Beautiful selection and great prices plus have what I want in stock
Horrible company... I’ve dealt with corporate multiple times over the course of 6months now to resolve my horrible flooring that they sold me and they refuse to back their product.. The end result is that their crew DOES NOT have product knowledge and they will just take your money and not give you any assistance should you ask for it.. I am now going to have to replace my floor again on my own dollar.. This company is a rip off and treats their customers horribly. Do not go with them.
If you see a sign that says Lumber liquidators!! Turn around and stay away from those thieves
Excellent service with Steve. Fast too with picking up 700sf of flooring. Priced right. Thanks.
This store is full of it, understandable the the pandemic is still going on but you open the store as normal which is face to face interaction but your not accepting returns? But the Richmond location is? What makes the Williamsburg location better? But your doing sales as usual
There was a problem with my install and... The date to fix this has gone from July to September.I have to take another day off of work next week just in case the installer can fit me in. I moved lots of stuff from my first floor into the basement in July and it is all still here because they cant find the time or (before this) the right materials. By the way, My wife or I have talked with and dealt with customer care on numerous occasions. It doesnt seem to work. Noooo!
They do not stand behind their product and seemingly, the customer is always wrong. If you have an issue good luck with getting the issue resolved. Several years ago we bought laminate flooring for one room and had it installed by their installers. Using the floor cleaner they sold us for the floor, we cleaned the floor weekly after install. Within a month we noticed the floor looked dull. We also had an area rug with a gripper pad underneath to hold the rug in place. When pulling that up, the gripper was stained with the coloring used on the laminate flooring. Called LL and they came up with every excuse possible. patina due to sun exposure. The room gets little sun and there was no difference between the area covered by the rug and not covered. The cleaning product...that they sold us. It would appear to me that they did not allow time for the stain to cure. They sent out someone to investigate. He used a rag with some product and wiped an area of the floor. The stain was then on his rag. He said hed never seen anything like it and he felt it needed to be replaced. LL gets back to us and states that the investigator said it was our fault. Yeahno. They did at one point offer to provide replacement product but we would have to pay for removal and installation. No thanks. Theyve lost a customer for life. Ill be using another company (hello Floor and Decor) when we replace all the floors in the 4 bedrooms and hallways.
Needed to replace some flooring due to water damage and selection here was the best in the area. They provided free samples that were a 4x larger than other locations which actually allowed you to get an idea on it would like in your home. I liked that they followed up in a few days to see if what we thought of the samples or if we had any questions. Prices were great and customer service was fantastic. If you are looking for flooring at a great price this is your place.
Hostile atmosphere, was a customer and was once a contractor there. They are worse than the CIA for nosing into your business, monitor cell phones, personal affects, and are not the nicest in the world. They have several employees in HR that are not nice and are rude, and few in the offices that are just mean people, two females in particular, one always looks like she is pregnant, and the other has long dread longs or corn-rows.
We recently purchased our engineered hardwood from LL and could not have made a better choice! It saved us tons of money, the customer service was top notch: very professional, knowledgeable about their products and very patient and proactive in helping us to decide on the right product. We came back multiple times just trying to figure out colors and grains etc. each time any sales associate serving us was always on top of his game. Products arrived when they said they would and they kept us informed about delivery every step of he way. Would highly recommend LL and weve been back since our initial order in Sep 16.
These guys know what they are doing. Thanks for the help loading and making sure that I didnt not damage my vehicle by overloading it.
Had a great experience with them at the Toano store. Found the item was on sale a week after we bought the flooring and they sent us a check for over a 100.00 dollars. Great customer service from beginning to end. Our floor looks fabulous .
Terrible experience. #LumberLiquidators Has failed to put quality product and customer service and satisfaction first. My retired mother purchased their bamboo flooring and it has been faulty since the very beginning. They continually refuse to do anything to resolve this issue, even as recent as yesterday, with changing excuses they give us for refusing. I would not recommend them at all. Absolutely terrible.
Awesome products, awesome prices.! Great service right at the place were they make the 100 year bellawood products. Much better than any big retailer with tons of choices and great knowledge for the do it your selfer
Very nice place to work. Nice happy employees....... Employee friendly work place...very clean environment. On bus route.....purple line...
Buyer Beware! They claim their vinyl flooring is waterproof (and worry-proof). They have ads on the website with a bathtub with sudsy water all around it and a video with dishwashers overflowing, however the very first exclusion of the warranty is moisture, including spills. This exclusion wasn’t an oversight, it was intentionally put in. If they don’t trust their own product why should you?Con job comes to mind.
