I had difficulty with their roadside assistance but when I got back, they reimbursed me and took off some $. They were more than accommodating. Always good to me.

I came in at a few minutes before close, returned a rental. The process of getting everything returned went smoothly. I asked to be driven to the repair shop was and was denied since it was almost closing time. They asked if I had anyone in the area who could possibly give me a ride and I said yes thinking it would be simple. After a few phone calls I admitted defeat and started walking to the shop. To my surprise an employee from Enterprise pulled up to give me a ride instead. He explained the situation as to why they should have been able to give me ride to a nearby location in such short notice but lack of communication on the other employees part caused me to have to go without a ride at the time. These 5 stars mostly goes to the employee who was kind enough to find me walking down the road, pick me up and give me a ride to get me car from the repair shop even though Enterprise has closed. We need more people like that in the world and I’m grateful for him going above and beyond.

I give them 2 stars just because I need a vehicle while mine is in the shop. This one I rented through my insurance wasn’t cleaned at all in a world wide pandemic. 2nd it has a quarter tank of fuel which that’s fine drop it off with a quarter and it’s all good, drop it off more and they get my gas free. Seems that’s a good way for a rental to save money as well. 3 choice of vehicle. They say you will, my insurance said I will, but no you won’t. They put you in what they want. In my case big downgrade. Good news I can get around without walking which is probably just a step below the rental. Go elsewhere and this is coming from an auto transport car hauler (past) who used to pull their autos too. Good luck big disappointment.

This location was my first experience with renting a car. It was very simple,,clean and the car was in excellent condition my 4 day trip was a breeze thanks to enterprise.. also customer service was great,, they picked me up for my rental and dropped me off after I was done renting. I will absolutely be renting again from them....

Worse experience ever with enterprise... Ive gone through enterprise for years and this is the first time Ive ever ever EVER had them charge us extra for smoking WE DO NOT EVEN SMOKE ..... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM . SOME EMPLOYEES JUST RUIN IT FOR THEM ... ABSOLUTELY LIVID 😡

We had to rent a car for two days weeks in advance and it was a very quick and easy transaction. Staff let us look at the car wed be taking so we could take some measurements. Good handling of pandemic restrictions. Reasonable prices.

I recently rented a car for a short work trip and went with Enterprise. It was a very smooth process, from ordering the car online to picking it up Monday morning, to returning it after hours. I have to say I was surprised and impressed to get a reminder phone call from Adam AND reminder email about my car rental on the preceding Friday. Great in-person customer service as well. Stacy was very helpful and upbeat! A great experience.

Workers had great customer service but car smelled like cigarettes when entered into it unfortunately and gas tank wasn’t full, it was a little below the full tank line.

Stacy, the branch manager, went above and beyond to help us when we totaled our car right before the holidays. The whole experience was fantastic. I would not hesitate to rent from here again.

I usually rent cars at this location with not too many issues. This time however, the Malibu that they gave me smelled like an ashtray! Literally!I had picked up the vehicle Friday evening and called customer service 1st thing Saturday morning to advise them of the issue and that I did not want to be responsible for any additional charges for cleaning the vehicle upon return. What made matters worse, is my daughter and I are extremely allergic to smoke. I was assured that someone from the location would be getting in touch with me later that day and I would get a refund for the problem. No one, called to follow up at all! So, the following Monday I tried to call the location, no one answered. I called customer service and was told they emailed the location but, saw no one followed up. I returned the vehicle that day and told the agent about what had happened. He simply offered a free upgrade for my next visit. No refund or discount for the inconvenience, just a business card with his name and employee id for an upgrade on my next rental? This was very disappointing. Not only did they rent me a car that should have been detailed beforehand, they offered no type of monetary discount for their mistake.

