We had our floors redone by them and they did a fabulous job. We were so happy with the hardwood that we had them come back and replace our carpet.

We had a standing appointment for Jamie to come out and estimate countertops and flooring. He called said he was 2 hrs behind. Rescheduled for a week later. Day of rescheduled appointment, I had not heard from Jamie so I called to confirm. Jamie said he would not make appointment so I cancelled and told him that we don’t want to work with a company that can’t keep or show up for appointments.

Our granite countertops came in today! They are beautiful! The installation crew was awesome! Perfectionists! We got the BEST price in town! I couldnt be happier. Thank you, Jamie and Crew!

The installation of the floors and counter top look good but took almost a month to complete in which our house was in complete disarray. Ive had a couple of issues since then and have texted the owner multiple times with no outcome at all.The quality of the product doesnt match what they say. It was stated that even a nail couldnt scratch the flooring. Well, the kitchen floor has scratches and all or the chairs have protectors on the bottom.There is absolutely no follow-up. Its like when the job was finally completed, they really dont care.I went with this company because they were local and priced decently but will not go back because of the lack of service.

We had Jamie give us an estimate to replace the flooring throughout our whole house. Let me start by saying you wont find a better product at a better price. Go get multiple estimates and youll see for yourself. Jamie will come with a better product and a way lower price. We couldnt be happier with the work his crew did. We would definitely recommend him and cant wait until we can afford to have him come back and do our countertops next.

DO NOT WORK FOR JAMIE! This guy is a scam and does not pay his workers. If you have had work done on your home or property by American Dream Homes in the last 6 weeks or so there will more than likely be a lien put on it. Multiple workers were not paid for their work over the last 6 weeks and Advantage Lien Protection was contacted and paperwork has been filed.Jamie gives his workers the run around on getting paid and stalls. He makes it impossible to get paid! Do not work for Jamie Woytko and do not give him business- you will regret it.

Terrible business. Do not get work done by them and do not work for them. He can not keep workers or subcontractors for a reason and if you have him do work on your home then he will hack the job. Terrible experience with american dream homes and half the good reviews he has are fake.

Made an appointment to have granite countertop and within days they were in.. Jamie made sure everything worked with my schedule and my wife and I are super happy!

Not sure if its a scam or not? I requested an estimate a month ago, then no one called or showed up. Thinking that maybe it was my own error (although I highly doubt it), I set up ANOTHER appointment, and this time, I got a phone call, but when I explained it was just for one room (my livingroom, which is a decently large size), I was told that it basically wouldnt be worth anyones time and then was stood up for that estimate. AGAIN. ...SO, on that note, im just going to look elsewhere. Its too bad because I live in maplewood and like the idea of working with a small business, but I also dont like being screwed over. Cant recommend these guys.
