Consider myself sold at first sight! Started out with an intro massage set up online... didn’t know I’d walk out with a membership at the end of it! From first step in I was greeted by the most friendly staff. They immediately had me digitally fill out forms, which were a breeze on the tablet, and off to the massage room I went. Lisa was a total darling, professional, and super attentive to all the areas I had expressed an issue on. I walked out feeling super. Thank you for your wonderful top notch service!

Had the best massage today! Im sad I dont remember her name though. She targeted the areas I wanted and used the exact pressure I enjoyed. I wish I lived in the area but Im visiting from Hawaii. Before visiting Massage Envy I had only gotten one other massage and that was while on vacation (a cruise). My experience with the Wildomar Massage Envy was outstanding! The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and answered each of my questions with detailed, but understandable, explanations. The therapist made several suggestions and was very thorough. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. They even called me the day prior to my appointment as a reminder. It was a great experience all-around and Ill be going back again soon.

I am definitely not satisfied with the massages I bought as a birthday gift to my husband. The therapists didnt work on the desired areas. The massages were not good. He also asked them to use more strength 💪 but unfortunately they said they couldnt do it anymore. He is not going back to this place. I dont even recommend it to any one!!

If youre looking for a great massage therapist, see Marisa Guerrero. Ive had dozen of massages from other therapists at multiple locations, none of which compared. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and skilled. And for those whove tried Massage Evnvy and werent too thrilled, I suggest you come back and give Marisa a shot... Especially if you want someone to help with sports related injuries!

I was not impressed with the customer service from the first phone call. The girl that answered the phone talked in circles and only offered discounts if I was military or a County worker. The first thing she wanted me to do was sign up for a membership. From reading the other persons membership problem I will definitely not be doing that. I am put off from just the phone call. I looked up these reviews and now will definitely not be giving them my business. I hope someone from message envy reads this and does something before they loose all their clients. There are a lot of other places to go to with better reviews. SORRY NO SALE.

Kristen was my massage therapist and she knows how to get deep into your muscles and loosen them up. I felt amazing right after my massage and still do many days later.

I have been seeing Brittany at Message Envy in Wildomar every time i head to big bear i get an adjustment from her she is helpful and very knowledgeable. I recommend stopping in and asking for Brittany.

Would not recommend in general.Would not recommend for a prenatal massage.The prices are Outrageous. Ive been to MUCH better spas for way less.The ac was on and it was freezing in the rooms. The lotion for the massage was absolutely cold. The pillows for the pregnancy massage were not comfortable and cheap. I didnt like any of the techniques Ting used. She didnt work any of the areas I put in the tablet.My facial was slightly better. Even though I asked to schedule a microdermabrasion apparently the front desk didnt so I had to stop the lady in the middle of the session and the tablet DIDNT show I was pregnant like its supposed to. She had me responding to her so much soap got in my mouth. I left with many visible black heads. She was very pushy about getting me to reschedule.All of that for over 200 dollars? With the intro prices?? No thanks.

Called to schedule a massage and its a joke!! I told them I received a gift certificate for my birthday and she would not let me schedule the appointment unless I give my credit card number. I said its a gift card use that to hold the appointment and she couldnt do that. Guess I need to find out how to get a refund for the gift card. Ridiculous!!

One of the worst massages Ive ever received. The therapist did not work on the desired area, asked very invasive personal questions and overall wasnt very good at her job. Very disappointed. I wont be going back, and I wont be recommending this place to anyone.
