Called the company to haul a truck out of the mud, and they dispatched a driver who arrived over two hours later, not the 15 minutes we were told. The driver showed up in a small pickup truck size vehicle, obviously ill-equipped to do the job. The driver had no idea what to do and had no equipment to haul the truck from the mud. After thirty minutes of the driver trying to figure out how to haul the truck out, he said he couldnt help us out, he received another dispatch call, and LEFT US OUT IN THE DARK! I felt we were clear in what we needed, but the driver was not capable or reliable.

Not only were they 45 minutes late they damaged my car with a strap. I called and the lady said send me pictures and we will take care of it. I did so and never heard back. The driver also put his greasy hands all over my car leaving grease all over it. I would not use this company. Follow up: after agreeing to pay for the damages and receiving an estimate they never contacted me again. Filed small claims only to find out about the truth about this company. Google it and you will be amazed. Since it was a Geico Roadside Assistance they have agreed to cover damages- however their estimate was $200 and the body shops was $1800. In the process of filing small claims against Geico for failing to making sure tow company they sent out is legal.

Just a few moments ago one of your tow trucks almost ran me,my husband and my 4 year old daughter over, completely missed the stop sign on robin rd in garland, i knew he saw me my lights were on and he just kept going. Check your drivers before they kill someone.

Horrible company! I had a 26 ft box truck turn over on the highway. It took them an hour to flip it over and tow back to their yard. Charged $8,000for this service. No one knew what they were doing when they arrived until one guy showed up and flipped it over. It took him about 15 minutes to get upright. Truck was completely in tacked from turning over so all they had to do was hook it up and tow it to their yard about 20 miles away. It cost me $896 to tow it from Wichita Falls TX to OKC. Highway robbery! Do not use this company!

At exactly 1445 today 14 February 2018 where central east freeway exit and 44 mirg headed toward Maurine st the driver of the wrecker license plate ending in 871 did not slow down for I 44 traffic did not look and almost caused a wreck. I do not appreciate it one bit to have to slam on my brakes for someone with a complete disregard for traffic laws if you ate supposed to yield to oncoming traffic does not mean to speed up. Get a handle on your employees.

Terrible experience. Rude people at the desk. Not helpful. They just try to hold your car the longest time possible so they can charge you .

This is just a place of heartless car theives in disguise!!! Went to pick up my daughters car and even called before I went to find out the cost and when we got there that said they just sold it!!!! No warning no notification!!! Any reason they couldn’t have told me on the phone during one of several phone calls??? They said they mailed notification but we did not receive it and all they said was not our problem check with post office!!!! I even talked to Jody Wade himself because I recognized his mug shot!! He showed no compassion what so ever!!!I realize its just business and I can understand selling cars after 60 to 90 days but 30 days???? Thats waiting on 2 paychecks!!! Hope you never get caught during some rough times!!Update:: you think there is a reason why they would mail the first notification to the correct address and mail the 2nd most crucial notification to the wrong address and then accuse you of not updating your information!!Funny the first letter was correct!! If I had known my car was going to be sold I would have found the money sooner!!

Saved my a$$ today and went above and beyond with customer service. Turned my $Hitty situation into a saving grace. Highly recommended if you need help in this area!

Expensive but helpful

Worst tow company I have ever used. My insurance called them cause I needed a tow. It took them over 2 hrs. When the lady finally came out she did not know how to put a vehicle in neutral that has a dead battery. I think that should be basic knowledge for a tow truck driver. She wanted tk drag my car to get on truck. I live 10 mins away and asked her if she would wait for me to come up and put in neurtal. I didnt think that was a big deal since I had been waiting 2 hrs. When Im pulling in parking lot she calls me with attitude asking how much longer I was gonna be. It hadnt even been 10 mins yet I told her waiting 10 mins when I have been waiting 2 hrs isnt that big a deal. She explained she didnt have to wait or call me and couldve dragged my car to get on truck. (Potentially messing up my transmission or tread). I asked her if there was anyone else they could send out cause I didnt want her touching my vehicle. She tossed my keys to me and left. My insurance company contacted another company and they took good care of me. I will never ever use them again.

Was pretty umhappy about my car being toed from the hospital wishing i had gotten a heads up or something. But that being said my car dodnt recieve any inherant damage and the facility isnt bad. They have pretty girls and a big dog at the front desk to ease your nerves while you pay your fee. 10/10 wouldnt want to be toed again.

Voluntarily dropped off a trailer and had no issues.

They are nothing but a ripoff. They changed things to the bill that never even happened. I will not or even recommend this company to any body.I have to rate this with a star that they dont deserve in order to rate this. I think they should be highly investigated. Thank you.

These crazies pretty much destroyed the whole side of SUV, and for a 2 hour trip to tow, it took the driver that acted high as ever on something, over 5hours to get it where it was suppose to go. This was in 2011, and they were creeps! I was taking care of my Mother on hospice at the time, and didnt have the time to go to court with it. One star is unacceptable. More like zero!!!
