Wow! Had a magically relaxing and therapeutic massage by Amy. Ended my family vacation just the way I needed!Staff is wonderful. Friendly check in. The facilities need a bit of updating but are nice. Place was clean.Perfect me time for anyone staying in Oglebay Resort.

Amazing experience.Everything was so nice and so clean. I was nervous but I was made to feel so relaxed and comfortable. My husband and I had been walking for a week in NYC so we were in so much pain. The spa managed to get our all the knots in our feet . We were in so much pain we could barely walk but after we left the spa we felt amazing. We will definitely be back on our anniversary .

Kristen did my prenatal massage (35 weeks pregnant) and she just MELTED my tension away. I swear, at one point she had a 3rd arm she was rubbing my back with. I was so relaxed that I almost dozed off a few times! Cant wait to go back!

Have always been impressed with this spa especially over the salon spas in this area until my visit yesterday. For their massages they are no longer using the Zents line which was AMAZING. Not sure of the brand on the products now but they were quite unimpressive. Packaging looked cheap, felt a little slimy afterward and the scent was nothing to be excited about either. I was also told they have received a few complaints about the switch so hopefully they will reconsider this decision.Overall this place is very clean and quiet just how you want a spa to be with nice bathrobes and a comfy relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always helpful and friendly and not pushy about purchasing products or making more appointments. Ive always been pleased by the services I receive.
