Practically ripped my college student off. They needed a new alternator and brakes looked at, he said the car needed brake pads. Fixed it and the brakes were the same. He told them to come back in the morning. And when they arrived said they were closed and not back till Tuesday. This is not acceptable. So took Monday for a job not done. When we called and asked about it he said we are closed come back on Tuesday and hung up in our face. This mad us furious and called back and he was rude and hung up and didnt answer the phone. If you have college students/young adults DO NOT SEND THEM THERE! Rip them off because they dont know any better, and they probably dont fix cars right anyway.

My cars clutch stopped working and I need a replacement. Mr. Le was very professional and was able to fix my clutch within a day. He goes above and beyond to have your car fixed correctly! I highly recommend him to have your car fixed.

Car wouldnt start so I had to get it towed to this shop before going out of town with my Husband. They gave us a quote and when we came back the next day, everything was good to go! No complaints at all and would for sure recommend to anyone else.

The shop is located in the middle of town and I needed my car tow there so it was not a bad ride at all. Got a new starter for my car and everything works how it should! 10/10 service would recommend this shop over others as they tried taxing me for extra services that didnt need to be looked at ATM.

My boyfriend and I were on our way back home to Colorado from Dallas after visiting family...when the clutch went out in our 04 Honda Civic Hybrid. Everyone was busy on Monday, and couldn’t help us until Tuesday...except for Tommy Le. He was able to take apart the car on Monday, and his mechanic Taylor had the new clutch in by Tuesday afternoon. Tommy was very genuine and understood we had to make it back home because school starts in a week. We really appreciated that! Can’t say the same thing about the other auto shop our car was towed to first.

Mr. Le is the go to mechanic for me. My Camry was needing an alternator and I am new to the area, so I called Mr. Le and he advised me to being my car for him to look at it. So I brought it in the same day and he diagnosed it and completed the repair the same day. I was blown away with the service. Thank you again Mr. Le.

Went to autozone to get my codes scanned than they gave the parts needed for that certain service, brought it out to Tommy Le’s shop and they fixed everything that same day. I didn’t see any other employees out there so I think Mr. Le himself made sure to take care of me so I could be on my way back home.

I own a Mazda and a Nissan and have had a few issues with both cars and every time I took it to Mr. Tommy Le and and every repair he did on my cars I had never had any issues with the repairs he performed. I recently took one of my cars thinking I would save money to another shop. BIG MISTAKE! They charged me $900 and ended up taking my car back 2 additional times & was told it would be an additional $600, so I went to Mr. Tommy Le and he fixed the problem in 2 days and charged me half of what the other shop charged me. I will never take my car anywhere else but to Les Japanese Auto. Thank You Mr. Le for your work and Ill be loyal to you for everything you have done for me and my cars... 5 stars plus 100 more.

You ask them to fix what needs to be fix and they fix it. Simple as that!

Mr. Le is the only one that operates and works at the shop by himself and he quickly resolved my vehicle problems even when his garage was full of other of his customer’s cars! This is my go-to auto shop because I know I can trust and count on him.

DO NOT take your car there. Went for a new power steering belt was told car wouldnt start, he spent 5 days messing with it I had to come in and look at the car- I went on youtube to find the problem- needed a new wire to connect the battery. I told him that and it was fixed the next day...He replaced a spark plug charging $150 for it! The spark plug recently shot out my engine guess he didnt tighten it!? Total for installing power steering belt, belt tensioner and 1 new spark plug was $800. Go anywhere else.--update --Unreal that he denies having worked on my car as a response to this. My car was running and after he messed with it it did not run---FURTHER more when I went to a new mechanic to replace the head he showed me that Le did not even put in a new belt tensioner like he said he would and charged me for. Why would you be a bad business man like that? I guess cause it was my out of state plates, I could just have my car die from Texas infliction... urgh I dont know if I would take this review down even if I got my $800 back people need to know this is not a trust worthy place. Hopely he has changed his ways.

Really disrespectful and doesn’t share any information with clients until it’s done. Ordered the wrong part multiple times. And took 4 days longer to fix the vehicle then he said. Terrible place to take your vehicle. Do not recommend to anybody

The clutch was messing up on my Mitsubishi. I took it to Les and told him what was going on. He walked out to my car and just looked at the it. Btw he asked several times what kind of vehicle it was. Did not open the hood or even press the clutch pedal. He walked back inside and quoted me a price of $1500 for a new clutch. Needless to say I did not us him and got it fixed without needing a new clutch. I do not recommend this place.