Extremely helpful.
Could not be more unhappy with Lumber Liquidators. Had found on their website a vinyl imitation mahogany peel and stick flooring (I know, I know, but low on funds here, and it actually had great reviews and lengthy guarantee) for 69¢/sq ft. Said wow!, at that price we can actually manage that project right now, can do our whole lil kitchen for around $130 (doing the labor ourselves of course). Ordered it... quite a while ago. They had contacted me, said it is in high demand and way back-ordered, I said for that price and with the great reviews it got, its worth the wait.Meanwhile, having ordered with confidence from a major company in its field, I painted the ceiling in our kitchen using the messed up flooring that we have as a tarp because what the hey, we have new flooring coming in anyway, and the flooring already down is this bizarre style that looks like its already been used as a tarp for several generations anyway.Well, I just got a call from Lumber Liquidators that the product has been discontinued and would I like them to refund or do I want to look for a different flooring. Thing is, they have nothing (and nobody else really does, either) that looks nearly that good at that price. Hell, hard to find even ugly flooring for that price. This is not what I would expect from a major professional company in its field with a product that they presented for sale on their website and apparently was in high demand. SO disappointing and frustrating. And I would have been far less agitated had they offered, The product that you have ordered from us has been discontinued. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will take responsibility for this to still honor your order. If acceptable to you, we would like to offer you an upgrade to a similar product but at the same price as the order you placed with us. That would have been the professional thing for them to do. But apparently cant expect professionalism from company. A friend said, You get what you pay for., but evidently not even that much. I really have to recommend against using them now.* I made a point of finding the headquarters location of the company to post this review to instead of the local ones in New Jersey because I made this order online and this is really the companys fault.
Misleading. Solid wood flooring more expensive than other brands of equal quality. Sales associate rather rude.
We picked up our 13 boxes, got them home and realized 3 were damaged. We called immediately and they told us the installer could work around that. We insisted that we exchange the boxes and they reluctantly agreed. Mean time we are waiting for installer to call to schedule the installation. I finally called about a week later after having the wood floor and the installer still did not have the paperwork. We went up to the store to exchange the boxes and the gentleman said it was because of the 3 boxes. I called the 800 number and found out it was because the store did not send the HIA paperwork. They are finally sending the paperwork to the headquarters so the installer can get it 3 weeks later. The installer is already booking into August which means we will have waited potentially 2 months for installation. I am not impressed about the customer service at the Toano,VA store. They were quick to sell you the product and then dropped the ball.
Walked in, and we were immediately greeted. Very helpful and knowledgeable about product.
The weight ticket they gave me didnt match with the one at the wight station...i was ticketed 133.00 for 2556 pounds overweight...Lumber liquidators scale ticket said 78,880 gross weight...weight station said 82,556...They stopped me in 2 different stations and they had the same numbers... Whole day lost...
Exit 227 from I-64. South past McDonalds. Take first left into business park. Then take a left onto Westmont. At water tower turn left and take an immediate right to the truck entrance. Intercom call box was so hard for me to hear that they walked out to the gate and checked me in, but they put me right to a door and unloaded me immediately as other trucks were there to deliver also. I was in and out very quickly and the man who unloaded me was very pleasant to deal with. Thanks, Herman!
The customer parking is right up front, dont park in the back like an idiot...
Helpful and knowledgeable staff that arent pushy!
I am currently working with customer care to resolve an issue with my flooring. Will update when complete.
I find it very frustrating to have to deal with companies that take your money and charge you shipping for products and then ship you unusable/damaged goods and then they force you to contact them more than 15 times over a month and a half and still they wont reimburse you or replace the damaged flooring that you paid for A MONTH AND A HALF AGO! And dont think FedEx will protect you...they have an arrangement with FEDEX where you have to deal with Lumber Liquidators directly to resolve any frieght damage issues.
Almost no wait!! Great customer service!
I would like to know why the Lumber Liquidators in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada only had around 100 square feet of the Laminate flooring that was advertised at 19 cents a square foot . I saw the commercial with that advertisement of the sale and called the store the next day . When I was asked how much I needed, which was 800 square feet, the sales person informed me that I could purchase the next sale item @ .49 cents a square foot, I inquired if she had enough square feet of that product and she told me it would take about 10 days to get 650 square feet of the flooring . That was not the amount that I required
Awful customer service. I currently have a claim in and NO ONE is getting back to me!
