Called for a fork lift to be towed across town town. I was told it would be a couple hours before they had someone available. My driver showed up with my lift already loaded. I didnt even have to meet him. Service above expectations. I will use them over anyone else around. Thanks!

I called because I needed a tow. I am visiting my husband on a military base and am supposed to go back to Nebraska tomorrow. Melton’s came to the gate and we called to have security let them in because it was a Sunday and that gate isn’t manned on Sundays.. Barney called saying he wasn’t waiting because there were other calls he needed to go to. He wasn’t kind, in my opinion not professional, and now I have to pay for another night in a hotel and contact a different towing service. Thanks Melton’s.

Jessica and Jason were my contacts at Melton’s and they provided excellent customer care. This is my third experience with this company, they are consistently excellent. Similar to AAA in the 1980s when you could get a service call in 30 minutes or less. Definitely recommend Melton/Pigg Wrecker Service!

We had to tow a car to a repair shop. Meltons was quick and very courteous. Our car was in very good hands.

I would give them 5 stars cuz they were rly fast but they dropped my vehicle off in the street instead of the driveway and not only that but they put it in the street facing th wrong direction so I had to put it in the driveway myself and that is wrong since it cost $105 just to have it towed there to begin with :(

I had them haul an inoperable forklift from Olney to Wichita Falls, not only was the office staff helpful and kind, but so was the driver. They are prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to call if I ever need a tow service again.

Outstanding! I got stuck at Market Street with a truck that wouldnt start. Meltons sent a truck out to pick us up quickly on a Sunday. The driver was efficient and very friendly. I cant recommend this service enough.
