Went to go see if I could get approved for a loan and I was blown away with the service provided. The store manager Angel made the process so quick and easy. She explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable. I asked a lot of questions and she didn’t make me feel like I was doing too much. Great place with great customer service.

Michelle is easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

They dont give cash when you cash your checks. They will only put it on a netspend card. So they charge $5 and some change to cash the check, another $5 and some change to put your money on the netspend card. And then netspend charges you as well for using their card. So all in all you have to pay nearly $20 bucks to get your paycheck. I would give negative stars if possible.

There entire business is cashing checks yet when i go up there it takes them 20 mins to tell me there locked out of system and cant cash my checks iv been to multiple locations and had same experience everytime. It takes them 45 mins to cash my check after taking 10% i really have to pay 40 dollars to cash my check? Thats ridiculous 0 stars
