When my insurance card was expiring, I called to receive a new card. They then explain to me that they canceled the auto insurance the day I opened the account and that I don’t have insurance. They never notified me of this despite having my contact info and despite me making the payment. They were rude over the phone and insisted that they sent me letters in the mail and that I was lying. They didn’t give me the option to even continue the policy. Don’t waste your time with them
