After my first day at F45 I was convinced it was my new gym since I felt so welcomed and encouraged. I became a member at F45 and they were so amazing to give me a bag filled with F45 swag to make me feel like a part of the family. Everyone at F45 is so kind and they push me to get in a great workout! The coaches are amazing and knowledgeable! They help to motivate me in class and always make sure to correct my form to prevent any injuries. They truly care about you and your specific goals and they do their best to support and help you reach your personal goals!

Today I worked out here, very fun and friendly environment. Was a circuit training and very fast paced however both trainers were helpful and motivated the group. I would definitely give this place a try if your new or advance in working out.

This studio is so clean. Classes are full of energy and bumping music. 45 minutes goes by so quick. Being so sweaty never felt so good. This is a must try for anyone. The Trainers can accommodate any physical issues you come in with. Beginners to Athletes.

I am regular F45-Er back in Seattle; I visited the North Murrieta location while I was home for a bit and it was great! The staff is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable! Great workout and great people!! :)

I love F45! Ive been searching for group style training and Ive found the perfect place. The trainers are welcoming and helpful, the facility is nice and clean, and each workout kicks your butt!

F45 offers great, balanced work outs! Brad and all the staff are fantastic! If you need to get a work out in before you go to work consider F45. They always start on time and 45 minutes later you can be out the door knowing you got a good work out!
