Well this was my first oil change at this place and my first oil change with a brand new F150. It will be my last. Quicklane means, make an appointment or youll be waiting!! Smelled oil the second I drove away. Make a stop and see oil on the ground. Looked underneath and oil from front to back. Oil plug and filter were on, so that was a good thing. Bring it right back and find out Tech spilled oil and did not clean it up properly. Had to wait again for the clean up. All I get was sorry about that. Not even a coupon or discount on my next service, for all the mess on a new truck or the inconvenience it caused. I also asked for full synthetic oil, receipt says it was a blend oil.... Stay away!!!!
I went in for an alignment. I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. 4 hours later they came out with my truck I left and returned 10 minutes later feeling my truck was in worse shape than it was when I got it there they took another hour test driving it putting it back up in the rack. Then came back and told me theres nothing else they can do for me. Its worse now than it was when I brought it to them
While I really respect the sales department, I took my car in for a service and I know that they had to go get a oil filter but I needed a tire change as well and was told the car would be ready in 50 minutes and went back 45 minutes later only to find out my car wasnt even started yet. Ultimately I just ended up going to Valvoline which I had a great experience with.
This is the second time I bought a car from them. Once again I had a great experience. I was greeted right away. My rep Geoff was awesome!!! He was not pushy and had an answer to my questions. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely go back again for future purchases.
Ive been a customer here for years and I have become severely disappointed with the customer service of the white bear quicklane as of the past year or so. I was just sitting in the quick lane line for about 20 minutes before, luckily, Mike Ryan pulled up behind me and got me taken care of immediately. The register needs to double and triple check for payment plans and warranties because Ive been charged multiple times without them even looking up my name. Im paying $100 a month to pay for services, I dont want nor do I need the extra expenses. This place needs a turn around quick or else Ill be going elsewhere for my services. Im not one to complain, ever, but this is getting ridiculous.
Good job in and out pretty quickly, only thing is I had 10 dollar of coupon from another oil change place I asked if they matched coupons, cashier looked lost. Cant be first on that ask this.ALSO WOULD BE NICE IF THEY SAY LEAVE A EMAIL AND I DO AND THEY GET BACK TO YOU.
I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change. The service representative told me it would be over an hour and that it didn’t matter I had an appointment. Why make appointments if you’re not gonna get people in at a time.
Never again. Tell how long does it take to do an oil change when you drop your car off at 7:30am and they still can’t get to by the end of day. Plus how many times do I have to bring my car in for them to fix my ac it’s still not working! Don’t waste your money or time.
All my oil changes get done here highly recommend.
STAY AWAY!!!!!Just had my oil change here and these idiots left bolts out of my transmission guard why they even touched it is behind me...These idiots shouldnt be in business. And now a week later Im finding bolts missing on top of my motor.LOOKING INTO LEGAL ACTION. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
Went in for the works oil change with multi point inspection. Also there for an AC recharge on my 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis. Lone behold, 2 weeks later AC doesnt work again. Go back in and Im told it would be $471 to repair ac, in addition to the 175 I already spent. They refused to refund my original payment of 175 for the recharge. How can an auto shop not find this huge problem on the multi point inspection? Bad business. Junk parts. Junk mechanics. Junk service. Go to your local mechanic. THESE PEOPLE WILL ROB YOU LIKE THEY ROBBED ME.
Ive taken two cars to them first a Ford Focus and got the best service I couldve imagined but then I took my new car a Saab and the first time I took my Saab there I got the same level of service that I got with my focus. Then just yesterday I took my Saab in for the works service pack and I saw them come out and talk to everyone else in the waiting and explain what was going on. For me I was never talked to or even looked at twice. I wasent even given the card you get when they finish to talk about your service. Very disappointed
Lost my drain plug gasket for the second time. If you have a few hours to kill this place is for you. They need to take quick out of there name.
Great to work with!
Terrible service, just like most times I have gone here. They have a coupon on their website for the works package but they always make me feel like Im doing something wrong by using it. Like they are offended that Im using it. If you dont show them the coupon, they will charge you $70. I waited for 45 minutes while I watched employees drive 2 other cars and put them in front of me in the line. No one came to check on me or tell me anything, I had no idea why they were going in front of me. I will never go here again for anything and I hope others shop somewhere else too.
