I worked at JCI through Ryder Logistics for 2 yrs. and didnt have any problems. I worked with a great group of people doing the job here of yard dog .

2 weeks since orientation and still havent gotten a start date smh they dont answer for u at all its ridiculous.

The staff is a very loving, caring, family oriented, and very professional as well as hard working.

Total incompetence. Steer clear. Definitely likes to bend federal employment and anti-discriminatory regulations. I cant believe a company like JCI would consider outsourcing HR to these bumbling nincompoops.

Chassidy Rodney and Emily are okay people my experience with this company was far from great but they did work with me very well I had more problems with the Johnson controls side of the company and the supervisors in AC

Nothing but incompetence from the supervisors, So many OSHA violations that theyd have a field day inspecting : example being a conveyor belt caught fire and the supervisor thought the only reasonable thing to do was put it out with a bottle of coke, surprise it didnt work out to well, Temp workers are treated like sub humans.

Parking dock for big trucks is too tight.
