We love 21st Ave Barber Shop! Marvin has been cutting my boys hair since they were born! Jose and Tez are great barbers also. I would definitely recommend everyone to check them out. They offer great haircuts at awesome prices.

I really need two reviews. Negative two stars for the first barber. 5 stars for the second barber, Jose. I received the worst haircut I’ve had in my life from the first guy. His name was possibly Cortez. Booth is in the middle. Asked for mid fade, shorten the top. The sides were so uneven and lines so pronounced that I may consider a new career if I charged for that. Hands smelled like he’d been digging in ashtrays. After looking in the mirror of my vehicle in natural light, I had to go back in and have somebody fix it. Jose took great care of me and finished what the first had attempted to call finished. Should of waited for Jose to start with. Unfortunately not everyone takes pride in there work and it shows.

Just had Tim cut my hair there. Never been there before but going by reviews here I decided to stop in. I was in and out in no time. Tim did a great job. Very professional. Will definitely be back again. Will be my new barbershop in the future. Good prices and great staff.

Couldn’t give my haircut the time of day. Seemed more concerned with sitting back down to watch tv than give a quality haircut. Booked with another barber just to fix his mistakes.

Worst haircut Ive ever gotten. Im a 24 year old white male and I went to this place because of these good reviews. I asked for a hard part which is just a defined part. Its supposed to be subtle. This thing is half an inch thick and isnt straight at all. He did it all by hand and all of it, the sides back and top, are very choppy and uneven. There are countless hairs uncut spread throughout that tower over the rest. Someone who has never cut hair would have done a similar job. Waste of twelve dollars. Now i have a chunk of hair missing. So disappointed. Will never return to this place and I dont recommend anyone trying it. Not sure why others had better luck than I did.

All i asked for was just a bald fade. I never mention to cut the top because i wanted to let my hair grow but the barber decided to give it a cut. Luckily stopped him before he made it worst. Wish the barber ask before he made the cut. If you are unsure just ask. I wanted to walk out and not pay but it wasnt in me to do that.

This place deserves no stars at all. This morning, my husband (a minority/ an American soldier) went in for a haircut. It was obvious that there were 3 staff members available. All 3 of them denied him service & told him to wait for a minority barber to clock in later on today to cut his hair. They were VERY rule, unprofessional & RACIST!!!
