As a new pool owner the one thing I was really worried about was how to maintain the chemicals and balance. My worries were wiped away after I stopped in yesterday. I spoke with Paul who clearly explained what the three step process was with swimming pool chemicals. Between him and Jimmy I feel like I can do this with confidence. All of the guys that work here are friendly, and VERY knowledgeable. Thank you for all of your encouragement and wisdom...I will be a regular!!

There is something to be said about small town customer service! These guys are the real deal. They didn’t try to oversell me one bit. As a matter of fact, they introduced me to their cheapest hot tub model first and went up from there. I ended up wanting an even bigger model than initially simply bc they had better color options. But I am so glad that I did! I know I would have regretted the smaller tub. These guys went above and beyond with the installation and explained everything to this novice. I knew I could have gotten a better deal in DFW, but I also couldn’t have their amazing staff to help me each and every-time I walk in and they know my name before telling them. And

Jimmy at Outback was awesome. I walked in the door and walked up to the desk and he asked how he could help. I explained, I just picked up an above ground pool and needed to be setup with chemicals. He walked me thru the basics and everything Id need and possibly want. Explaining everything and trying to save me some money too. Gave some advice on upgrading ladders and more. He even threw in some mini beach balls since it was my sons 3rd birthday. Jimmy won a loyal customer in me

Not willing to honor quoted prices. Was ready to write a check only to find out the tub I wanted was now more expensive, and the rebate I was told I could get starting today would not be given because the tub was already a great price.A week later I went to Fort Worth and got a better hot tub at a better price, and they even included everything just like Outback (steps, cover, delivery/setup, starter kit, etc), even though Outback will tell you no one else includes what they do.Only reason I gave two stars is because the salesman was awesome, its the owners you cant trust.

This place is helpful and conveniently close. As a new pool owner, they seem to give good advice also. The only thing I really dont like is that they regularly slam my pool builder. Please dont worry about who built my pool. Lets just maintain it the way it should be maintained.

My father called them 6 weeks ago to make an appointment to get his hot tub looked at and they said they would call him when they were going to come look at it and never got a call back, he even tried again 2 weeks ago and still nothing. If I could give a zero rating I would but that would just be a waste like those two phone calls.

Love these folks. Cant provide any help regarding prices or service but as a truck driver I can tell you these guys were over the top friendly and helpful. I called them the night before my delivery date and was advised on where I could park in the parking lot, what restaurants were nearby and what time I could expect to see them the next morning. They were prompt with their arrival and had me unloaded PDQ. With positive attitudes such as this, I cant help but think their pool service is equally as good. I mean lets face it, no one treats truck drivers with any care. So let me say thank you guys.

After almost three months of losing battles trying to get my pool perfect I decided to switch pool provider to Outback Pools.Although they are slightly more expensive than the franchise competitor in town, the level of experience and knowledge is by far greater. Besides, you spend a little more once rather than ending up spending a fortune with no results!Definitely the pool guys you want to trust if you are passionate about self maintaining your own pool. Will not go back to the other store again!

OMG they were amazing ordered our pool cover and the guys came out as soon as it arrived to install, looks amazing and well worth the extra money to ensure the safety of our toddler. Rest assured Paul and his guys are awesome. Thanks outback pool and spa

There’s a gray haired man who works at the Outback in Wichita Falls Tx, or he may own the store, that is very knowledge but he is also very demeaning and rude. I was trying to buy a heater for my spa and he was more interested in selling me a service visit than trying to help me. He try to sale me this service call by proving that I had no idea of what I was talking about and he was talking down to me to make that point. I finally ended the conversation by saying I was done. As I walked out he said something in Spanish in a very condescending tone. Apparently they have enough business because he chased my business away.