The staff remembers me as I rent a vehicle once /twice every couple months or longer... for enjoyment, but they remember who I am. They always pick me up, as I live a mile away and they accommodate me wonderfully! THANK YOU!😊😊😊😊

Car was in rough shape when I checked out. Scratches all over it and it smelled. When I returned the car I was blamed for putting a large scratch across the back door. It was clearly there when I checked out the car. After several phone calls it was determined that the person who checked out the car to me did not mark that the scratch was there previously. Was not followed up with and had to call back to see what the agent had found out. Very stressful experience.

I rent from Enterprise every year for our family vacation. I have never had a bad experience. On our last trip we were contacted by a representative asking if we were satisfied with our vehicle and if not, we could change it out at any Enterprise. Enterprise customer service is awesome, keeps me coming back and never considering anyone else.

While the location is easy to access and prices were competitive, we were very disappointed in the interior condition of the vehicle. I had to wipe sticky grime off of most of the seats before l could invite my family into the vehicle. Floor mats still had white salt stains from the Spring. And the carpet in the vehicle looked like it hadnt been thoroughly vacuumed. I travel for work and rent cars on a regular basis. Ive never stepped into such a disappointing rental car.

This time I was not happy I did not get a choice they brought me a caravan with expired tab that were do in May the van was not cleaned told me I had to put a 50. 00 dollar deposit only that I would get it back when car was returned then they put the whole bill on it they where to charge the warranty. So not so good

I had a great experience using Enterprise while waiting for car repairs at a dealership. Was met at dealership to be picked up as soon as I walked out of building to call, was also dealt with very kindly at Enterprise while signing paper work and upon returning vehicle both. Nick was very pleasant and easy to work with while conducting his business in a professional manner. I hope to use them again this summer for a wedding in Michigan! The rental car industry isnt the most glorious, but the folks at this branch were top notch and handled everything like pros. Stacey Called me after they picked up the suv and said I damage the door on the driver side I believe but I never damaged it or I would of said something I just got into a accident the prior couple days. And I got a rental threw my insurance everything was fine until they started this false Claim saying the suv was damage upon inspection when return. What I don’t get is when I Receive the car they had a guy there to walk around with me to notice if there was any damage is cool fine but when I dropped it off back to the autobody crooks in Mapleood they said just drop the keys off and Enterprise will come and pick it up. But there wasn’t anybody there this time to walk around and do a look over at the car now I have two little kids that I get in and out of the backseat I would of notice something different and there 1 and 4 years old can’t open and close a door by them self. And I parked the car in front of my garage in a wide open drive way so there could of been no cars around that suv they rented out long story short she quickly get it to the body shop to get fixed without show me any of the pictures Of damages that they’re claiming that I’ve done And said I have to wait 7-10 business Days to see what there talking how is this fair I need to see and know what there talking about same day they did I’m going to escalate this is high as I can.

I had a great experience recently at this location. I always like to rent from Enterprise because I have a wonderful experience, but I feel this location goes above and beyond. They greeted me right away and took care of my renting needs they also offered me an upgraded sports vehicle for the same price I was going to pay for a smaller car. That is great customer service!! Would definitely go back.

I reserved a rental for a Memorial Day weekend trip to Minot, ND. I arrived there a little later than anticipated, but was quickly greeted as I walked in. The salesperson was quick to identify that the car I was supposed to take had expired tags and arranged for a different one. No additional charges. Upon return, I forgot my smartphone and stylus in the car. I couldnt retrieve it until the next morning. When I arrived there, they had already taken my items from the car and secured it. It was quickly turned over to me and I made it to work on time. Services were quick and efficient because Ive been renting from them for a while. These guys know what Im looking for and are able to deliver. Ill keep renting from them until they stop servicing me with quality.

We always rent a car from enterprise. You tell them what you kind of have in mind and they try to get it for you. Reasonable price. Beware of extra insurance they sure try to sell it to you. Check with your insurance company first to see if it will cover other vehicle you drive like rentals

I give Enterprise rental a thumbs down for being unable to provide me a rental through the insurance company at the airport Enterprise due to no access to claim information

I only rent from these guys, they have always been great with customer service, friendly and on top of things. They have always filled my needs with a vehicle that fits my needs. I would recommend this location 100% as I have rent through other locations and had good service but find that White Bear Lake Location really gets to know their customers needs and will deliver.

