After many of what is referred to as “two step forward and then a big step back” progress was being made over many weeks. A Day of work here and there finally got us to a1. replaced liner 2. Main drain line replace 3. with decking painted and touched up. All that’s left is cleaning up after your self and clean the astonishing amount of debris in the pool and that’s where they left us. They work on our pool so long and sparingly that when they burned my pump I didn’t know for over a month. After a personal inspection is when I find out they burned the pump. They took a cash payment and never returned. No return calls, no contact, and now I’m sure they are screening calls. The most unprofessional group to date considering the last pool company set my fence and pump on fire. At lease the said something to me before they ghosted.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. In the summer of 2019, I personally called this company to come and give me an estimate on a new pool filter because this company installed the pool when the home was owned by a previous owner. The current filter has two cartridges and you cannot backwash. Plus, the cartridges are extremely expensive and very difficult to find. Trish said that she would send Tony out the next day. He never arrived and never called. When I called to inquire, she told me he came by and they were waiting on me to make a decision on what to do. Its difficult to make a decision if no one calls, arrives or gives a customer any options. Needless to say, we never resolved this with them.Summer of 2020, I filed a work order under American Home Shield, which is a home warranty system. The work order went to this company. The work order was assigned to them on April 24, 2020. Trish called the morning of April 25, 2020 and told me Tony would be by on Thursday, April 30, 2020. Thursday came and went without a visit from Tony. We called them the following Monday and Tish told us that she had told us on the first phone call that they were unable to leave Wichita County because of COVID-19, but she would contact Tony and see if he could come by. She then sent a text and said she was contacting Tony and would get us a date shortly. We never heard from her or Tony. Today, we called Tish again and asked what was going on. She said that she had told us last time they would be unable to fulfill the work order because they were quarantined to Wichita County. We quoted the text she sent to us and she denied and said they could not leave their county because of the virus. They are not quarantined to their County and they never said they could not fulfill the order. I do not appreciate the run around and Im even more irritated that my pool prior to a pipe cracking (reason we need them to come) was completely clear and now all the money put into getting it that way has been wasted. Stay away from this company!!!

Run away! Especially if she sends someone named Tony to do your pool. They will leave jobs unfinished and stop returning your calls. I went to the store to see Tish in person and she was extremely rude when I just wanted answers. This place may be cheaper, but it’s not worth the headache your about to get.

This place refuses to call me back regarding their own work!!
