three times the first time I went in no one greeted me immediately I placed in a chair and immediately he started.when I was there they asked what I wanted I show them picture he did his best they did a beautiful job. $$45 later less than two weeks I lost 3 nails. When I went back for my Second experience I go in They immediately sit me and joke was i in a FIGHT?! me and a friend they both charge us different prices even though we were there getting similar styles. Mine again came to $$45 I feel the prices here are extreme and over the top and my third and last experience I go in with a picture simple picture color and a little design nothing Trumatic she tells me no she cant do it with an attitude I look to the left of me and the lady that was getting her nails done had a beautiful job and a lotion rubdown and so on and all of the works my nails came out as short as possible and completely opposite of what I came in for she did what she wanted and then demanded I pay but she asked after I got my eyebrows waxed included total I paid $$55 I feel every experience is over priced and the as expensive as they are they shouldnt chip with Extra cost of GEL Im sorry that I had such a rude experience here because I do think the technicians are talented if they werent so worried about making so much off of the next person. INSTEAD making the customers happy and comfortable NOT five stars OF customer satisfaction. SAD I spent soo much money

I usually get a full set/ polish change on toes or a fill!!! They are consistant! I usually see LILY, I’ve had Tina and tonya and they are also great!!!! but if I had to see anyone else that worked there I’d still trust them! They care and show quality work everytime! Even the eyebrow service is amazing! Not a lot of people wax the top, bottom and middle of your brows and tweeze & trim excess! Worth the money! Highly recommended 😊

Had to go there to get a french manicure done, after having gone to another salon. Tammy did a fantastic job with my nails.

My first few visits went just fine getting French nail gel manicure. I had a nice experience and gave them a 5 star rating. After a few visits getting the French I decided to go with color gel and after a few days the color faded. I went back to ask why this happened and was told I used hand lotion or handled Clorox. Not wanting to be one of those ppl who complain and get mad I decided to have them do the French nails and pedi. Not happy at all. ☹️The pedi had no undercoat or top coat and the French mani were rushed and unfriendly. Plus they are always busy and the wait is long. Not going back.

With the exception of the guy who did my nails, everyone was very polite. From the moment the man who did my acrylics sat down, he seemed extremely irritable and he was rude when he spoke to me. My nails ended up crooked and the paint is sloppy. I dont think Ill be going back.
