Terrible never fixed laptop. they had it from July 12-aug 26th. Took them 2 hours to find it when I went to pick it up. Said they couldnt find a motherboard for it. Which I found on several sites online. They only called me once to give me an estimate on cost to repair I had to keep calling them. Beware of this place!!!

Took my laptop to Tech NXN to swap out a keyboard. Owner called to tell me that my hard drive crashed while he was working on it. All the information on my computer gone. When I picked up the remains of my computer his wife the gall to charge me $29 for labor. Took it up to Best Buy to see what they could do. When I opened it up I saw that the keyboard installation was beyond shoddy. Would not recommend.

Owner is awesome and takes care of each customer. No matter the situation he will resolve it for you at a fair price and relatively quickly.