Quick Lane used to be great, now its awful. I stopped in after work for The Works (oil change, tire rotation, etc). There was one car ahead of me in the drive up line. I waited for 30 minutes before anyone came over to help/see what I needed. I presented the coupon I printed from Quick Lane for The Works for $39.95. Very quickly I was informed that they dont take the coupons, even though they are a Quick Lane--they will only honor coupons from the Autonation dealership. I told them I would just go to nother dealership then. When I asked for the managers contact info, I was told that they were out of business cards, but that they could accept the coupon today, but not in the future. I did get my oil changed, they did honor the coupon, but apparently they wont run your car through the car wash anymore. We recently moved closer to this dealership, but I think that Ill be driving back to Plymouth. Superior Ford has always been much more courteous with better service; definitely worth my time to continue going there. Also, I purchased my car at Autonation, but wont be back to purchase again after this.
Do not waste your time or money. They will damage your car and refuse to liability. I would rate 0/5 stars if I could.
$71 for an oil change and rotation? I needed one before my trip to Chicago, it took well over an hour, they screwed up my next oil change sticker so not sure when Im due, and didnt reset the oil life monitor in the truck.. and stole a knife I had under my seat. Never coming back or will have any thing good to say about this rip off place .
If I could give them zero stars I would. I am leaving this review because in have had two horrible encounters with them this month alone. The only reason that I go there is because when I bought my car, I prepaid for oil changes. I go in every few months for my oil changes and every time I leave frustrated. For example I took my car in about a week ago. When I got to the quicklane I told them I was there for one of my free oil changes. After waiting for a long time, I decided to leave instead of wait for it. 6 hours later they called and said their was over $1000 worth of damage to the car they wanted to fix.I went back to the quicklane to ask what this damage on my car was, they were very dismissive and rude to me. Since they could not exactly explain what was wrong, I asked for the keys to my car back. The older short haired brunette that works the quick lane desk gave me paper work saying that nothing was done to my car (the oil change that I originally brought it in for was not done after 6 HOURS). I asked her why, and in an extremely rude tone she said maam you just told me you didnt want anything done to your car and ask me for your keys back. I responded very calmly I brought it in 6 hours ago for an oil change. You just notified me less than an hour ago that there was additional damage. That is what I didnt want done. Can I at least get the oil changed since I already paid for it. SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME AND THEN PROCEEDED TO ASK THE PERSON BEHIND ME IF THEY NEEDED HELP BEFORE FINISHING HELPING ME.This situation ended up being a bit of a miscommunication. The oil change had actually been done she just forgot to print out the correct paperwork saying it was completed, the service guy Steve had to print it out for us. The woman behind the counter needs to learn and understand what customer service is and how to accurately communicate with people when she works in an industry that can be so expensive to their customers. I was not being rude in anyway, I only wanted to understand what this $1000 was going to fix before I approved it. But this is not the first time this woman has treated me rudely as a customer. After everything I brought my car to another dealership to take a look at the $1000 dollars of damage that was done and they told me everything looked perfectly fine and that Tousley was probably trying to scam me out of money because Im a young woman. And this infuriates me! As somebody about to start shopping for cars again I will never buy another Ford because of the customer service I have received from this Quick Lane.Another example: my family brought in a car to get looked at because it was not accelerating correctly and we had to jump start it (this particular car was bought from this dealership brand new less than a year ago). We brought it in on a Thursday night after work. We called them about Friday afternoon because we hadnt heard anything about it, and of course we got the same older brunette lady from before who very rudely told us again. She told us that they were too busy to look at it and probably werent going to get to it for another week! And that it is not a priority for them because its under factory warranty. It should not take a car place a week to look at a car to try to figure out the problem. As a customer this quick lane needs to figure out what customer service is. If you are not there to spend a boat load of money (even if you prepaid or your car is under warrenty) you are not a priority to them and they make it very obvious. Okay, my rant is over.
Horrible service go to the Lincoln dealer right down the street. Save yourself money on oil changes and great service their.
Great service as usual
Good
DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS - THEY DAMAGE CUSTOMERS VEHICLES AND REFUSE RESPONSIBILITY.I left my car overnight with them, picked it up the next day and it had a massive scrape all along one side - damage over $1500! I met with their Service Director and they just blatantly denied responsibility. Unscrupulous business, avoid at all costs.
This company WILL NOT take responsibility for your car being damaged even though its their fault. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
Do not go here. They do not take responsibility for any damages that they themselves commit. They shouldnt be allowed to run their business
Horrible service, unreliable. I wouldnt trust them to even do an oil change
They damaged a friend of mines car and refused to help fix it!!STAY AWAY!!
Once again excellent service highly recommend AutoNation.
Good place for service
Love it
Fantastic service!!!
