Cowards!!! Disconnected NBC Channel 3 our Local news! Have tried calling however they wont answer because they know exactly how PO everyone is. We all pay our bills and we also have to pay for increased grocery costs and gas costs etc
My TV was connected last Sunday....for about 15 minutes. Shortly after the tech leaves the box keeps restarting, the tech said he couldnt return so I had to call corporate. They say they couldnt come back until next week. Decided to cancel this service because it was the worst experience with TV in my life, ended up missing football all day. Direct TV came that next morning and it has been an exceptional experience. Wouldnt recommend this company one bit, go with Direct TV.
