So far so good. Ive never purchased a vehicle here but needed to have a GM vehicle repaired for work. Caleb on the service drive was very helpful and professional, made sure I knew how much it was going to cost before moving forward and they got me out in a pretty reasonable amount of time too.

I recently just purchased a Truck from here and I did everything over the phone. I was skeptical about the deal because I’m use to doing it in person and been at the actual dealership. I went in for a regular car oil & filter change as soon as Don Hattan opened in hopes to get my car done a little quicker, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I have been waiting for 3 hours, & my car has yet to be seen. I understand maybe being busier in the mornings can affect that, but I think everything should be held to a standard & be done in a timely fashion. Upon seeing my bill I also found out that they decided to up their prices on oil changes as well which was unexpected

Bought a truck, was in shop for 3 weeks after I bought it. 6 months later had 4000 more miles on it brake line broke, and check engine light came on. They recommended me to fix stuff that they should have done to begin with. It is still not fixed correctly so I am forced to take it to my own mechanic that I have used for years. He will actually fix it correctly

I have had my car for two years now, I purchased it from Don Hatton in Eldorado Kansas. Don Hatton has always been my choice to service my car. Price and friendly staff help make it an easy choice. I dont live in the town they are located but its worth my drive time to go to their service department.

I could not get my points to load on my ipad and the service clerk was very helpful getting them and using them on his computer. Service was fast and friendly - car wash was appreciated. I also appreciated being asked if the wheel balancing was something I for sure wanted to do. He told me the price just to make sure and assured me that it would solve the issue with our truck.

We were really happy with the hard work our sales person Jake put into helping us get a great car. He brought the car we were interested to the Wichita location from Derby so we didn’t have to travel further. He also showed us other vehicles to help with our decision. Cody was also a big help in our experience.

I had an appointment to get my oil changed. It took over two hours. The lady that got there after me with no appointment was done before I was done. The service guy came to me with a $1300 list of things that needed to be done to my vehicle urgently. I just bought this vehicle at this dealership, these items that needed to be done should have been done in the big inspection that they raved on about. Only to find out such inspection doesnt seem to actually happen. Who knows if my vehicle actually got an oil change or if the dash information center was just reset. That is about all the faith I have in this place. After calling when I got home and taking to someone in charge, I made another 30 min one way trip and they replaced the cabin filter free of charge. I will be taking my business some where else and will be recommending the same to any family or friends who are looking for a new vehicle.

My husband and I have been customers for over ten years. Sales and service are both top notch. Don Hattan Chevrolet employs folks who are professional, highly competent, and just plain nice.

I had a short in the low beam checked out by your tech and scheduled an appointment to have the short repaired. After leaving your building, I was thinking that IF the front bumper had to be removed, then the amber light that was out could now be replaced as well, poor design to begin with. I called back to the rep and he confirmed that the bumper would be taken off to repair the low beam short. I then asked him to ADD replacing the two amber lights, one being burned out, while doing the repair. He said not a problem. Appointment set for 8:40 am +/- I dropped the pickup off around 7:30ish.I get a call around 1:20PM and was informed that they were starting on the bulb replacement but it would take longer since I CHANGED the ticket and I ADDED repairing the short in the low beam. I asked the rep to look at the previous tickets on my pickup and he then found my appointment to look for the short and my appointment to repair the short. YOUR company changed the ticket from repairing the short in the low beam to replace the bulbs. Then I found out that the tech had not even started working on my pickup, so I was lied to AND was being blamed for ONLY setting an appointment to replace the amber bulbs AND THEN changing it to ADDING the repairing of the short in the low beam. Not a very good experience at all. I told your rep that if it was too complicated to add changing out two amber bulbs, then just take them off the ticket but the low beam had to be repaired.

Service rep was courteous. Transmission flush was done on our Cruze .Work was done in about an hour.

They seem to want you to use a digital check-in process. I didnt like that at all. Too impersonal and incomplete instructions. I was able to speak with the service writer and was provided a ride home, which was very much appreciated.

BUYER BEWARE! This dealership sold my son a used truck. Two weeks later it was dead on the side of the road. When the dealer was asked to fix the issues so the truck was drivable, they refused to cover the cost of repairs. Only covered $300 of a $1500 repair. Then got the truck back and less then 12 hours later the fuel light came on again. They are not wanting to work with us to get this problem resolved. My advice is to go to another car dealer…this is not worth the risk.

I came in looking for a Jeep thinking I’ll just check out my options and ended up leaving with an amazing 2016 wrangler for a great deal! I’m 100% satisfied with my buy thanks to Wyatt! Someone took the middle lock nut out of the kit that was in my car. The dealership I purchased the car from said it was there when purchased. Your service man said it was not. Either way now I am with no way to take my tires off!! The dealership I purchased my car from, is family so Im pretty sure they wouldnt want me to not have that!!

I dealt with Corey at Don Hatton and he was great to work with. No pushy car salesman. I wasnt pressured into buying and felt comfortable and in control the entire time. He also worked with me over the phone to make the process even easier. Since I live in south east Kansas getting back and forth to Witcha would have been very time consuming. Everything was ready to go before I even stepped foot in the door. The vehicle was in great shape. In the current market I was still happy with the price and of course the vehicle. I will be going back for my next vehicle.

