Awesome service went today they had me in and out quickly!

No clue where to start, this place was recommended to me and I regret even wasting my time. Went there and clearly explained that I wanted the car looked at (full diagnostic) also included that I wanted it on the lift. At first they look at it and he seemed to just breeze right through it not really paying attention just anxious to get it up on the lift and out of the way. It was explained to me what needed to be done, I was asked to leave a deposit and then come back. The service to be done was 2 control arms replacements, and one tie rod. After these things were replaced not only did he not re-align the steering wheel as most mechanics would, the car still felt as if it did before he did the work. I bypassed this and figured I would go back because I then developed another issue with my car, this issue was more detrimental so I was a adamant about having it looked it. Called and was told to come in, I show up with my car and now it’s an hour wait that turns into a worker taking my number and telling me “I’ll call you in about an hour”. I allow 2 hours to pass before calling and I’m greeted with the voice of the mechanic who first worked on my car (don’t know his name) he spoke poor English and insisted that I shouldn’t call him because he will call me. It wasn’t like I was pestering him with numerous calls, this one one call after you had told me a specific time. Next I call back the following day and was told to bring my car in, I explained it’s having issues starting, the mechanic then tries to dismiss my concerns and tells me “what you described isn’t happening right now” Obviously you can’t pick a choose when to start a malfunction on a car idiot. The next loop on this roller coaster is while I’m asking questions and trying to inquire about what exactly did he check when he did my diagnostic the first time he again dismissed my questions with “ohhh it’s not that, that wouldn’t cause it” when that was not what I asked him, I wanted to know if these parts were checked. When I asked a final question about if a bad fuel pump could be the reason my car won’t start his translator/worker told me “aha he didn’t want to tell you that but yes it could be” why withhold information when it’s important for the customer to know? I was livid. After this nonsense I got to the point and asked when can he fix it and for how much, again I get a run around “let me take your number I’ll call you” so I let the day go past and I called the following morning to ask for an update on the part. Same thing as before “don’t call me I’ll call you, definitely tomorrow” I asked before ending the call “is my vehicle safe to drive with this problem” his response was “yeah yeah yeah you can drive it, no problem” what a freaking lie, the next day my car wouldn’t start ironically after I watched him start and shut off my car about 7 times to see if it would stall like I said. I took it straight home from the last visit and viola! It would not start. Not only did I not receive a call which he told me I’d get by Thursday but it’s now Saturday 10/17 and still no contact. I refuse to keep reaching out and this business definitely seems makeshift. I don’t even think this guy has a clue about certain things on certain vehicles but he won’t say that because he’s interested in making a dollar . I will personally never go here again or recommend this trash establishment to anyone in need of service. Go somewhere where you can understand the language and there’s no barriers because people will talk about and discuss things in front of your face thinking you don’t know what they’re saying. How do I know? Because that’s exactly what was done to me, back and forth between English and Spanish and most of the things he said he could’ve spoke to me about it in English due to the fact that I heard him use the same words in English while talking lol. I showed up at 1 o’clock on a Saturday and ask them to do a job that should’ve taken four hours and they went out of their way to get the job done in only two, they could’ve turned me away and told me to come back Monday but they didn’t and they did a superb job, I’m not even from that area But I will be going back to Jose for other things I need to have done on my truck.

Went in today to have my car inspected and it was a friendly and fast experience. They seem very knowledgeable and the girl there is really nice and knows her stuff!! I would definitely recommend this place! They actually let you watch while they inspect your car so theres no surprises! I was in and out in no time:)
