Theyre nice people, however, some of them do not know how to cut mens hair. Been there a few times and each time the fades were god awful. You go for the atmosphere not the quality cuts.

I have taken my son here several times and Im always happy with the results. There isnt a specific stylist we go to, but everyone weve had has been great. I also like the ability to check in on the app and see how long the wait time will be.

I have been here 4x in the past, with 2 different stylist, and was happy with the results. Yesterday, with a 3rd stylist, wasnt the same, favorable result. I took a picture in, of how I wanted my hair cut. It ended up nothing like the picture. I specifically stated I liked it longer on the sides, but my hair ended up even shorter than the picture by an inch or more. It was so choppy and uneven that I ended up going somewhere else for correction.On the plus side, I wont need a haircut for a couple of months.I have left favorable reviews here before. The only reason Im giving 2 stars today is BECAUSE of my previous experiences and 5 star ratings left here before. I thought I had checked in with someone I had used in the past. Either I got the name wrong, or there was once someone there with the same name. This definitely wasnt the girl who had cut my hair before, and did a fantastic job.

Wow is like all I have to say!!! Men when you need a hair cut, come here!!! This is pampering and spoiled way more then woman! I tell you what, makes me want to come here instead of anywhere else! I used to go to great clips all the time but Im okay with spending a bit extra here because I feel like they actually listen and pay attention for the most part. There are always exceptions but generally speaking I like it here.

My son likes it. It can be a bit pricey, but typical for pleasant setting in convenient location. Upsells on shoulder rubs that are minimal service. Sports theme is fun if you like that sort of thing. Ill definitely go back. Stylists are often just getting started and dont make much. They deserve excellent tips, usually. Find someone you actually like. Sabrina is good.

Worst haircut ever! She doesn’t know how to use scissors and she used clippers for my entire haircut. I now have a bald spot where my cowlick is. Save your money and the embarrassment and go somewhere else.

Great place to get a mens cut! This location is under great management. With any Salon, you get the equivalent hair cut of the stylists experience level. I recommend Sabrina.

I have to say that my experience has always been good here. I have had my hair cut by several of the stylists and they have all done a great job. Not sure what happened with the other review.

Needed help trying to check in, spent 20mins. On the website, the site kept saying there was an error. Gave up and call the store asking for help to see if there was anything they could do, of course they said no. I understand their busy and it is a Saturday, but they gave me no choice to come here to leave a negative review. I think they could have been just a little bit more helpful, instead of telling me to call the headquarters number, when I call of course they are closed. The sad part is they do a great job at cutting all of my sons hair and always making sure were happy when we leave. Trying to check in for 20mins and 3 phone calls to the store along with calling the headquarters, Not wasting anymore of my time on one little issue that could have been fixed so easily.

This is the best place in Wichita to get a mens haircut. I have two super picky teenage boys who have to have their hair cut just right. After trying lots of different places we discovered sport clips and more importantly Bree! Bree does an amazing job and I recommend her and sport clips everytime! She listens and does exactly what you want done to your hair. I will never take my boys anywhere else!

This place is OK but be prepared to have to touch up your own hair afterwards. For some reason they absolutely love cutting one side of your hair longer than the other. I think its supposed to be for styling but I personally hate this.

The staff is young and their priority is not service. They had a bunch of customers come in around 5:30 and were talking among themselves about surviving the experience. They suggest you prepay so they can close the register. If you are there the first time, the person at the front desk said we MUST get the MVP service (precision cut, hot towel, shampoo, and neck and shoulder massage ). The staff giving the haircuts were happy to just give us plain hair cuts (without the other stuff; I want not keen on this because it was quite clear that they would be rushed). Erica can at least give good haircuts. The manager cant. She cut my sons hair too short, even though I had specifically said that his hair sticks up and wants it cut long at the whorl and up on top.

I have always been reluctant to go to sports clips because of the price I heard of the actual haircut, but what I didnt know is what they offered to their customers vs just a plain haircut.I arrived at 7:50 and they close at 8:00 so right off the bat I wanted to see what their customer service was like. They asked for my name and told me it would be 10 minutes (closing time).My stylists name is Kay, and she was really easy to talk to and get along with. She is also very confident in her work and takes pride in what she does. I let her know that I am getting married soon and let me know that if I need my neck trimmed I can come back in and get it trimmed for free within a month of having the haircut. This I had never heard of before. She showed me how to style my hair and what is preferred types of product to use.I asked for the Undercut (hairstyle) aka Pokemon Pidgeotto look. After I found out that I didnt want quite as long hair back, I asked the stylist to shorten up but leave it about medium length. She was very polite and wasnt in a rush at all to get me out the door since it was my first time.The hot steamed towel and massaging shampoo actually tingled every pore on my scalp, and the chair I was sitting it was massaging me as well while she shampooed my hair as well. Since I had a Douple MVP chance she put a second hot towel on my face while she massaged my temples.After this phase was done, I walked back to the chair and she styled my hair again and gave me a neck and back massage.All my life I had been going to MasterCuts for years and I didnt know what I was missing out on....If you are a new customer, you can get the MVP Treatment. Please note I am not trying to sell this to you, but I cant explain it any other way. The atmosphere and haircut were good, but had to wait over 30 mins, even though I had checked in online and arrived as suggested. For about 15-20 mins while waiting, there was only 1 stylist working, even though there were 3 in the store.

I scheduled online with a 36 minute wait time and arrived 8 minutes prior to my time. Upon checking in I got a 42 minute wait time adjustment. That means you took a customer ahead of me and pushed me back so why should I bother checking in online?

After several visits to many places in town I finally found someone who can cut my sons complicated coarse hair!

Did the online check in, walked in the building and my name was no where to be found.

They stole my 300 dollars glasses and when we talked to the owner she said she cant do anything about it.
