I think this place is great! The staff has always been very helpful and friendly to me. I needed job a couple of years ago and they were able to help me out pretty quickly. I was able to complete my assignment and get hired on permanently. I dont really understand why there are so many negative reviews. My experience was completely different. I think if youre willing to work and make it through the temporary period of your assignment LSI can really help. It seems like the staff genuinely cares about helping the people that come in. Hopefully I dont need to look for employment again any time soon but if I do I trust that LSI could help me out again. THANKS A TON!

I had a 15 min interview appointment, email confirmed for specified job opening, got there, had to completely fill out my resume after uploading it online previously, then was told there was no such job available, & the interview was just a couple questions asking me about my job experience, which is on my resume. So disappointed!! There was no interview.

I have applied to jobs thru LSI twice now, both times I was contacted for an interview, and both times I was ignored afterwards and never contacted again. 2/10 I won’t be using them in the future.

Do not come to this company if you are looking for a job quickly or even within the next month or two. I went into their office religiously for a month twice a week. Every time I went in they told me they would call me when they had a job. I never received a call. I would call, and was always routed to a voicemail instead of an actual employee. It would sure be nice to find a job like LSI, where you get paid to do absolutely nothing.

Wouldn’t help me because lunch started in 20 minutes. Shame that they can’t even do they jobs here.

Never call back and not very professional at all

Completely unorganized and unprofessional, Kim was my recruiter this time around and I DO NOT recommend her, personally Ive worked with them before, not her. didn’t have this issue, but this time around I got my time wasted and basically no job. She Had me drive out 3 times from the opposite side of town just to get my hopes up, even had me do paperwork for insurance, show my social/ license etc. gave me a “first day” sheet with the information and everything. Then says to not show up on that day and she’ll call me with a start time for the following day. Next day, no call, so I call and leave messages and finally I just call the front desk myself to get transferred to her line personally and she just states that they don’t need workers. Completely unprofessional and unorganized, lack of communication whatsoever and to be honest, very little to no care whatsoever about helping workers find a job. They have a handful of workers there that I could recommend and I’ve worked with before and she is not one of them.

Great place to get a job but very bad at helping you out with there job portal web site. Also dont try to call for help they dont like answering their phones

I applied with the company and the lady that was suppose to be my agent or whatever NEVER EVER would call me back I would call and they would transfer me to her I would leave messages and nothing. I also spoke with someone else who asked that I send my resume because for some reason they didnt have it she gave me her email I sent it and again NEVER heard a thing. I have worked for another agency and they were great I thought I would just try them and was worst thing ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I haves tried calling Kim over 10 times in just a weeks time and never answers and the times that she does its the same excuse every time of I havent heard anything from the company even tho Ive called the companies and they said they told them they filled in the position. Seems like kinda shady that she wont answer or return my calls at all. Guess thats what you get when every company wants to go through a temp agency.

The agency will be so extremely, sweet and nice to you only when you first come in and seeing a potential of making money off of your paycheck. Wait until the company say no to you after the interview, those nice pleasant professional personality will turn into just as ugly as evil. Basically, shut all the door you are able to get in with any company.

Used them for a day labor job off and on over a period of 8 months. Finally cut them loose after they proved to be extremely inconsistent with staffing even with ample notice. Poor communication. Would not recommend.

If I was able to give this company 0 Stars, I would have done so. They are by far the most unorganized, unprofessional, incompetent, rude company I have ever done business with. They do not answer/nor return phone calls. If they do, they are extremely unpleasant. If you walk in due to your inability to get in contact with them via phone, they belittle you, degrade you and practically tell you well youre the one who needs help, not us. Katrina Hicks admitted to failing at her job by not contacting me about an interview she sent me and not returning my calls. They are all a bunch of unprofessional, arrogant people. I wouldnt recommend this agency to Satan himself. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Worthless. Empty promises. Unreliable. Job placements arent even close to a persons capabilities. When or if they ever find you work its a very hostile place where workers physically attack each other. When someone calls to check on information good luck with that theres not a care in the world that comes from this place youre just another dollar added to the bucket.

I talked to a lady I believe her name was Hailey in person and over the phone. Was told to call back. Which I did SEVERAL times and no call back. Very frustrating. Was given false hope.
