This U Haul has a good selection of clean newer vans, trucks, and trailers. I rented a motorcycle trailer. Dirt cheap. $14.95 a day....$10 additional for insurance. If you have a hitch moving a motorcycle yourself is economical. The customer service was great. I found it to be quick, easy, and affordable with quality well maintained equipment.

We were served by an amiable rep who promptly took care of us with a GMC box truck we previously ordered by phone. The vehicle was brand new and immaculate. When we brought it back, we were efficiently checked in and on our way. This was an enjoyable and productive experience. I recommend this U-Haul facility to anyone.

Easy in and out check out process. Checking back in was also very smooth... They do keep kinda strange businesd hours.

Nice staff, good selection of trailers and vans. The entrance is not clear from the street. Shorter hours than most U-Haul stores.

Small dusty shop. Park outside gates immediately after turning off from intersection. Unpaved parking and truck lot. Mostly loose gravel and dust over hard pack clay. Dont drive a nice car here. The moving, packing, and towing supplies are covered with a small fine layer of dust but otherwise new. This may not be to everyones liking. Its a small business on a dirt lot so dont expect anything but the essentials.

Stopped by last weekend to rent a trailer, had the best experience, Garrett was very professional, great personality. Very cool dude, was very helpful to us. No long wait, was very well stocked with whatever size truck or trailer you may need. Definitely recommend this location. Called 4 others, didnt have much. Worst experience ever such a hassle and a wast of time thanks to Patrick m @ the U-Haul.so first we come and we show him that we have a debit card that we can reload to put money on he says go put money on it we go put money on it we come back he says he cant use that and wants us to go and take the money off to do cats extra for deposit so it was a long hassle a waste of a lot of gas and time worst experience ever and he wanted to cackle and laugh and then attempt to put the trailer and truck back while we were trying to go to the store to do what he asked us to do after he messed up his job in the first place

Upon Drop Off I was told no additional fees would be applied after they had conducted their inspection. Within 2 hours I receive a bank notification they drew $25 from my account for not cleaning out the back and folding blankets. I called them on it and said they would reverse the charges. I would have gladly folded the blankets and swept out the rental if they had mentioned Id acquire a fee. 2 days later I still dont have the fee reversed so I called corporate and the next evening the funds were refunded. Untrustworthy U-Hual location. If I need to rent another, Ill be sure to pick up and/or drop off else where.

Dan was an absolute nightmare to deal with. He was aggressively rude. My reservation was 5 hours late. On top of that, they didnt have the car transport I reserved and I had to find my own which means I had to get my car over to it also. You would think that Dan would be sympathetic and helpful but he was not. He stuck his finger in my face and told me he would not wait on me. And, he actually didnt. He told the people behind me he would wait on them. I was kind of surprised they accepted that because the girl that family was sitting there agreeing that he was way out of line. Turned out that they didnt have valid I.D., valid credit card, or a second phone number like Dan demanded I have and was about to refuse my entire order simply because I didnt provide a second phone number.IHaveNeverHadSoManyProblemsFromOneGuyInMyLifeI waited 4 hours! Only to get so much attitude and disrespect from someone that didnt even have my reservation. It was continuous attitude and uhaul corporate has DONE NOTHING to help. Nothing. I have never had a problem with uhaul in the past but I know now to never use them again. Everything is good as long as you dont have any problems but apparently, as soon as you do, you are no longer worth there time.

Not the best service and was misquoted pricing and charged double for some services. Nobody wants to help me get it cleared up at uhaul. I guess I will have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

The young man operating the facility was very by the book. So much so, that he did not extend a simple request to let me pay early. I had a dental appointment and he would not allow me to pay early and let my partner pick up the truck later. She was not on the credit card that I wanted to use, so, he demanded that she show up with the credit card that I was going to use and REFUSED TO LET ME PAY EARLY. I will NEVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN. No apology when I proved him wrong by calling the main office. Main office allowed me to pay early and her to pick it up. He was just smug, robotic like in demeanor and slow too. I waited in line (with only 3 people) for one hour only to be told that he could not help me. I called the main Uhaul line and they TO ME AND HIM THAT HE WAS WRONG!

I travel a lot for work and I always use uhaul to get a trailer to travel from state to state to bring my stuff with me. Never have a problem with them until today, not uhaul themselves but this particular location. I called uhaul, made my reservation, paid for it online. Everything’s good. I show up at the location and there are 2 other people renting trailers. Then an employee, some gentlemen, came up to the gate, told me he isn’t renting any more trailers today and locks the gate. I then tell him I already paid and everything and he tells me he doesn’t care he isn’t renting anything else. I then have to call corporate to get them to call the locations manager. The manager was very understanding and made her employee give me my trailer. Another couple was also locked outside with me and getting refused any service. I hope the manager deals with this employee correctly. She seems very understanding and apologetic.

Traded some yard work for a battery charge on my cell phone and some water.

No fuss, no problems, friendly and helpful staff. If they have what you need they take of you and are as flexible as possible.

Terrible customer service at this place! Seriously, can’t ask a question without them telling you to call 1800 U-HAULwe are currently having problems with them and it is very unfortunate but their customer service doesn’t help at all.

Used once so far. Owner picked up the phone in the middle of my transaction and then talked for over 15 minutes with the person. He left the counter with me at it. When i left he was still on the phone. It was all bs stuff What are you up to hows the wifeetc. I am an extremely patient person. Another kid had to finish it after he asked me what was going on. After 15 min! I just shrugged my shoulders and said i wasnt sure. (Its not like i was sitting down.. I was standing right in front of the desk) Then get this... I used another uhaul place on two seperate occasions. I must live on the way home for owner of this place because he saw the uhaul stuff in my driveway and felt compelled to stop and ask me what i was doing with them and why i didnt get it from him! This happened TWICE! Legitimately this place didnt actually have the thing i had rented or i probably would have..before he stopped at my house. Cmon. Thats rediculous. I actually have a uhaul piece of equipment in my yard right now.. Im wondering if ill see him tomorrow morning asking about it. ...Creepy... Anyway.. Uhaul places are usually not fancy or anything so im not expecting much but my experience was poor to say the least and I havent gone back since due to that experience.

Helped me with my trailer. Didnt have the hitch so they charge 40 for a 2hitch with ball. I just went to auto zone down the street and bought one for cheaper.
