I’ve been using this shop for almost 3 years now. It’s my Go-to for all my needs. Brake/rotors change, inspection and any inconvenience I might have. They treat you like family. One of the thing I really like and appreciate about this place is that they tell you what’s going on right to the point. Every job needs to be treated as if life depends on how good of a job these mechanics do. The experience I had recently with my brake repair appointment did not reflect that at all. I thought I was leaving my vehicle in good trustworthy hands, but I received anything but, my break lines are full of air, the calipers are not responding to the application of pressure to the brake pedal. I returned to have it reevaluated after almost getting into an accident. And they fixed nothing. Im so dissapointed in their service. Driving my vehicle now is so much more stressful, I fear for mine and my childrens lives because my vehicle is essential to get us around from point A to B.
