I have been to this establishment several times and have had the best experience every time. Katy Russell’s reiki sessions are otherworldly. She is so on point and you can feel without a doubt the healing occurring while in session. The sound bath workshops will transport you to another world of peace and tranquility. The ‘Make and Take’ parties are a fun place to meet your friends or make new ones while you learn new skills together and try something new.I will be back many times to come! I love it here so much I drive an hour from San Diego. You simply can’t find a community like this anywhere else.

Oh my goodness! This is my favorite yoga place! Where do I begin! I love attending all the classes and workshops! There so amazing. Safe is so welcoming and I feel so welcomed. The owner is a sweet heart and I feel at peace when I am in a yoga class. I highly recommend ♥️.

Where do I begin. I have been going to Sage for a few months now and I have seen such a change in my life. I have found the best community filled with the sweetest people. We are all truly family. Sage sanctuary feels like home.I have been to amazing sound baths by Cory, a meditation and painting class, cacao ceremonies, full moon ceremonies!I’ve had reiki done by Katie and Cory! What a treat!I’ve also been to two transformational Breathwork classes!! Each time was completely different.And Rico’s massages are to die for! 🤤I’ve even been lucky enough to host some oil workshops!Everything has changed and shaped the woman I have become today.Thank you for creating this amazing space and community where we can grow, meet like minded people and spread the love! I attended a sound bath/reiki immersion on Friday and as usual, it was so relaxing and transformational. The intention and love put into the work that Cory and Katy do is felt throughout the entire studio. It’s a judgement free zone and a safe space and you feel that the second you walk in. If you’re looking to start somewhere, sage is the PERFECT place. I even got my first Mala hand made by Cory herself and I am OBSESSED!! I can’t wait to attend more classes ❤️