I had never rented a car before and had no idea of process. It was so easy! I was so excited when the car I received was almost identical to what I have been looking at to purchase. A weekend test drive, perfect! Kyle was very friendly and answered all my questions. I will be using Enterprise again if I need a vehicle in the future.

Had an 11am appointment . Waited for twenty minutes to be acknowledged. The lady is on the phone about a car matter while there are multiple people waiting to pick up cars. The guy just got in a car and drove off.

The gentleman who assisted my wife and I was very courteous, and the car we had reserved was ready to go right when we arrived. He did a full walk around the car to check for dings and scrapes, then had us sit in the car to make sure we liked it before we drove off. It ended up feeling a bit small, so he offered us an upgrade which we took. He made sure we knew how to return the car after hours, and gave us all the info we would need in case of emergency. Best rental car experience I have had. Would definitely recommend.

Staff there was friendly and helpful in working with my insurance to begin a vehicle rental while mine was in the shop. Was prompt when picking me up to begin rental process. Only reason not 5 stars right now is that I am still using rental and have completed my experience with them yet.

I feel as if this Enterprise, doesnt have there act together. I have usually gone to the Woodbury one but hey I thought lets give this one a chance. BAD CHOICE. The car was disgusting and looked like it hasnt gotten cleaned in a long time. I love how in the description they said about the nasty seat and that it smelled like smoke, I was never notified before hand. I was given the keys and was left, I get that it was busy but come on. I know I wont ever be back with this branch. Why even let this get rented out?!Update: Was told I would hear back from them, never heard back this place is a joke.

I had an unexpected family event arise 3hrs away and was in need of a minivan right away. Was able to find an Enterprise near my sisters home, 45min from where I live. I booked it for 24hrs, from Saturday 1pm to Sunday 1pm, received a confirmation and price. I was on my way to pick up my sister and then to Enterprise. About noon, a gal from Enterprise called me to see when I would be there to pick up the car, and if I could be there by 1230pm because they close at 1. I told her my reservation was at 1 and i should be there about 1245pm, but would not make it there by 1230. I get there by 1245, and and she says their store hours have changed and their online system has not updated yet and they would have to charge me for a dropoff for Monday, an additional day that I didnt need. I said I made a confirmation online and that it should be honored, tried to show her the email confirmation I received, she didnt even look at it. She just said our system online hasnt changed but our store hours have and theres no one here to validate your return tomorrow so you have to keep it an extra day. I was very upset that I was being forced to pay an additional day. Mind you, I am almost an hour away and it wouldnt be feasible for me to drive back and return it. She just said theres a drop box, you can drop it off Sunday, but we will have to charge you 2 days. I went in thinking Id be paying $89 for the 24hr period that I needed the car for, and ended up being forced to pay $179 for 2 days. Had I not been in a bind that morning with the family situation that was going on, I would have left. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received. No regard for the customer at all, no honoring my confirmation even though it was clearly an issue with them. Had she mentioned that when she called me earlier to see when Id arrive to pick up the car i wouldve been able to take my business elsewhere. I ended up returning the car on Sunday by 1pm as originally planned, left the keys in the drop box. I called the manager first thing in the morning and he said it was a known issue and that she shouldve honored it. He reversed the charge right away, and I really appreciate that. But I am apprehensive to rent there again.

This is one of the best rental car places I have ever been to . The minute that I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm welcome . I had a wonderful experience at enterprise Rent-A-Car they were so understanding and friendly to me . I will definitely be coming back here if I need a rental car in the future ! Special thanks to Andrew here for being so wonderful to me, he called me throughout the week to make sure that everything was going well with the rental car .

