I had another towing company in town smash my truck into the overhang of a shop squishing and twisting the bed and ladder rack. Mikes towing was chosen out of network and I wont ever use anyone else. Although I owned and typically dealt with towing Semi Tractor Trailers which Mikes Towing Service does facilitate, I only needed a rollback for a pickup on this occasion.Lost power in Jolly, TX, near Wichita Falls, I called Mikes Towing. Was fortunate Terry Cope was close by and he showed up within 15 minutes. Could tell he was still tired (but not unsafe) from working the snow storm, he loaded me right up and we headed for my destination in Dallas (129 miles).He was safety conscious the entire trip. Took his time in traffic and was congenial in conversation.But I think the two most important things I liked about Terry was that he called his wife to let her know where he was going (after 30+ years, it was obvious he was still a good family man) and he talked about Mike his boss with the greatest of respect. His equipment was top shelf, and I know more about Mike and his operation now than ever before. And it’s all good.I detest people that take a mans paycheck and talk bad about them to the customer. If you don’t like them, QUIT! This was not the case with Terry. I’m sure Mike is proud of him and glad to have him as an employee... Terry is Proud of his Family and his Boss.

The tow truck driver lied to me about the cost of vehicle being hauled to the yard ..he said I would only be charged $85 tow fee ...my vehicle was only there 30 minutes before I had it hauled to a mechanic shop ..and was charged over $325 dollars including the tow fee ..what a scam ...

During the major snow storm that hit Texas in 2021, we managed to get stuck trying to use the onramp to the freeway. Mikes Towing to the rescue... so we thought. Short of it: call someone else if you value your life, there are plenty of other tow companies... John D at Mikes Towing basically left us stranded in a very dangerous location in the middle of the freeway onramp as he took off leaving us and the law enforcement officers present flabbergasted. The Wichita Falls police department did the job that Mikes Towing took the money for. CALL SOMEONE ELSE, YOULL BE BETTER OFF (AND LIVE LONGER)

Picked up car after it was towed because of flat tire that couldnt be fixed even though we had roadside assistance. Were trying to get triple a to reimburse us because were on limited income and it took 1/4 of our monthly income. We have to decide every month whether to buy food or get medicine now we wont be able to afford either.

My truck broke down and I needed a tow to my house. The dispatcher was kind and professional and said a truck would reach me in about 30 minutes, which I was fine with, but Mistee arrived sooner than that! She got my truck on the flatbed and delivered us home in no time. If I ever need another rescue from the side of the road Ill definitely call Mikes again. Towing expertise with a smile!

When I called the lady who answered was very kind to me and said one of her drivers would possibly be available in 45 min. I didn’t mind waiting. They called me back exactly in 45 minutes to let me know a truck could be on the way.The tow driver,Alex, I got was excellent! Extremely kind and got my car onto the truck with no issues (my car wasn’t starting and I couldn’t jump it with cables either) took me to an auto repair shop of my choice with ease!The cost wasn’t outrageous and I received excellent serviceThank you! I would recommend this place to friends or call again in the future if needed.

Ive used Mikes three times to get my car to the shop. All three times the drivers were professional and showed up in as very timely manner. All three times they were kind enough to allow me to ride with them and the drivers were friendly and their vehicles interiors were clean. They are my go to towing service!

Lied to me about the state of my vehicle purposefully to try and get me to allow them to auction it off and pay the ransom while they awaited their investor.

My car was stolen, the police recovered it and had it towed and it cost over $500 to get it out. The one woman at the desk was RUDE!!

Mikes towing is a great service to call. Mike is a down to earth extremely nice guy. Rates are considerably cheaper than your big name companies. Fast friendly service. Driver that showed up, (misty) was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and able to get the job done quick, efficient, and safely. Had me and my ride home in a jiffy. This was the first time I ever had to use a towing service, and definitely will call them if needed. Highly recommend to any one in need.

It took FOREVER to pick up my mothers vehicle. We were informed before we drove an hour and arrived after closing hours that our pickup would be easy in and out. But nope. Waited almost 3 hours. Tired was flat. Battery was dead. If you know someone is coming, make the most of it. Dont give us a discount, give us the vehicle in the same way it was recieved. Please and thank you

Mistee Parmeter was very helpful and kind. She was sweet enough to look at my car before towing it, and made sure I was in good hands before dropping me off. She cares a lot about her job, and the people she is helping.
