I got my nails done and less than a week later the shellac had come off of one nail, and had chipped on three others. I stopped back in and asked them to redo the polish since it was looking so bad. They said sure. After the polish was off, they stated that because I wanted every nail re-done it would be a $20 charge. I was shocked. I’d heard great things about this nail salon, but this was unprofessional in my opinion. I’ve never had a nail salon try to charge me when something clearly was not correct to begin with. I’m giving them two stars because the girl doing my nails did decide to do them at no charge after all. However, I don’t think I will be back.

Always get an appointment that is convenient for me whether I walk in or call ahead. They do a great job on both pedicures and manicures with lots of options for colors, acrylics and dips. One of my favorites places to go and get pampered.

Ive since been back many times during COVID and Ill definitely keep going back.Prices are reasonable for the quality in my opinion. Ive never had a nail lift in the back ever, which happens to be frequently in the past at other nail places. Ive never had any issues here every, they provide great service.My nails always look great.

This was a pretty clean and nice place! Very quiet.The girl who did my nails did a really good job and was able to fix a cracked nail from my old acrylic set from the previous salon that did my nails, which I was really worried about! Both techs who did my nails and my friends nails did a very good job, as well as took their time doing it. I will definitely be going back hereId absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

One thing that I love about this salon is their wide selection of nail polishes. They have a bout every color, which is amazing. The prices are pretty good for the quality of their service. I am super picky about who does my feet and I am so happy that I have continued to come here. They are very quiet, detail oriented and professional.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

This is the best nail salon I have been to hands down! Not only are the workers amazing and kind, they are all very talented. The girl did my dipped manicure and listened to everything I wanted and made sure I liked the color, length, and shape of my nails. And my girl did my pedicure, was so gentle and kind and took her time making sure I get the most out of my pedicure. Everyone who worked there, made sure I was welcomed and happy with my nails. It was very easy to make conversation with them and enjoy my time there. I will definitely be a regular customer from here on out and recommend everyone here. If you want beautiful nails and to be treated very well, then this is the right spot for you!

This salon is near our house and I love coming here when I can! The atmosphere is chic and they even have a bar service now, which is the best part for me! I made an appointment to get my nails done for my wedding last weekend and they paired me with talented tram . I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she gave me exactly that, plus a small string of diamonds on my ring fingers. I was so impressed with how she took her time and really made my nails look stunning for my big day. After she finished my finger nails, I relaxed in a foot bath and was given a splendid pedicure! I was so tired that day from running wedding errands that I almost feel asleep multiple times while she worked on me. Afterward, she took photos of her finished project and I was amazed at how flawless they were! Big shout out to tram Model Nails for taking great care of me! Youll just have to be my go-to gal from now on

Great find ! I was visiting the Wichita area and didnt know where to go for a pedicure. I was so pleased to have found Model Nails on google! Beautiful Salon, very clean and comfortable. Im in here, on average, about 1-2 times every 2 weeks, for various services. I usually dont make an appointment (I try to come earlier), but I would recommend one if you dont have a flexible schedule, as they can get busy later in the afternoon. They are definitely who I would recommend over anyone else. From basic manicures to detailed designs, these two have never disappointed me. They are really friendly, down-to-earth, and funny, too.

I booked my first appointment online, which I love. Super easy and convenient. The salon is beautiful and clean. They use high-quality products. Ive been seeing my manicurist. She does an amazing job and she is lovely. I always leave happy with my nails. I definitely recommend this place.

They also have a great memory! Sometime Ill go in and ask about a color I did awhile back and they know exactly what Im talking about. This shows that they really take the time with getting to know their customers. Ive been going here for more than a year now and they remember the colors Ive used more than I do!

Got a very nice no-chip manicure from nail tech. She was super friendly and the rest of the staff were kind and informative. Im very happy with how my manicure turned out. Very professional.I also loved how sterile it was! The tools came in a pre packaged - one time use set! So that was a very nice touch. Gorgeous decor too. Will definitely come back.

This is literally the only nail place I go to because Im always satisfied with how my nails turn out. I just got my nails done yesterday and Im seriously in love with them! If anyone is interested in going make sure you have an appointment or call ahead because walk ins usually have to wait a really long time.

First, its an incredibly cute place. Greeted as soon as you enter. I made online reservation, checkin was a breeze. They had a huge selection of colors. Technician was my nail tech and she was so so good! I like my nails extremely short and she did an amazing job!Definitely coming back!

The owners are so incredibly friendly, and interacting. Even though we laughed and teased over the amount of callous skin that was removed, I have never left a salon with such smooth and soft feet! The place was super clean and professional. I was greeted immediately and offered a drink. My nail tech helped me make a decision about color when I was indecisive. My no chip manicures last for weeks! Love the music videos and they have wine. They have a ton of colors to choose from as well. You must make an appointment but Ive never had trouble.

Summer is amazing! She always makes my nails looks very natural. I never have an issue with chipping and they last for at least 3 weeks! Would recommend.

Model Nails is my new go to salon. No matter whos working on you, the no chip mani only takes half an hour and lasts me longer than no chips from other salons. They lotion and hot towel your hands after every mani which is a nice touch. Ive also gotten pedis and brow waxed there and both were great. They have a cash discount. Id recommend calling ahead but occasionally they have time for a walk in.

Went here every three weeks for two years. Tammy and Carrie are both really great. They always have walk-ins opening. Their prices are very affordable. Would recommend!

Woaaaah! I just had the most memorable pedi of my life, this is the most satisfying feeling in the world. Your feet will feel baby smooth & sooooo soft, ask for the jelly pedi, this also includes a hot stone massage.Its my first time here & I will be coming back here, the staff is all very sweet and nice, the place is very clean and welcoming.

Both pedi and mani come with a leg/foot and/or hand massage...always a nice thing... and they do multiple coats of polish for durability.I will definitely return

After searching for so long in Jonesboro, I found a great salon to do my nails. It wasnt planned, since I was turned away by pink cherry, I found this place. They fit me in as a walk in in just minutes. I was seated on a very comfortable recliner, I could have just fallen asleep! So comfortable and relaxing! I was so impressed I asked to do a mani and pedi for both my mom and I and they fit us in immediately after my eyebrows were done. Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and yet upbeat with the music and style. I love it! Our mani and pedi turned out great and the lavender massage is a must!. Shalac started peeling on multiple nails after 3 days. Im sure if I went back they would have fixed it but didnt have time to do so.

Went in on a whim for a full set. Horrible. They were breaking and coming off in 3 days. 2 weeks later and it looks like it has been 2 month. Very disappointed.

Got a full set with gel polish and the polish on my thumb started peeling within 2-3 days went in to get my thumb nail fixed and it peeled off again in two days. Never have had this happen when I get gel polish anywhere else. Would not reccomend.