Great value and great customer service. I rented a full size car for the weekend, when u showed up they gave me a Ford Fusion. . I told him this wouldnt do for me since Im 63 . . He said lets go inside and talk to manager. I told the manager I rented a full size car and thats what I expected, he apoligized and said they had a Dodge Charger and Dodge Ram. . The best part at the same price as the car I rented. . Great value and customer service. Also when I dropped it off they asked me if I needed a ride anywhere.

The car I got was damaged in an accident and she still checked it out to me it hadnt been cleaned.No one could show me the deposit policy in writing when asked. They used my deposit when I extended my rental but couldnt show me a break down of how much they took for the two extensions and why I still paid each time I extended. They charged me twice for one day that was not one of the days I extended.Beware this place they cater to certain people others they perceive as trash they treat like trash.I should have went to the Woodbury location like I did before I had no issues extended my rental with them. Beware this location

Tried to rent a vehicle through White Bear Lake Enterprise but was refused service because I wanted to use my bank card for payment but because Im not a Minnesota resident Im not allowed to. Ive never heard of such a rule and I was never informed of such a rule while booking the rental. Not sure what debiting a bank card has anything to do with being a resident or not. Customer service was in no way a help in coming up with a solution to my problem.

Rented many times from them, you need to check the fuel gauge after you start to drive to make sure the tank is full. You have to return the car with a full tank. The last time I complainted the gauge was not full they made an adjustment to the bill after I showed the gas receipt.

I used to rent from this location on a regular basis. In the last year or so, the entire staff has gotten incredibly rude and they never have any cars available. The last 5 times I have needed a car rental, I looked at this location first and they were sold out every time. I understand that enterprise like to run a lean JIT inventory, however, it would be nice to have some cars available for their premium customers like other car rental agencies do. Also, as I mentioned, the staff has gotten extremely rude. True, they hire plenty of good looking girls, but that doesnt help when they act like complete b&@ches to the customers.

The full size car I had ordered had been in a accident, so they upgraded me to a Jeep Latitude and I love it. It was snowing that week in Minnesota and the SUV was great. Great customer service, and no extra charge for the inconvenience. I will go back when Im in town again.😎

Pretty disappointed in this branch - the staff seemed uninformed about how insurance would work with my rental and the car I received was filthy, crumbs on the seats and garbage stuffed under the seats. Upon returning it, I went inside to let the staff know to clean out the car better than I had received it, and a staff person followed me outside to perform the walk around as I was leaving. However, no one let me know that I had forgotten my sons car seat in the back! So, I realized two days later that it mustve been left and after calling them, was told that they just do a lost and found in the office. I am still perplexed as to why I couldnt have gotten a courtesy call since obviously I had just turned the car in. I wont be returning to this branch as it seems that the kids working in the office havent mastered the art of customer satisfaction and service.

I am a frequent renter (over the past two years), and have always been treated excellently. The staff are not only professional, but also friendly, and provide great customer service. Highly recommended.

The rental car I was given was a 2015 Malibu with 51,000 miles on it. Very unusually old and high mileage for any rental Ive ever had in 18 years of travel. During the rental, the charging system failed and I had to get a replacement vehicle. When I called the road service line, they provided the wrong address for me to make the vehicle exchange. Fortunately, I was still in a town and during the week where I could drive the vehicle to an Enterprise location rather than on the freeway 50 or 100 miles from any major town. Other than these issues, the rental process went smoothly and the vehicles drove and ran well. In future rentals, I will decline renting any vehicle that is older and has high mileage such as my experience with this rental.

Dont ever take them road tripping! Got a flat and ended up charging me for the tire 110 bucks. Went from Minnesota to Arizona. They also added extra charges from my original estimate when I got the car

So far so good! Insurance company lined us up and the 50 deposit was way cheaper than I had anticipated it being....They only had a van avail the day we called and that didnt sound so cool but I got to admit once I saw it I was A-OK! Havent minded sportin it :) Customer Service was great as well.

