We had a signed lease with landlord that all utilities were included and then turns around and doesnt include a utility service, and makes us pay for it. We as tenants upheld our end of the lease, but the signed lease means nothing to him.. so if we didnt pay our rent - he would want that part to be honored would he not? So why would he not honor the signed lease for the residents? Renters beware.
