I hired them to powerwash & stain my deck. The wash was fine, but after the staining, it was obvious the deck needed a second coat. I think they brushed around the railings and tight places and rolled the rest. But getting them to agree to the second coat was difficult, and when the guy came out to finally do that, he just sprayed the whole deck getting stain all over the siding on the house.