I am very disappointed with this branch. La Mettrys Body Shop arranged a rental car for me and this branch gave me a jeep 4x4. First it was early morning pick up at the body shop. The guy explained everything about the rental and unfortunately both of us did not notice the crack on the windshield (so i was thinking it was already documented because the crack was very obvious when you are already driving the car) So, to be safe I called Enterprise White Bear Lake branch and informed them about the crack. Weeks after, i received a letter from Enterprise telling me to be responsible of the crack windshield w/c is at first is NOT my fault. I went there this morning and relayed my concern. I hope the guy that I talked with can figure everything out. I have friends who constantly rent in this place and I will tell them to get rid of this place If they cant fix my concern. Hoping for quick action on this matter.....

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT THE RUN AROUND! A manager there by the name of Nick lied to my face stating “It is Enterprise’s policy to have a damage waiver without personal insurance. He made me purchase the damage waiver when I was already covered by my credit card policy, for which I clearly explained. I have over 24 rental periods under my belt and never been forced to dish out an extra hundred bucks. The great people at the customer care line read the rental policy and my credit card policy, reconfirming I was right. They filed the complaint and got my money back.I would suggest going to the enterprise outside downtown Saint Paul on 7th and Lafayette. Ask for Nikki, she’s the best and will get you on the road without any issues!

These guys really do not understand taking care of the customer. I have rented from them numerous times and many of those times they have either tried to give me a compact car when I have had an intermediate reservation. Also multiple times, I have been overcharged and had to bend over backwards to get the charges reversed. If there was another branch closer to home, I would go there. Additionally, never been able to get picked up from home because I am too far away, in total 3 miles.... what happened to Well pick you up.

Being a loyalty member who rents A LOT doesnt seem to matter- disappointing...

I reserved a premium car because Im tall and need a large car. They didnt have any premium cars. I had to squeeze into a smaller ford. The rental car people were very courteous.

Theyve served me well over the years. Ive mainly worked with the West Saint Paul and the White Bear Lake locations; also I used them once in Forest Lake, and once near MOA. Decent-I like them better than Hertz.

Exceptional customer service, vehicle was clean and well maintained, received a call next day asking how the customer service was for the pick up. Highly recommended.

Sadly we did not have a good experience with this location. The staff are friendly enough but they were unable to get us a car 3 days in a row. We went to them after a car accident and due to miscommunication and in confidence they werent able to provide us with the rental that our insurance company reserved.

I have been renting from enterprise for 20 years this will be my last time i got a car that was driving funny i called to let them know and they said oh no the car is fine i get out of town and i had to take the time out to return it and get another car to head back home the car had a smoke smell in it but on my way home the check engine light came on the car. i had just got i was so upset i will being doing my renting somewhere else its not worth taking the time out of my vacation to deal with a car that should of been checked beforeit was giving to me.

You will be placed in whatever car they have for you. I had to drive to Denver, Colorado and they gave me a Dodge pick up 3500 when I rented A midsize vehicle. Another time I received a Hyundai accent after renting a full size/ standard vehicle. The Hyundai had 50000 miles, And was in poor condition to be rented. A loose Caliper on the front right tire and a stinky interior made this drive a nightmare . Enterprise offered no solutions and no compensation. What a joke!

I rented enterprise compact car for work commute.I had wonderful experience.

I ordered a Chrysler 300 or similar, They firstr provided me with a Buick Verano not even close to a 300. I comlained and then the put me in a Toyota Avalon again not ever close to the size and of a Chrysler 300. They told me that the do not have a Chrysler 300 and indicated it was not available. I will not do business with a company that uses SWITCH AND BAIT POLICY.

They close early on Saturdays beware, this wasnt known when I needed to rent a vehicle for my van repaire. We had the rental for 2 days and they wanted to charge us for 4 days.

I was denied a ride home 1.6 or 3 min away because I needed to be there before 5:15pm to get a ride home I had to take an uber well pick you up but not drop you off my rental vehicle was very nice

Rented a Dodge van ran late returning and for got keys to my car so allowed me to get keys and return to drop van keys in Dropbox. Thanks for the above and beyond service! Ill be back.
