I purchased the heat shield tint for my 2007 Subaru and it has been such a game changer, I feel like I have a brand new car. My AC works better, I’m so much more comfortable, and the car looks much more polished. No air bubbles or issues whatsoever. This place has an awesome reputation for a reason. Chad was awesome and friendly, I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had the heat shield installed. He has a demo so you can feel the difference in different tints. He was easy to work with and did all the windows above expectation. It’s significantly cooler inside my Jeep with the head shield in and it looks amazing.

We had tint installed on our 2012 Mazda 5 in spring 2019.The owner is very helpful in choosing the proper tint for your application. The tint was applied very well and made a marked difference this past summer. We didnt need to run the air conditioning full blast for very long after leaving the car in the sun for several hours as compared with the previous summer.We would definitely recommend this business for your tint needs!

Great Place to get windows tinted. Guy was extremely helpful to the point where he came in on a day off as this was the only day I could get my car to him. Best price in town to. What you get quoted over the phone is what you will pay. No surprises. Lastly, you can tell they know what they are doing. Before they even touched my car, they showed me more about window tint than anybody before, and I have had a car for 24 years now. Definitely recommend. The BEST customer service experience Ive had in a while. Chad just got a new shop and is setting up, so dont let the outside appearance fool you. He let me tag along while he stripped and re-tinted my windows. I was shown the entire process. Chad is precise and tinted my windows to perfection. Chad is very credible with over a decade of film installation for auto and commercial facilities. Only top quality materials are used and all installs are done by Chad. He is a perfectionist and will make sure the product is properly installed. When I picked up my car I had concerns over visible “wet bubbles” in the film. Although Chad said it was part of the process and would go away, I was skeptical. A week later, the glass was perfect and I am highly satisfied. Thanks Chad, I’ll believe you next time.

Hands down, Carlton Auto Images is the ONLY place to go for home or auto window tinting. Ive had several vehicles tinted by Chad and the crew, and the quality of the film and the installation are second to none. I live over an hour away, but they are the only ones I trust with my vehicles.Im very picky about my vehicles, and its important to me that every detail is just right. The last two vehicles I purchased have come from the dealer with sloppy, low quality tint installed. In both cases, the tint was cut unevenly and had bubbles and/or scratches. One dealer tried to fix the problem by removing and reinstalling the tint. Not only was the tint still bad, their fix left scratches on the trim around my windows. Chad removed and replaced their bad tint job with his precision computer-cut tint, and he even took the time to fix some of the scratches on the trim, too.If you care about quality and appreciate those that take great pride in their work, Carlton Auto Images is the right choice for you. You have to live with a tint job for a long time. Dont make the mistake of going anywhere else.

Carlton Auto Images has been tinting my vehicles for almost 10 years and I ALWAYS go back because the owner is extremely helpful and his window film is by far the most advanced and best in Wichita Falls...My window film came factory with my new truck, he removed some from one window and placed his on there, and you could IMMEDIATELY feel the heat coming through the other windows, but not the one he tinted...Its just amazing. Now I can get into my truck with leather seats in the summer and its not NEARLY as hot as it use to be. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra cash and go with the best. You pay for what you get!

I called without an appointment, and he was able to get my vehicle in that same day. He even stayed late to complete my car after the business (Chucks Car Stereo) was already closed. Was very upfront about prices for my vehicle and gave me several tint options. Not the cheapest in town, but, remember - you get what you pay for. Workmanship and quality is second to none w/ Chad. Extremely pleased with the result.

Great service, quality materials and timeliness of completion. Although the price is a little high for the new type of tint material, we all know you get what you pay for these days. Carlton does offer regular tint at normal prices, but once you see the new heat reflecting material he offers youll want to pay the extra especially if you just bought a high end vehicle. Once you see the new material and the demonstration, its up to you if you choose to cheap out on your investment. The new material was worth every penny, love it and get nothing but complements.

This company is outstanding! Chad provided a comprehensive overview of the available products, explaining the characteristics and benefits of each, and never attempted to sell me anything. The installation was absolutely perfect, and the product is not only beautiful, but does an even better job than I could have ever hoped for. The inside of the car is markedly cooler, the glare is cut almost completely, to the point that I noticed after driving for about 15 minutes with the sun shining directly onto my drivers side window, that I hadnt even felt the need to use the sun visor. This is the second car Chad has tinted for us, and the first still looks as perfect as the day he did it several years ago. Another thing which sets Chad apart from his competition, is that he did and excellent job of working around my busy schedule. I am highly impressed, and would recommend him to anyone who wants the best work, at a fair price, from a true professional.

Being in the military, it is hard for me to find free time during the hours of Chads business. He personally set up an appointment on his own time at my convenience, which shows he cares about the customer. Furthermore, the job was fast and flawless, it couldnt look any better.

Just arrived in town and need to get my window tint removed, I found this place on Google, I called and Mr. Chad was so professional, answered my questions and was really helpful, also hes so friendly and did a great job, coming from California, I was really happy and I would Def recommend him.

I contacted Chad regarding tint for my car. He asked me to come in and see what he had to offer, so I did. He showed me the different tints and demonstrated his superior products while bashing every other tint place in town. His arrogance was off-putting and I told him I wanted to get more information and Id call back. I called around town and gathered prices and information about the window film each place used and called Chad back for the same information. He refused to tell me what window tint he used which is his choice, but I find it difficult to invest more money than anyone else in town is asking for a mystery product and take his word that it is superior.

Chad has a very long experience with installing window tint. He coud probably do ths with his eyes closed, hes that good! I just had him tint my 4th vehicle. I pay a little more but in this case as with many you get what you pay for. I need to know that i have a quality product and someone to support it and know if there is ever a problem it will be resolved. I have never had to go back except to get another vehicle tinted. I highly recomend Carlton Auto Image.

Quality materials and service. Ive had 2 Civics, 3 Camrys and a Venza tinted by Chad. The 2nd Civic was a 1999 model I bought new and drove while in college. I finally sold it in 2009 - it had the original tint on it that was done in 99 when I bought it and it didnt need to be replaced..... It hadnt turned purple, hadnt bubbled or started to peel. Worth it.
