There had been some confusion on the location of my storage shed. I live out of state and felt helpless at what to do. Excellent service. Polite, friendly, and very efficient.

We had our storage unit for 4.5 years and never once had an issue. We had a climate control unit and actual signed before the current manager took over a few years back. Both past and present managers were lovely. A new company bought it out over a year ago and raised the prices, but honestly its still a better price than any storage facility with climate control in the area. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Every since KO took over the service has declined. No onsight office person anymore, no trash dumpster anymore and when you call them they are not very customer friendly. If you dont mind conducting all your business online this place will probably work for you.

I was very impressed with the service at this storage unit facility!!! Annette (Netti) was the sweetest thing in all of Wichita Falls. She got me right into a unit and I was all moved in in less than 30 mins!!!! She made the experience flawless and effortless. Not to mention the rates here are fantastic!! I paid $40 less for a 10x20!!!

We had our large enclosed car carrier trailer stored at our youngest daughters place. She had two lots with one house so our trailer was not a problem for her. She got a better job in another city so I had to find another place to park it. The staff at Security Self Storage let me have the exact space I wanted with no problems and a very reasonable rate. Im well pleased with the experience and recommend them highly.

Great facility, online pay and later gate access. Well lighted in a decent nieghborhood right off highway.

Have been storing stuff here since I moved from Nebraska about 6 years now and no issue. Never had any one try to steal anything and was able to get to my stuff anytime I needed to.

No one answers the phone

They are very nice but signs of rats in our unit !! Beware you are on your own dealing with it !! Wouldn’t recommend if you are considering not the reaction I expected. Will be looking for another place 😟

No walking gate at front entrance. You have to exit on other side to get to the office. The manager who lives on site that no no customer service skills. I asked her where the bathroom is and told me to walk to the cleaners on the corner!! The said the bathroom there is for her personal use! Stay away from this facility!!!

Prices are excellent compared to others in Wichita Falls.

Calling them for three days and no response, and come to the office and nobody there!

I have to say this is one of the worse storage units I have ever used. I only needed the unit for 3 months till our remodeling got finished in our new home. Went to unit when we were ready to move into new home and as soon as I stuck my key into the lock I knew something was wrong. My key fell straight out. So I got the lock unlocked and lifted the door. To my surprise it appeared a tornado had gone thru the unit. As I stood in complete and utter shock I realized all of my appliances that I had towards the front was gone. My tv leaning on my couch gone, My safe, gone. My clothes and military memorabilia strung all over. Stuff thrown on other stuff causing damage. So I followed all procedures, called filed a police report, spoke to the claims center and everything. Even though I had insurance on the unit the stuff missing and damaged cannot have a price put on it. So I found out all the cool cameras they have around unit are just for show. Not running at all. I was informed this is a normal occurrence at this unit. So please, WARNING to all military and anyone else needing storage. Not a safe place for your belongings. Smh, so sad I wont get the stuff back that meant so much.
