Credit card payment does not work correctly. I had to back out and try another line. Rug Shampoo thing ripped me off. Did not work. This place used to be great. No longer.

Terrible automatic car wash. Did not touch the back of my car.

Went today for a quick wash. Paid to rinse off the harder spots and then went to the automatic wash. Get done, drive out and theres still soap all of my truck. Found the maintenance man and explained what happened. They had me go through again for free. They stood behind the truck to watch and see what the issue was. All done, drive out, still soap all over the truck and to my surprise, the maintenance guys disappeared! As I stood there waiting, they were nowhere to be found. Ended up having to pay again just to rinse off the left behind soap.

It sucks, I was wetter than my truck because of both hoses leaking

I have not used the automated section of the car wash so I cant speak to its abilities, but the manual section is what you would expect. Location is pretty good (its not in a bad part of town or anything). Unfortunately, the last two times Ive went Ive paid with a credit card and was overcharged each time by ~$0.40. That isnt a lot of money, but its still annoying. I thought the first time was a fluke, so I called the help number. They said they would look into it. A week went by with no change so I called again. They were still looking into it. Another week went by so I called the credit card company. Foolishly, I paid by card several weeks later and the same thing happened. At the time of me writing this there are no posted signs saying there would be approval fees for credit card usage.TL;DR: If you care about being charged the right amount pay cash

I have a convertible so I wont use the automatic which means = no comments to be made on that part.The water pressure is great on the manual washers and the scrub brushes have a lot of soap. Be wary of the vacuums. I tried two before I had to complain (the two down the middle straight back have little to no suction as of Sunday March 1st, 2020). The attendant immediately sent me to a better one and paid for my vacuum use. Thank you! For that alone I will come back.

It gets the job done! I have no complaints or anything negative to say. If I had to say something, it would be the price change for the vacuum. It is now $1 for 4mins. Which isnt too bad which is why Im not making q huge deal out of it. Its a nice car wash & always looks pretty clean/taken care of.

I like that you can use a credit card instead of change. Its the closest to home but Id drive farther for one if it didnt have that.

Usually, this is the best car wash to go to in Wheeling. However, I went yesterday to get my car washed, and when I drove looked like my car hadnt been washed, very disappointed.

It was ok some of the machines at the vacuum center didnt work and staff didnt do anything to help.

Sundays I guess but since Ive been going not crowded