I found that there were issues with my truck (that I purchased from them) that were noted on their inspection that were not resolved prior to me purchasing the truck. When I took the vehicle in for an oil change and an inspection of some issues I found, they inturn suggested some of the same items that were on their initial inspection be taken care of immediately at my expense this time. Please note that I have had my car for exactly 1 year and have only put 5k miles on my truck since buying it. Due to the pandemic, I now work from home and travel very little. It is baffling all they found wrong with my truck and now only having 112k miles on it. Makes me wonder how good of an inspection they really do on trade ins.They had my vehicle for 2 and a half weeks. During this time, we figured out that upon purchasing my vehicles extended warranty, we were not given all of the information about the differences between the warranties i was presented with. Very misleading and disturbing considering we had 3 vehicles purchased within a 2 week period thinking we were getting the best deal available with nothing hidden.I had contacted them about a notable tire tread issue (based on both of their inspections) that I have yet to hear back on. They did a tire rotation leaving 2 of the 4 tires that are almost considered bald (tread at a 4 and was a 10 a year ago...with 5k miles driven) on my truck. The other 2 tires are now at an 8 in a years time.My truck is still having on going power steering issues that have clearly not been resolved even by the notes made by the service technician.It now idles a lot higher than it did before at almost 1000RPM, is jumpy when sitting at a stop light, and struggles to get up to speed if it i try to accelerate before having come to a complete stop (like onto a highway). Feels like its not downshifting as I have the peddle to the floor trying to accelerate.Never bought a vehicle from a reputable dealership before and cant say Im impressed.The Service Manager says he has reached out to the GM but I have yet to hear back from anyone..over a week since picking up my car.

Bought a truck August 7th. Our salesman was great, his name was Matthew. Waited two hours for financing, already had my own financing in place. I told finance guy upfront I wasnt interested in any warranty or add up stuff. He still pushed, warranty, gap and add ons galore, gut upset when I wouldnt buy. Informed me that since I declined all there overpriced add one he would have to get a manager approval. Again I had informed his in the beginning I didnt want any add ons. Manager then came in wanted to question why I didnt want any add ons. I said youre costs our overpriced and nothing is every covered, there is always a reason to deny. Again an hour in I told them before we started I wanted none of these. Pushed pushed pushed some more after I said no 15 times he decided to lower the basic warranty from 5500 to 2500. Which I said NO AGAIN. Pushy pushy pushy, people get the facts you can buy gap and warranties on your own saving thousands of dollars. Can not recommend, to bad for them because my wife buys a new car every year. Every fact I have said is 100% true. Im guessing they will do everything in their power to give me a hard time with service and etc. If so I will add on to this review. Our initial deal was very fair, although I had to hardball to get it too.

So this past weekend, we had a game plan...knew more or less what we liked...or so we thought. The wife and I cross-referenced other dealers and found the perfect vehicle located at Don Hattan Chevrolet. Though Used, it was in immaculate condition, great price, and reasonable miles. So....the wife and I agreed, we’d take the gamble, set an appointment, and travel over 2 hours to get to the dealership for what we wanted. Unfortunately for us we’d discover at the viewing of the vehicle, for specific reasons, would not meet our family needs. Cody and Steward stepped up as our Sales team and took care of us. Great team! I hope and wish all future dealers I work with are like them, if not I’ll be coming back in the future should I need an upgrade. Further I will be recommending my family, friends, and coworkers to see them should they be looking for a vehicle. Steward was attentive without being overbearing or hovering (which was the best and removed anxiety / pressure to make sound decisions). This is my first ever Google review. I just want to say that Don Hattan Chevrolet is THE BEST!!!Two years ago we bought a 2012 Ford Focus Electric from them. It was a great car however the battery that powered the engine was always a bit of a problem. We bought an extended warranty at the time that covered everything, well at the end of 2020 the car started acting very strange. We scheduled a service and it was determined that the cars electric battery needed to be replaced. The warranty company was on the hook for a very, very expensive battery, worth more than the car itself! That same day we were offered an alternative....wait for it..... Don Hattan was willing to give us a FULL CREDIT for what we payed for the car over two years ago towards another vehicle!!! It was just unbelievable!!! We are now very happily driving a beautiful Ford Escape!! I just couldn’t be happier!!! Everyone at don Hattan were friendly professional and curtious, Jacob, Christian, Mike and Jake were just a pleasure to work with! When I am ready to burn our next car, it will be with Don Hattan.

It is always difficult when you have a car repair that is expensive. I would like to thank the service department at Don Hattan Chevrolet in Park City Kansas for being right on top of my problem. They got me in quickly and repaired my car as soon as they could.

We went looking at cars we were curious about, not intending to make a purchase in the near future. That was no problem for Jacob, who showed us whatever cars we wanted to see. He understood why we liked certain cars and made a recommendation we hadnt thought of.
