Didnt get business card from driver, was told I could get my stuff but towing place says I have to pay my bill. They took my home & work away from me. Plus left me on side of road til my ride came.

Helped me get my trailer out of a ditch. Very professional

The driver was on time for a scheduled pick up.. He was very helpful and knew his job well.

Seriously the ONLY towing company I will go with. They are polite, timely, and professional. Luckily I have only had to call twice but I recommend them to everybody!

They needed so many things to proceed to prove it’s my car to get my belongings. I had to wait outside because of COVID and I waited outside in 30 degrees for a half hour. When I finally get to collect my things in my car, they left my car parked in 1 foot between other cars which makes it so difficult to open doors, get in and get stuff out. It was frustrating. Nice workers but not happy with their service.

If your car is totalled and is sitting in their lot and you want to junk it, call another tow truck company to come buy it for junk. Dont let these guys scam you to get your totalled car for free. They just want your hard earned money.

Expensive. But worth every penny. They made it work. No hassal. Other places just outright said no because it was in a bad spot. They did awsome. It was fast and on time. I would 100% call them again.

A friends car was impounded due to an accident and they wanted $600 and wouldnt even let her get her medication out of the car! These people are heartless and just want to take peoples money!

After beeline towing never called or showed up i cslled these guys. 30 min later car was picked up and dropped off at repair shop, no fuss no muss!

Josh in wbl location, what a guy! Thank u for getting us back on the road, after my stupid husband drove us into a bog ion the interstate. The owner john did us a huge solid on the tow payment when we were short cash. Shows he is not all about monwy and is very understanding thank u for getting us back on the.road.

Not your best service

Yesterday night Vadnais Towing showed up and started my Ford Explorer. He had me sit in the truck to stay warm, it was the coldest day off the year. He waited until there until I drove away. You guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The OTHER towing service, Auto of Mn., NEVER showed up after waiting 2 1/2 hours and wouldnt answer their pnone.

They dont let you get your stuff or belongings. All Christmas presents in the trunk and theyre not willing to work with you. Shady people.