Took my nissan pickup there for a tune up and valve cover gasket he was super fast and priced right for the job. Definitely recommend!

Had a starter put on a 2006 hands civic si . Then my car was losing power and the Check engine light went on. I went back to mr. Le ‘s and He charge me $80.00 for a diagnostic check. I need the knock sensor replace. He was going to charge me over $300.00 to fix the problem. I left and went to another mechanic shop and they told me. Did I get my stater replace because the knock sensor was broken and whoever replace the stater broke the sensor. Never never never going back to mr. LE

I have a 95 Honda, charged me 35 to replace a pin that cost 2 dollars. Well that was fine he said he fixed the problem the next day it wasnt working I told him he told me it would cost 100 dollars to order a part, he did not trouble shoot the issue. I went to a different shop the parts and labor cost 20 dollars have not had any issues, they told me the piece hadnt been replaced probably since the car was made.

Im not sure why these people are complaining . . . Lees has always been more than fair, and 20% less than anyone else in town. I have been taking my cars there for about 10 years and have no complaints!!

I wouldnt even give a star if it was possible. Tried to charge more than $400 extra for a rack and pinion replacement for my pilot. Then tried to throw my timing belt in there which was replaced not too long ago. Im not a certified mechanic but Im not an idiot either. Also charged me a ridiculous amount for just the diagnostic. Do your research before coming here.

Dont be fooled by this mans humble asian appearance. Le is the biggest crook of Wichita Falls. He will bleed your warranty dry, and fix the wrong problem. Citizens of Wichita Falls, if you own anything Import, American, or European, basically any vehicle, push, pull, or drag it past this crook, it isnt worth the headache or bank account drainage you will experience with Tommy Le

Went in for a belt adjustment and the tech damaged my power stearing reservoir then jurry rigged a repair. I Only found out when i woke up to a big red puddle under my car the next morning. Yeah it was old plastic but its also a $12 part l and they could have just told me insted of causing more damage to my already old powerstearing pump.

What a HORRIBLE place to get any kind of service! I came in and told him what was wrong with my car. He charged me $86 dollars to so-called diagnose my car....never took it into the garage. Had the hood open, but I swear they didnt do a thing to diagnose my car. He simply looked up parts for my turn signal and air conditioning (in which I already told him that was the problem) and he quoted me $850 for repair! I took it to another shop and they fixed my air conditioning for $120 dollars, and I just ignored the turn signal since it partially works. Bad news!

Bad business, they did not give me an estimate for my repairs and when I pick it up the price was a lot more than what I asked for. Car was not fixed but they told me I will need other parts to fix the problem. I will never bring my car again to this place. Bad business. Hyundai Tiburon

This place is way too expensive, they were trying to charge me $300 to check my air conditioning. Its too expensive you can find much better mechanics and ones that are easier to talk to as well.

Bad business he lied on me two times I can approve if anyone wants to see the report ones he told me that the compressor should be replaced and he asked me $900 and it was a waterpump and it costed me $120. The second time was yesterday he told me that there is something on the steering wheel I should be replaced and he asked me something around $488 and it was a little plastic and I went to another mechanic and I fixed it for $100. He is a big liar be careful people.

Took vehicle in for a oil leak, needing a timing chain replaced along with tensioner kit due to the tensioner bolt backing out causing the leak and timing slippage, got car back to find he charged 640.00 just to replace the tensioner bolt(which I doubt was replaced, further slippage of chain would say it wasnt properly tensioned), and an oil change, do not ever take anything to this man. He knew someone else was coming to pay, and he told me while I was on the phone at work that he had repaired the timing issue. The chain slipped and the car died after just a couple of days, then wanted to charge 980.00 for the timing chain job. Ive told him multiple times, that I know what is involved here and I can do it but for lack of tools, hes still trying to BS me.Due to his incompetence, The slippage of the timing chain may have resulted in bent valve stems, if so the repairs are now more costly than what the car is worth. Serious lack of common sense, or ethics.
